Chem-Dry of OKC / Edmond

I have them out about every 2 years. Sometimes I think they didn't get all the spots but the carpet is old and it might not be their fault. The workers were very professional.

Jacob and his team arrived on time, ready to work. They were professional and courteous. The carpets were stained and in need of stretching. The results were great. This is the second time I've used this company, and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Great will be using them again for carpet cleaning.

I'm pretty disappointed. We wanted the carpet cleaned to take the red tint out from our dogs. I can get it out with a spot spray but there is no difference in the carpet after cleaning. I'm sure it took some dirt out but if I can make make it look new with a spray bottle their commercial cleaner should probably do a bit better.

I was not pleased with the work. The lead gentleman was rude.The younger gentleman was more professional however. The lead did not want to more the the couch in the livingroom to clean under it. The furniture were not big pieces. There was a pet stain that I asked him to treat and that he was not willing to work on. It was almost as though he had resigned himself to do the minimum required. I would have gladly paid for additional services to get the carpet looking great.

Chem-Dry saved the day by getting out red wine from one of our dining chairs. Got us in quickly, and even delivered to us the next day. Super pleased.

It was okay. It was about a month after I purchased the Big Deal that they came out. I was moving houses. This was the first time I used them. I wasn't even here when they did it. It seemed to be a good job. There wasn't a lot of trying to tell me that it was going to cost $50 more than it was or trying to sign up for a years contract or anything like that. It was very simple.

Went very well, they were on time, explained what they were going to do, asked my if I had any questions. Asked me if they had the proper rooms and what the exact issues were (pet stains). They also went above and beyond and provided some additional work on a tough spot and got it looking perfect again. Very cordial employees, quick and efficient as well as polite.

It went good. I would use them again.

The technician was delayed, but called to let us know. We were concerned because the previous owner had dogs. The UV light showed urine residue ( that we couldn't see or smell ) in many places in each bedroom. We paid some extra for a special treatment to remove this. After cleaning, the UV light did not show any spots at all. Very pleased with the professionalism of the technician and the excellent results.

It was okay. I don't like my carpet getting steam-cleaned. They use steam but it dries a lot faster. It's a different kind.

Technician was on time and was very professional. Explained what he was going to do and did a very thorough job. The house was vacant so no furniture to move. He was done in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

Justin informed us of the drying time and that the carpet would lighten and brighten as it dried, and that it would feel "stiff" in places until after the first vacuuming. He was exactly correct in all that he told us. The carpet dried and still looks excellent even after people and furniture have been over it for the showings and preparations to move. Due to Chem-Dry's agreement with Angie's specs, we received the basic cleaning plus protectant. We would highly recommend Justin and Chem-Dry. We were pleasantly surprised that he was able to return some areas to the same beauty as the rest of the carpet and that it looks so good.

These people are fantastic! From the moment we called in and spoke with Tiffany, to the minute they drove away, our experience was perfect. They gave my Mom great service for a great price and were always professional, polite, and kind. They helped me get my handicapped Mother safely out of the house and down the stairs to her car on several occasions. They were willing to answer all of her questions, several times over due to her short term memory loss, without being ill-tempered. They were always on time, called each time before they arrived, did absolutely a beautiful job on the carpets, and helped squeeze us in once when we had a major spill. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all who need carpets or upholstery cleaned!

I have used them many times before. They always do a good job. They always ask where spots or problem areas are and spot treat them. After the cleaning the entire rug is raked to raise the pile. If you want all your furniture moved it will cost more. My 800 sq.feet of rugs took a little over an hour to do and completely dry in 3.

Outstanding. Jacob and his assistant were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They did an outstanding job. Carpets look great. Price was more than reasonable. Jacob even cleaned one room gratis that wasn't included in the estimate. It is rare these days to find contractors who take pride in their work. Both Jacob (the owner) and his assistant did. We will use them again, and recommend them to our friends.
