Description of Work: Full replacement of sewer line. Our line was buried 13 feet underground and it was a tough job. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and they worked hard to minimize the destruction to our home and landscape.

Description of Work: I thought $425 for a service call to diagnose, in than 15 minutes, a leaky toilet seal and then to re- seal/reset the toilet to be over charging. I even had a coupon! It was not a complicated leak.

Description of Work: They replaced HansGrohe shower cartridge. It is working great. |The only issue was it took more then 5 month to get the part and fix it.

Description of Work: We had a few maintenance items for our 5 year old house. They identified the issues and addressed them. We had a couple of items they worked on that resolved significant issues. We had a few other items that they worked on that were started having problems again within a few months. Significantly, we had a major project we were considering doing and they sent someone out to talk to us about it. Their man used my tools to assess the job then charged me $75 just to talk about the potential job. They gave me a bid back that was 3 times the next highest bid. If they didn't want to do the job then why did they charge me $75? I felt like they lacked professionalism and I was neutral on the quality of work. To be fair I never addressed this with them, I just went back to a previous contractor that I liked even though they were behind because of work load.

Description of Work: Repaired water heater leak, on very short notice, on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON. Found and repaired the leak expeditiously. Charged only the minimum call-out charge. We were very pleased. Gave the technician a well deserved tip.

Description of Work: They came out two years ago to give quote to fix a belly in our drain pipe. Did not do any work at the time. Belly got worse so called them back out for a new quote. Price quoted this time increased by over $3000 in that time period. The employee that came out was pleasant and seemed knowledgable, but will not use because of price.

Description of Work: We called Hi-tech for help with a leak we found under our slab Memorial Day and were told they would come out on Wednesday at 3. Trenton arrived a few minutes early and found the leak within an hour. He advised that we should reroute the pipe rather than busting up the floor to fix the existing pipe. We were glad to hear that as our tile floor is relatively new. We were charged 300.00 for the detection and given an estimate of 1350 to actually fix the leak. He said they could do it the next day, but we asked, based on schedules if we could wait until Friday. They were able to make it happen. Jason, arrived a few minutes before our 9a appointment and was done before the business day was through. Everything was nice and clean when he left and it is working like nothing was ever wrong. I was worried about hearing running water overhead but that is not the case. We had a leak in the same line a couple of years ago. It cost us 2200.00 for a competitor to fix it. I wish we had known about Hi-tech then! If we ever had any other leaks we will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Our water meter can had a leak. The city came out and said it was on our side, so we called Hi-Tech after looking at the reviews. They came out within a day or two of my call and fixed the leak without incident.

Description of Work: Had a leak under the toilet bowl and a dripping faucet. Hi-Tech arrived promptly at the time agreed upon, diagnosed the problem, had the equipment needed to repair the problem and completed the project within an hour. Very professional and courteous. Was very pleased.
