Generator Supercenter

Was very impressed with knowledge and professionalism of their estimator. I have used them before, but not on such a large job. Have not decided for sure we are going to purchase one, but if we do it will be Faith that gets the job.

They're very pleasant. They're on time. I think they're reasonable. I haven't had anybody else so I really can't compare as far is if they're out of line or if the prices are good.

It went great everything was wonderful, they arrived on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do. And cleaned up very well.

Showed up on time and did all that was asked. Accidentally left one light disconnected, came back within two days and resolved the issue - the reason for two days was due to my schedule not theirs. Completely satisfied!

They showed up on time both for the estimate and the install. They hooked up the generator to natural gas, installed the switch and the generator. they had a team of folks able to do the job. They worked non-stop during the installation (and it was hot and humid on the install date) and cleaned up after themselves. The install looks very professional. There were no last minute surprises.I will definately use them in the future.

I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

We had used some other people before, but we had moved to the other side of town and so we called the people we knew down the street and asked them for a name and this is one of the ones that they came up with. We had had some other work done where they had done some estimates and stuff and their estimates were similar to the group we used before. So we used the other group because that is the one we were familiar with and then we wished we had used them. So the next time we had work done, we were like we are going to give them a shot and so we pretty much decided to switch over to them, because we were pleased with them.

I am delighted to say I found an honest Electric service company. They were on time, did what I required and did a couple additional things since they had time left on the service call. Generally what I have found with other companies, is the tech leaves the min. they complete the initial job. I was impressed with the tech, Randy and there are not many people that impress me. Thank you Faith Electric, you are my new electric service company.

Professional discussion about the emergency power requirements for a new home being built. Provided critical information for location of a generator and considerations for placement during the design phase of constructing a new home. Looking forward to doing an additional review after installation of the generator.

Byars Electric called me back almost immediately. Very pleasant and helpful as I described what I needed done. He was not available on my short notice and referred a fellow electrician to me. I was able to get my work done the next day thanks to Byars referral.

They are not the cheapest in town, but I trust them and their work is excellent. When it comes to electrical I want a company that will do the job, someone I trust and be responsive. Faith Electric is great, did a great estimate, did the work in the timeframe estimate and did a great job. I will use them again and highly recommend them

The Faith Electric guys were professional, clean and did the job on time with no problems. The set up works great and I have recommended Faith to somebody else already.

Jim arrived on time and got the job done promptly with his apprentice. They were fast and efficient, cleaned up all work debris, and Jim answered some questions about other electrical work while he was here. In fact, I've scheduled them to come back out in a few days to install a ceiling fan in the living room, which has a barrel ceiling with a 18 ft center height. I feel very confident in theire ability to get that done as well.

They are very professional, courteous, on time and I thought their price was fair.

They came to the house as schedulled and made recommendations and gave us a price. They certainly knew what they were doing. I had called others for the same project and they either didn't show as scheduled to give us an estimate or in one case even recommended that we call Faith Electric. We are extremely satisfied with their work, service and reasonable pricing.

I had used them before to fix our doorbell and it was extremely expensive. It wasn't their fault because they charged hourly and they couldn't find the transformer. They did give us a discount on that rate. They are very good at what they do.

They were so nice and did a few extra jobs for me when they were here. They changed up the plug which we haven’t even discussed on the service order. I would say they weren’t the friendliest crew in the world. There were two guys .They were very effective and got the job done, got in and got out within an hour. They didn’t complain about me asking them to do more.

Got estimate scheduled job, they showed up on time, stayed busy doing job. The cost was at the low end of the estimate.

They did a good job. They seemed to be fast and prompt. They got the job done. Their price seemed reasonable.

I contacted Faith Electric the first week of November 2011 and inquired about receiving an estimate to have a transfer switch installed for my portable generator. Larry came out within a few days and provided an estimate that was significantly less than previous estimates I had received. He was right on time, very professional, and provided a detailed explanation of the installation process and the type of material that would be used. He even discussed safety issues when using a portable generator and the importance of using it appropriately. Prior to his departure, I told Larry that I was pleased with the estimate and wanted to schedule a time for his crew to come out and do the installation. Larry said his secretary would be in touch, but noted it would probably be two weeks due to prior obligations already scheduled. His secretary contacted me later that day, but I did not receive the message until late that evening (Friday). I had to wait until Monday to schedule the appointment, but Larry's secretary was very nice and accommodating since I tend to work very strange hours. I ultimately scheduled the installation for November 11, 2011 at 8am. On November 11, 2011, Terry contacted me at approximately 7:50am and informed me he and his partner were running late due to overbooking. He indicated they would not be at my house until 10:30am, but noted they would contact me immediately if they would arrive sooner/later. Luckily, I had the day off of work, so it wasn't a big deal for me. Terry called again at 10:30am and said they were 15 minutes away, and they showed up close to 15 minutes later. Terry and his colleague went to work right away and finished in just under two hours (which is the exact amount of time I was told the work would take). Terry explained how to work the generator with the transfer switch and answered every question I threw at him in an easily understood manner. I have no doubt I will be able to hook the generator to the switch with ease should I ever be without power for an extended period of time.

They arrived and time and promptly completed their work.

After the lightning strike, I called AT&T and got a good idea of what was wrong. I made an appointment with Faith to come to the house and fix my phone problems. After searching and testing the lines, they found the problems and fixed them, except for the alarm, which I told them not to try to fix as I would have that done later.

The bid was very high. We have used them before.

My sister called to and set up an appointment to meet. She waited all day on her day off and they never showed. I called their office the next day and they set another appointment with my sister. They did come out and said they would e mail a quote that night. Never saw the quote. Very disappointing. Their scores are so high.
