Great. This started spewing on the day of the ice storm and Colin called numerous times and helped me fix it until they could get out here. Very professional and caring. I have used Cherokee plumbing a lot over the last 2-3 years and they are always punctual and efficient. Colin is very knowledgeable and helped us figure some issues out without breaking the bank. I will always call on them.

The receptionist was very rude when trying to schedule an appointment.

I had a toilet that was running. He fixed it quickly and made sure it was working perfectly before he left. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

This is the second time we have had Cherokee Plumbing do work for us. As before, scheduling was done via phone call, the crew arrived on time and the work was done in the time they estimated (several hours). The old corroded pipe was under HVAC duct-work so Cherokee arranged with an HVAC group to remove the duct work so the pipes could be accessed and then re-install the duct work. After repair the waste pipe they thoroughly tested it, making sure it could handle flow from the upstream sources of waste water. The crew carefully explained what the had done, were careful to keep the house clean when they went in and out and were polite and professional in their conversations with us. Couldn't ask for more.

These two guys were on time, made the recommendation to either rebuild the tank or replace it and left it to me to decide. When I told them to rebuild, they went outside for 10 minutes and came inside to reinstall and left. They did this in one hour, were polite, on time, cleaned up, and left when they estimated. I was pleased most of all because they didn't have to "go find parts" which is what most plumbers around here do so they can add an extra hour onto the bill.

Everything went terrific! Response and work times were super fast. I always worry about clean up after jobs, and Colin and helper picked up everything, cleaned up everything--Super! The job was done very efficiently. The toilets' replacement took about 2 hours, very quickly done. Colin was courteous, personable, informative; e.g., he called on speaker phone so I could hear the toilets' manufacturer warranty. I gave a grade of "B/Good" because I thought the price for the toilets was a little high and we must watch our spending, but I'm not up on recent prices, so...maybe it should be "A/Excellent" for price. I will call Colin the next time we need help. Also, Mary, who called to schedule both visits was friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a pipe break. My wife called them about 7 o'clock and he was here within an hour. He called in the people to find the break under the cement. We let him go ahead and replumb our house with overhead plumbing because of the pipes in the floor. He was excellent. You couldn't ask for better work. They were all quality products. Everything he used was high quality. He even replace the lines going to the washer. I couldn't rate them any higher. They were excellent, prompt, and cleaned up their mess. It was just the best quality of service that you could ask for.

Cherokee did a great job. They didn't have the parts on the first visit, and it was to late in the day to buy them. They installed a washer, that greatly slowed the leak until they could come back when we were in to finish the job. They worked hard to be sure the repair fit into our schedule.

I called Cherokee because I haven't lived here very long and so I found them on Craigslist. I called about a clogged toilet and Colin was here the next day. He pulled my toilet and found the item my 18 month old son had flushed. He was great! About 3 weeks later I had another clogged toilet. I called and Aaron was here 2 days later. He also had to pull the toilet and found another item that was flushed. I thought it was going to be really expensive (I think its just what I've heard about plumbing), but it was very reasonable! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Was called back to explain how the handle worked. Developed minor drip which was corrected.

They were great! They came out the same day that I called, assessed the situation, left for a little while to get materials, and returned to install the new heater that same day. They explained everything they did, cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly and professional.

Mary and Aaron were very professional and customer service oriented. I used my 5% off discount. The technican, Aaron, did an excellent job and the cost was reasonable. I have rental property and my own home. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my co workers at Chaparral Energy, friends, and family. Everything about the transaction was good from the initial phone contact to completion of the job. Everyone was professional and pleasant.

They gave me a time between 1-3PM and had called to ask if it was "OK" to be there early. Of course I said yes. They called from across the street at 3PM and said they would be there shortly. 2 men came in, one called himself "Lonnie". I noticed that he had brought along 2 new hoses for my washing machine which I did not need. He talked about himself constantly, telling me that he had gained alot of weight and had trouble getting around the appliances. The younger man did all the very, simple work. I've done this myself since I was 20; but, this is the first time that I've had a stackable washer/dryer and simply wanted a real man to pull it out and change the old hose. Lonnie (guess he's the manager) charged me $113 to change one dryer hose!!! Told me that he "had" to charge me $50 for the extra man that he brought along. He then began trying to tell me that both my washer vents were "frozen" open and he would be glad to fix it for $550!! In Texas and as a Christian, we simply call this a LIE. There's absolutely nothing wrong with my washing machine. He tried to explained the "difficulty" in turning off the water to my home. Heck, I've had a plumber's tool since I was a child and was taught by my Father how easy it is. Having lived in a small town for so many years, I'm not a fan of BS or men who take advantage of retired, single women. This joker didn't even bring in a screwdriver, regular or phillips, nor did he even bring in a rag. Don't believe all these "GREAT" reviews that I had previously read. Talk about a rip-off and getting lied to my face. Go elsewhere....they didn't even blink an eye when they tried to unload this load of crap on me. The next day, I noticed that the large, metal dryer to the vent was hanging out of the wall by a couple inches. I just sealed it with Loctite...rather than call these fools. Fantastic! Best plumbing service technicians I have ever used. My house has many plumping related items and they eased from one problem to the next. I would not call another company again. I could not be happier. Oh, and they got here within 20 minutes of my call.

I contacted Colin several years ago on the recommendation of a friend. We had an outdoor spigot handle that broke and we had water spewing all over the backyard. Although it was a hot Friday around 5 PM, Colin stopped on the way home and turned off the spigot and promised to be back Monday to fix it properly, which he did. We have used Colin's company since then. He and his employees are professional and we never got the feeling we were taken advantage of. Today's issue was a backed up kitchen sink and a problem with the handle on a toilet. The plumber, Mark, came out and both things are fixed!! Highly recommend this company!!!

They were very professional and gave us a several options to address the problem. It took them a couple of hours or so to do the work, so I guess the price was ok. We have used them before for a couple of other minor problems. They have always done satisfactory work. We've never felt like they were trying to run the bill up. Yes, we would use this company again.

They were very professional and were able to fix our shower issue after a couple of visits. It took them a little while to finish up, but they were busy. I would definately hire them again as the work was professional and because he wasn't able to fix it right away we were given a discount.

The job went very well. It did take most of the day but, it was well worth it. We are pleased with their skills.

Very nice work all around. He removed and improved a marginal joint done by the original plumber on the p-trap. He quickly crafted a new gas pipe for the fireplace starter - very nice. He could have short cut this one, but didn't. I even suggested a half-baked way to get it done, but he had a better idea which probably cost all of $25 including labor. Perfect. He replaced the cartridge in the shower which fixed this long-running problem. A prior plumber took a quick way out which had only cured it for a month or two. Update July, 2013. This was another one-off because the incoming line was not ideally located. The guys did a great job of building a platform for it and getting the new valves placed just right. Very nice.

this is a family owned business. We talked to Mary(sister) to schedule an appt. She was polite and very friendly. Her brother came out promptly and fixed drain. He told us how to order parts for the faucet which saved us a lot of money and he came back as soon as the parts arrived and fixed the faucet. He also was friendly, professional, and courteous. We plan to do some bathroom remodeling soon and plan to call them for their help.

It was kind of a difficult job because the water heater was in a closed in space, but they did a very good job. I was able to pass the inspection which can be a little tough. The clean up was good. The workers arrived on time. They did a good job.
