They were on time and very thorough.

they showed up on time did a great job inspecting and cleaning my chimney,very professional. we will have them do an inspection every year.

"Bear" and Linda arrived promptly. They helped me move some items and furniture away from the fireplace, then Bear spread his dropcloth and began cleaning the chimney. He seemed to be quick, efficient, and tidy. Linda explained about the procedure and how often it should be done. She also gave me contact information for a man who supplies cords of firewood. When the cleaning was done, Bear made sure that he'd left no soot or dirt. I was very pleased with the job Bear Service did and would use the company again.

They were extremely pprompt and polite. They confirmed problems that I suspected and gave me an estimate of cost to complete the work at a future date. The only "negative" is that my address was out of their service area andI paid an extra $30 above the usual fee.

Came out and cleaned & inspected fireplace. Only problem I had was, guy left a mess for us to clean up & charged another $30 because said I was 2 miles out of service area

They arrived early but called before hand which was not a problem. They explained the work they would be performing and got started. They were onsite about an hour. The technician concluded the work by going over his findings as well as his recommendations for future repairs. He provided pictures and descriptions of these items and was informational not pushy. My only complaint was the additional trip charge because we were outside their service area. Their limit is 20 miles and we are 21.2 miles from their business.

Extremely well - arrived early but gave us 10 minute notice; very clean and work was well done. Price very reasonable - used an Angie's List coupon. They provide reminders via email or postal service every year; also recommended a source for fire wood. Highly recommend.

Overall, I was impressed with everything about Bear Service Co.except their price which was twice as much as the handyman/ contractor we ended up using. This was a real shame; I would have liked to hire them as they were so personable, but the price was prohibitive. We moved across the country and purchased a home which we wanted to make numerous updates to before moving in. They were easy to get a hold of and could be on the job within a week (they do run several different crews during their peak times). They got me their quote qicker than anyone else and were prepared to do it all verses hiring different people for different jobs. You pay a pretty penny for it, but you get friendly service that can get the job done quick.

We had furnace problem that wasn't going to be corrected before a winter storm was expected. We suspected we were going to need our fireplace for heating; but hadn't used it for many years and wanted to be sure it was safe to use. The owner pulled off of the job he was working on (leaving his crew to work on it) and came over to be sure we would have heat for the storm. We were not established customers for that company; but we will definitely be using them in the future.

I called the Saturday before Christmas and they responded immediately. Everyone else did not return my calls. Linda was friendly and upfront about the cost. They even came out the same day I called. When they arrived, they were very courteous to my wife. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

They stuck with the bid price and completed the work on time. I like that they find a good time in my schedule to do the final walk through / inspection. And they fix and issues right on the spot. For us, this was spots missed or needing touch up.

The work, both painting and repair work, went very smoothly. They showed up a little late one time (due to traffic between Edmond and Norman), but they called us to let us know they were running behind. Linda (the office administrator) was extremely friendly and was able to get our work scheduled so we didn't stress about meeting our repair deadlines for the sale of our home. Very nice company and extremely friendly staff.

They were very good and responsive to my needs.
