 + -1 moreIt was a great experience. He could come out that day, which was important since a holiday weekend was coming and I didn't want my food to spoil. He was very professional and a nice guy. It was a pleasure doing business with Eric's. I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a fridge repair.
Description of Work: Heater went out on my fridge. He knew exactly what it was. He had all parts and did the entire repair in about a hour. Most of which was spent defrosting the freezer, which had to be done to do the repair. Fridge has worked fine since.

 + -1 moreThe plastic anchors holding the temp. control panel up inside the refrigerator broke and the panel was just hanging by the wires. I figured it would have to be replaced and that it would cost $100 or more. But Eric came with his "magical" toolbox and found a way to re-attach the existing panel which cost me much less money. He was super-friendly and helpful, even telling me the likely reason that the anchors broke and how to keep that from happening again.
Description of Work: Re-attached thermostat control panel inside refrigerator.
