Chem-Dry of OKC / Edmond

It was good. They were efficient and on time. I thought that they were okay. They were nice and friendly.

My experience was really great. They were really fantastic. They cleaned it in a fast manner. I went out of town and it was done before I was back. There was an extra charge for picking it up and bringing it back, it was about $90. The rug is about 15x10 and weighs about 400 pounds because it has a backing on it. The rug looked fine. They did a really great job.

We really like Chem-Dry of OKC / Edmond. They're more reasonable than other companies, and they do a better job. They guy we had was just incredible.

All of the personnel we dealt with were professional, helpful, friendly, considerate, and wanting to do an excellent job. They arrived on time, gave a complete estimate before starting work, worked in an efficient manner, put the furniture back, and left the carpets clean and fresh. I appreciated their natural products since I am allergic to fragrances and items used by other companies. This is the first time I used the ChemDry process and was pleased at how fast the carpet dried. I definitely recommend ChamDry and in particular the Edmond/OKC franchise.

Took special care to use solution that would be sure to remove stain. Pleased with service.

They actually got to the office early. The gentleman was very accommodating to the fact we still had clients in the office. It took about half the time that I was quoted, which was a huge plus.

I had company for six weeks, and needed needed everything cleaned. When I called, they were able to come the next day. The service people arrived on time, and were able to do everything I needed done. The only complaint I have, is the product they used on the tile or grout in the kitchen, sprayed on the lower portion of my stainless steel refrigerator. It seemed to change the color.

The guy was very nice.... it may have been the product used for carpet cleaning. It quickly got dirty again........this may just be typical of carpet cleaning in general. I was not displease with the customer service just not happy with the longevity of the carpet staying clean. I moved not too long after that but would probably not use this method of carpet cleaning again.

Absolutely on time performance. Carpet had pet stains and some leftover wear from Christmas. Treated spots and did the normal services. After a couple of days when the carpet dried noticed some spots as well as some tread wear remained.....now here's the kicker .As advertised they were most willing and anxious to return and complete the job as we asked. And, they returned within 2 days to do so. No fuss/no tussle just pure customer satisfaction was their goal. A most refreshing experience We will use them again and they have easily earned our recommendation.

I was very pleased with how well my carpets looked after the cleaning. One room in particular was quite dirty due to heavy use, and the young man went over the bad spots several times until he was satisfied, showing a definite pride in his work. He was extremely polite and definitely punctual.

They had difficulty finding an electrical outlet to plug in to and ended up blowing three of my outlets. Carpet cleaning fine.

They were very professional, did a very good job at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

We just moved in so we didn't have many furnitures. We had one living room with a very thick carpet so it is impossible for us to clean and they did a very professional job.

My hall carpet had been stained from my daughter's lttle bichon dog. I had tried to remove the stains with a cleaner provided from the pet store and it didn't work, so I didn't know if the carpet cleaner would be able to remove it or not. He was very honest and said it may not come up, but that he thought it would. And, sure enough, the stains are gone! I also had a room-sized rug that needed cleaning They cleaned that as well as my living room carpet. I thought the charges were very fair considering they cleaned a hallway, an 8 x 10 rug and a living room. I would use them again. They were referred to me by me daughter who had used them.

Excellent job! Had to reschedule a couple of times and Tiffany was very understanding. The workers were professional and courteous. Great attention to detail! I thought my carpets were lost and they performed a miracle! Thanks guys! I will definitely recommend to others!!

The carpets were wonderful, stains were gone, smell was gone, the sofa some how was ripped in 3 different places when they finished, so I'm not sure if something on the machine might have ripped the sofa or if the cleaner used was too harsh. If I had an extra 200.00 to spare I'd call them out again in a heart beat to do the carpets, just no furniture.

The appointment was scheduled for 3pm and I recieved a call that they could be at my home earlier if that would fit with my schedule; that was fine and the Chem/Dry employees arrived at approximately 2pm. The tiled areas were measured and I received the price for that service. The employees helped me move a hutch from the dining room in order to have the entire area cleaned. The upholstery pricing was given when I set the appointment; I did add another chair and ottoman to the cleaning request when the employees arrived. The furniture was cleaned and looks simply amazing. I had an indoor dog and after the upholstery was cleaned, there was no further evidence of the dog ever being on the furniture. The employees were very professional and I am extremely pleased with their service. I have told several people about their service and would recommend them to everyone for upholstery cleaning.

Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them.
