He stood me up. Appointment was at 4:00 pm. 4:25 still not at my house so I call and leave a message . He apparently called me back at 4:30 , but my phone never rang. I called him right back no answer. Then I texted him, no response. Thank you for wasting my time!

Todd was very knowledgeable and personable. He seemed honest and straight forward. He did not find mold and told us that. We paid only a trip charge to cover his gas.

Worth the wait for excellent job

Todd with bio clean remediation did the job and I was very pleased with the results. Other people quoted as much as 3-5 times more. Mine was mold remediation under my home. I know he did a good job because I had some on the inside of the house and the product he used took care of it within 20 minutes. If I ever have another problem like that I will certainly use them again! Thank you so much Todd for being very professional and getting the job done in an excellent manner.
