Description of Work: I'm guessing at the date. The cost was reasonable but I don't recall the exact amount. The servicemen were prompt, worked quickly, answered all our questions and did a good job. Considering the condition of the carpet when they arrived (it was a rental and we didn't know if the carpet could even be saved) they did an amazing job. Because of issues with tenants dogs constantly peeing on the carpets some of it just couldn't be saved, but it was not due to any error on the part of the carpet company. I'd call them again in a minute.

Description of Work: First, they called and wanted to come an hour early!!! That was such a great surprise since most all contractors are hours late. They went above and beyond to remove stains in my gma's carpet. The guys were professional and super kind. I would definitely recommend them and hire them in the future.

Description of Work: The owners are involved in the business and it shows, because their customer service is hands on and they care about the quality of their work. Very professional and prompt service. We will use them again!

Description of Work: The appointment was scheduled on a Saturday morning at 9. The technicians showed at 9:15. Even though they were 15 minutes late it was not a concern for me. After techs arrived they explained the services to be performed, and quickly set up. The carpet cleaning was done thoroughly and the techs completed the procedure faster than I thought. I had prepped the 17 X 19 carpet area by removing all the furniture so I was ready when they showed. I was only having one carpet cleaned today, and they finished the job, cleaned up their equipment, supplies and were leaving my house at 9:45. I also had "Pert" the pet stain remover applied. All went well and the house smelled lemony after they were done. Hours later, once the carpet was dry the stains were gone and the odor greatly reduced if not fully eliminated. I'll be calling them in the future.
