Wonderful job! Carpets look great and smell great. Would definitely bring them back.

It went very well. They were actually earlier than scheduled but called to check to see if they could come. They were quick but thorough.

They did a good job. We are satisfied with their job. The quality was excellent.

They did a wonderful job. Everything about them was excellent. The house was filthy and the previous tenant who lived there for 10 years did not clean the house properly. We cleaned thoroughly and we swept 15 pounds of dirt. We sprayed the house after cleaning to make it more dust resistant. It was not expensive. I am satisfied with the work and have never been more pleased.

They were very good. The price was reasonable. They came out and cleaned the carpets. They were nice, polite and professional. They did a great job. As my husband was ill I did not want to go with the chemicals so the chem.-dry was great. I recommended them to my son.

I contacted Tiffany at Chem-Dry of OKC/Edmond on Monday, 11/09/2009, to schedule carpet cleaning in my residence on Wednesday, 11/11/2009. Unlike the other companies I had spoken with, Tiffany knew immediately they could send a crew out on the day I needed them and at the time I needed them. She provided a concise, yet detailed account of the services the company could provide the associated costs. She was professional, courteous, and extremely pleasant. On Wednesday, Adam called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he walked through the areas of my house which needed cleaning and explained, in detail, what services he could offer and the range of prices to make sure, despite having spoken with Tiffany on Monday, there would be no surprises. We agreed on a deep, thorough carpet cleaning with sanitizing and deoderizing (yes, I have pets), and Adam immediately set to work. He even swept off my front porch so he wouldn't track any dirt or leaves into the house! He cleaned the carpet in my living room, hallway, and bedroom, spending extra time and effort on the numerous and embarrasing spots that were in the carpet , ensuring the carpet was as clean as possible. He also applied sanitizer, then followed up with an application of deodirizer, taking the extra time and effort to spray under items of furniture that were much too heavy to move around. Prior to Adam's arrival, I had removed most of the furniture in my living room, with the exception of a sleeper love seat that was too heavy. Adam cheerfully shifted this piece of furniture around in order to clean the entire carpet in that area. Adam was professional, pleasant, and courteous; he worked non-stop for close to two hours, demonstrating pride in his work and a serious commitment to providing outstanding, quality service. I will most definitely use Chem-Dry of OKC/Edmond again, and can recommend them to others without reservation.

The workmen came on time and did a great job. They were quick and courteous. They moved all the furniture as they needed to. The carpets were nice, clean, and dry. They told me exactly what I needed to do after they left to make sure the carpets dried correctly. They noticed that I had a place on my carpet that needed to be re sewn or re tacked, and they told me to call for that. I thought they kind of went above and beyond the call.

The work they did was great. I have no complaints.

They were very punctual, polite, well-groomed, and knowledgeable. They did the job professionally and the treatment worked beyond my expectation. I won't be getting new carpet any time soon because their work was superior. When I called about a few spots that resurfaced they came out within 24 hours and retreated with great success. I would use again and highly recommend.

Timely arrival, completed work efficiently. Carpeting looks clean with several reoccurring spots removed.

I called on Wednesday, they had an available appointment the next day and they were on time, they were fast and efficient. They didn't try to up-sell me on any extras and were done in 30 minutes, because they had three guys on the job, they were great! They estimate on the cost was exactly what it was. I highly recommend them!

Chem Dry people are very honest, you don't have to worry about your personal belongings when their in your house. They are perfect gentleman. Their cleaning service is a very good process and they do a good job. They wear booties on their shoes.

Chem Dry was very good at what they did. They cost was what they said it would be. They did exactly what they said they would do. I felt they did a great job of explaining everything that was going to done.

Chem Dry arrived on time and got right to work. They couldn't get the stains out, even though they said they could. They did move all of the furniture for us. I feel they were okay.

I feel that Chem Dry does an excellent job on my carpets, or I wouldn't have them out. They always are careful not to scratch anything, and they get the spots out. I would recommend them to others for the work they do.

Chem Dry of OKC did a great job. They got all of the stains out of our carpets and they were nice. The only thing they need to improve on would be arriving on time.
