ERIC'S REFRIGERATION

Eric arrived on time to do the annual cleaning and checkup of our four AC units. This was the first time we had employed Eric to do the annual checkup and he discovered that one of the units needed a deep cleaning (more than a bucket full of old leaves and debris) - something our previous service people had apparently missed. Eric did a thorough job of cleaning and checking all of the units and adding a pound of refrigerant to one of them. We heartily recommend him for taking care of your HVAC needs.

Eric arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and determined no new part was needed, and then proceeded to thaw the ice from the floor of the freezer and unclog the drain that was causing ice to form on the freezer floor. The freezer compartment has functioned flawlessly since then. Eric is very professional and it's easy to tell from the way he works that he has the customer's best interests at heart.

Called Eric the night before and he was able to squeeze me in on Friday. He showed up on time, determined the capacitor was faulty and need to be replaced. Had a new capacitor on hand and withing 30 min, the A/C unit was running. Very cordial and professional. Would recommend to anyone heat and air service.

Excellent. Eric found a small problem missed by previous yearly inspections and the Air Conditioner is much quieter. He took the time to show me the part and what he needed to replace. His charge ($193) for the inspection (2 air conditioners) and repair (one air conditioner) and explaining a matter concerning our heating system was less than the inspection alone of another HVAC contractor. He is the type of person we ware looking for on our house and he is he only one we will call in the future!

Eric came out and determined the GIF Outlet that the frig was plugged into had tripped. He reset the Outlet and the frig came back on. We were charged $99 for the service call. The charge seemed a little steep considering he just reset the Outlet. However, I guess it was our fault the Outlet had tripped.

Eric is always very professional. He was always prompt and did exactly what he said he would do at the price that was agreed on. It was a pretty big job, and he did it all by himself. For the first time since this house was built, it is actually cool in the summer. We have used him before and we will again. We are very pleased with his work. Very nice to work with.

Eric came to repair our Samsung refrigerator. A part needed to be ordered. He was prompt, clean, and did a great job on the refrigerator. We also had him check our heating system to get ready for winter. Eric explained everything about our heating system and made a necessary repair. I plan to have him come back next spring to check on our air conditioning system. I would highly recommend him.

He was one that I would definitely recommend. He came and took care of our problems. The price was reasonable. He works out of his truck. Our water filter messed up in our refrigerator. He came in and took care of it. He ordered parts and was very good about getting back as soon as the parts came in. We also have a refrigerator in the garage and water was getting down in the bottom. He went out there and knew exactly what it was. He knew what he was doing. He was very good and efficient. When I called him, he told me he'd be right over to my place. He was real prompt and here in about 30 minutes. His labor was $65 and the parts were cheap. He came twice but only charge us for one service call. He never skipped a beat. I was impressed with his knowledge and efficiency.

We called Eric's Refrigeration. He said he had 1 call ahead and would be at our house by noon. He arrived before noon and found the problem quickly and quickly made the repair. He is a clean cut and very pleasant person. He cleaned up the area after the job. His price was fair for the time he spent on the job. We would recommend him to anyone who has refrigeration problems in the Edmond, OK, area.

Eric was recommended by the store where I purchased the refrigerator. I called Eric. He was on a job and said he would call me back. He called back within 30 minutes. He made an appointment for 8:30 AM the next day. He arrived at exactly 8:30 AM the next morning. He was very familiar with my refrigerator model and made an accurate diagnosis within 5 minutes of arriving. He quickly made the repair and provided me with some excellent advise to avoid the problem in he future, plus he provided me with advise on other unique issues with my refrigerator model and how to avoid unnecessary problems, such as do not use the light located at the ice/water despensor area as a nightlight as it melts the water hose which requires a $100+ repair. Eric is excellent. He will be my go to refrigerator / freezer repair service in the future.

Eric answered his phone (I didn't have to leave a message! YAY!) and promised to try to get to my home same day but warned me it might be the next morning. He promised to call back in the afternoon.... and he DID! He arrived late afternoon, took the ice maker out, opened the panel and saw the problem right away. He fixed it with no parts needed, put it back together, and presented me with a reasonable bill for the repair. I was impressed with his professional courtesy and how fast he resolved the issue. Will call again if I need HVAC assistance in the future.

Called Eric at approximately 2:30 pm on a Friday and told him my refrigerator was out, not cooling. He was here and the repair done by 3:30. He was actually headed home for the day to take care of a family member, but put it off a bit to come check my refrigerator. He went above and beyond by coming out at the last minute so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday.

Eric came over at appointed time and although there was nothing he could do for our issue, he told me how to deal with it to lessen the problem. Very curteous, professional, prompt and reasonable. I would use him again.

I called Eric at 6PM and he said he would be out between 8 and 8:30 the next day - AND HE WAS! He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had the replacement with him. Phenomenal experience and now I know who to call. Angie's list comes through again!

Eric had me going within 1.5 hours of my call. He was very professional and fast, made it look easy. I'm excited to find a great appliance repairman, when you need one you need hm bad.

Over the weekend, I discovered my refrigerator wasn't staying cool, so first thing Monday morning I looked for an appliance repair person on Angie's List. Based on other positive reviews, I chose this company. Even though I was outside of his normal work area, he agreed to look at it that same afternoon. He arrived around the appointed time, quickly determined the problem and fixed it, then put everything back in its place -- no messes for me to clean up later! I am thrilled to find someone to fix my refrigerator so quickly, and at a fair price. I would definitely use them again!

My freezer wasn't freezing, the icemaker wouldn't make ice, the fridge was warm and the built-in water filter was years overdue for replacement. All the frozen food had thawed, the items in the fridge (milk, fruit, vegetables, etc.) were at room temperature, and I was tired of manually defrosting the freezer every time it froze up and wouldn't freeze. The problem had been going on for months, but I didn't have money for a repairman. This time I had saved enough money to hire a repairman. So, I consulted Angie's List to find a highly rated large appliance repairman and chose Eric's Refrigeration. I couldn't have been more pleased with my choice! I called him at 11 A.M. and he was working on the freezer by 2 P.M. the same day. He diagnosed the problem, defrosted the ice behind the panels, and said he would be back the next day with the computer module that regulates the defrosting of the freezer, and a new water filter that I requested. He was so kind and considerate and efficient! He asked what time I'm usually up and around in the morning. When I told him, he said that he would bring over and install the defrost regulator and the water filter at that time. And he did! In the meantime, the ice maker started making ice, the freezer started freezing, and the fridge started cooling. I cooked all the thawed meat, threw away the soured frozen vegetables and thanked God for Angie's List, Eric, and for the ability to pay for the long overdue repair. As soon as I can sell enough items, I plan to replace my air conditioner unit that is beyond repair and hasn't worked in over a year. And you can bet I'll call Eric again!.
