I’m from Las Vegas NV and my mother stays in Enid. When I called Todd up to get my mom’s place tested for mold. He was very professional and knowledgeable that I felt really safe with going to BioClean for my testing needs. The report that was given to me was clear and very readable. Good guy, straight shooter. Very helpful in finding water leaks. Other company we hired 3 years ago wouldn't do that. Ask him to take air readings before the job is started. He did air readings after. Would have like to have the comparison. We know the air was scrubbed clean when we walked back in. I would hire him again.

Their communication was mostly superb. There were a few times for some reason they didn't respond during the setting up of the project and I don't understand why, but they came back in communicating again well. Their work and explanation of the process were world class - their material and application seem second to none- I can't imagine a better quality vendor and one more educated for this type of work. Amazing. Would use again. And, remember- they also will clean your air and turn the air over and literally clean it -not sure what it's using - if they are peroxiding the air? But you have to leave and come back after it's finished. If the air smells weird and you can't get the smell out even after the repair or leak or whatever caused the mold - then have him use his air cleaning machines, which he deploys! It turns the air over 25 times and it's amazing.

Really, really good work. My house is cured! What a relief to have a clean and fresh home. Friendly, smart, hard working. They have their process down to an art and a science.
