It s pretty efficient. I might have to wait a day to get some service but if I need them right away they take that into consideration. Their communication is fantastic.

They were extremely efficient, honest, and a lot of fun! Another electric company (whose name I won't mention) said that they wanted over $1500 for the work. Baxter did it all for under $400.

They were great, they came and were very professional, they did everything that they said they would do and they stuck by there original estimate.

A+ from start to "near finish", when the foreman insisted on leaning on things prior to and following the job when discussing the job with us. Yes, leaning, like he was tired or unsteady and needed a place to hold onto. Not a big deal and excusable for the excellent work quality and ethic. However, I guess we just don't like as much extraneous touching of our home. We would also appreciate it when any tradesman offers to place a "glove" over their shoes when working in the home; where were their shoes prior to our home? We would again use this company, but insist on correcting their methods of entering the home and actions while in the home.

Oh Lord. My experience with Baxter would have been perfect if the company had stuck to its given estimate. I provided EVERY material needed: lights, switches, bulbs, etc, (including screwcaps for the wire and junction boxes!). The electrician gave an estimate at the beginning of the project that it would cost me $900 for the entirety of what I was wanting done. At the end of the project, in which the electrician did an excellent job, are when the problems began. I spoke to the manager to close out the project account and low and behold the project total had jumped to $1,300. I spent literally about an hour on the phone with the manager trying to straighten out the numbers until we finally agreed on $1k, which was still not our agreed price at the beginning, but I was tired of arguing with him. It would have been fine, but I work on such a restricted budget that it makes it difficult to throw $300 to a company wanting some extra $$$. (In violation of the contract no less) The quality of the work was high and I would consider using this company in the future, but be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing in the estimate, down to the T. I allowed myself to get burned because I got complacent and allowed the electrician to cut corners on the paperwork.

I called a few days ago to set up the appointment. Two nice young men came right on time, did the job in about half the time the scheduler estimated. They were very nice, very knowledgeable and helpful about where to place the new fixtures. Cost less than estimated. They cleaned up afterwords. They did an excellent job, did it quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I give them the highest possible recommendation.

Bad experience with this company. I wanted new lights in the kit and they suggested can lighting. I let them do it. It took four hours longer to install than what they told me it would. It cost me twice as much as I was expecting. They don't have a satisfaction guarantee either.

Baxter Electric was real courteous about getting here on time. They did a good job at telling us about what they did and how they fixed it. We would refer them to lots of people.

We use only Baxter Electric. They did a lot of electrical work at an older home we once owned also. They did fantastic work there at competitive prices. If something is not done right, they fix it right away at no extra cost. The service is second to none.
