They did a good job and were timely; I was happy with them. They were reasonably priced and were reliable; they were very good about coming.

The price was very reasonable. They did exemplary work repairing the carpet. I would recommend them for that. They cleaned our carpet, but it was still dirty. They didn't clean my carpets at all because the next day it looked as dirty as before. It was a big waste of money. I would not recommend them for carpet cleaning. They were very professional. I would use them again for carpet repair.

The job went well. The cleaners took care with the legs on the furniture by putting protectors under them. The carpets and love seats looked like new when dry.

Very professional and responsive. Carpet looked great the day that they cleaned it and still looks good. I gave thme a C on the price because I think that to be fair and reasonable compared to the other qoutes that I recieved, I just hate paying over $200to have my carpets cleaned, when the entire process takes about 2-3 hours.

We recently purchased an existing home in Edmond and on moving day realized that the previous owners had cats, which caused an overpowering odor in the master bedroom. Two of the rooms were in need of restretching. ChemDry sent out a technician very quickly and he arrived on time. He was very professional and called twice during the cleaning to let us know of some additional problems and offer solutions. He even tightened up carpet in a closet and found water damage to the tack strip (which we hadn't previously known about) and replaced the tack strip for a reasonably nominal fee. When I arrived home after the cleaning, I noticed the odor was gone and the carpets looked great. The carpets that were restretched were lying flat, and I was very pleased with the quality of their work. It has been over a month since the cleaning and the cat odor has not returned. I would definitely recommend ChemDry to friends and family. I feel like they went above and beyond what I had asked them to do, as evidenced by them finding the faulty tack strip. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Overall they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

Chase was running late but he called to let us know he was on the way. Our carpet looks much whiter and it took 2 hours to dry.

Just purchased the house (4 bdrm) and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved into the house. Chem-Dry was on time and did an excelent job. They were out in less than an hour.

Arrived on time, reviewed project, determined proper cleaning method, systematically and thourghly cleaned carpet. Great results. Total time on job, 75 minutes. Will definitely use again.

They showed up on time, listened to our requests, and got right to work. They were very professional and they did an excellent job. They were able to get several stains out and the smell of the previous homeowners dogs out of the carpet. Our dogs never seemed to even know that dogs had lived in this house before them. We will be using this company again in the future, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone else.

The gentleman that came out was very courteous and appeared to do a good job however this is my first time working with a carpet cleaning company and although I was impressed with how relatively dry the carpet was shortly after cleaning there were some trouble spots that he couldn't get clean (understandable). I had asked and paid for carpet treatment/ water repellent to prevent future staining however the results are less than desirable after only a week or two later. It was applied as bottle spray throughout our living room and it doesn't appear to be doing any better than before. Water soaks right into the carpet and pet stains still appear to stick to the carpet fibers. I haven't contacted them to discuss but service was alright.

I would like my money back. I found the people to be rude, both the wife and the husband. Said they were not going to come back not even to look at the job. Their invoice says that they will return within 5 working days of the date of service provided no other process or action has been taken? I called the next day before 10 AM, and was told there was nothing else that they were willing to do.

We are very impressed with this business. They were professional and efficient. Our carpets look and smell great and the tile is also very nice looking. We definitely got what we paid for and we will use them again in the future.

I called and they came out the next date. They called the day of the service to ask if they could come early which was no problem. Service didn't take long and it was very nicely done. I will call them again.

They were right on time and did a fine job with the challenge they had. My carpets are in poor shape and they did the best they could. Not all stains could come out. But the carpet is in better shape than it was. They were fast and efficient. No complaints!

Did not get all spots out. These werent' koolaid or wine...just dirty spots. Simply did not look clean. This is NOT a steam extraction method. Just rubs the dirt around.

Their carpet cleaning staff arrived 20 minutes early. One of the crew described their cleaning process and I advised where they needed to concentrate on pet stains. I asked him about their tile and grout cleaning and sealing services and he provided me with an estimate. They worked quickly but were appropriately cautious when working around furniture and other flooring. The carpet that was stretched, reinstalled and cleaned looked brand new, certainly better than I had expected.

The representative called 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm my address, arrived on time and were finished within an hour.

Excellent! The carpet and couches dried quickly, with no funny chemical smell. They showed up exactly on time and the price was exactly the same as the estimate.

Excellent service. The carpet dried in a few hours except for the area where the PURT was used, which they explained would take longer.

We were extremely pleased with the company we found. I have a large 4300 square feet and unfortunately every room in this house is carpeted with the exception of the kitchen and dinning and utility room. They were all areas which included cleaning and spots for $215. They did an amazing job and I chose to have a $100 protector on all carpets. We did not have the carpets cleaned this year because we could not fit it into our schedule an have been dealing with a lot of rain and decided to wait till after the summer. They did a great job.

We hit the jackpot with this business. I would gladly recommend this business to anyone who wants a good job done. Professionalism and competence very much in evidence. Thanks Russell and guys.
