Went really well. No upsales. Did it same day. Was very nice and informative to my wife. She felt comfortable with him being in the house. Installed the new disposal. GREAT price point at $125. I will call them for any other service that they can perform.

Everything went excellent. Repairman diagnosed the issue almost instantly. Very knowledgeable.

It went great! I had prepared by taking all the extra stuff off the top of the fridge and moved it away from the wall so I could clean behind it. The tech was here about 15-20 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts in the truck and had it repaired in no time.

Refrigerator was inspected. Compressor was not working. Shane tried to restart compressor, but found it would not start. He determined it was not repairable. Too expensive to install a new one in an old refrigerator. Charged only for service call.

The service technician came in and knew exactly what the problem was when I told him what had been happening. It took him all of 15 minutes to fix the problem, clean up his work area and write the receipt. I definitely use Arrow again!

I told them the problem ahead of time so I knew what they were going to do. My experience with them was fine. He scheduled I think the very next day. He came when he said he would. He was very efficient. He completed the repair just putting in a new element in fifteen minutes and then, he was gone. The price was not outrageous. The dryer has worked perfectly since then.

It went very well. He arrived right on time, was very informative, and was done in a very timely manner. I really appreciated the advice he gave me about some of my other appliances that I have had a few problems with such as my dishwasther and my washing machine. He seemed extremely knowlegeable and I was very please with the service call.

It went very well! Friday night when I came home I opened up my freezer and all things were thawed. Both the freezer and refrigerator weren't working. I called the next morning and someone was called out within the hour. A very nice gentleman came and said it was the thermostat and he would need to go and get a part. In less than an hour he was back and put it in and every since then it has been working well. I definitely will call them again.

Called and got next day servcie on refrig.. Came in slotted time window. Vey Professionsal, knew eaxtactly what was wrong. Did not have specialty valve on truck so did his next job whic was near parts supplier and retuned in 1.5 hour, Completed job in 20 minutes. Would definitely use again.

Went very well, the bill was discounted more that the Angie's coupon as we are seniors, and they were kind enough to bring this to our attention. Nice folks, well mannered, well spoken, neat. Did the job sooner than they first told us and left things cleaned up.

Jason and his assistant arrived on time (all times), were extremely courteous (at all times). He made some suggestions as to how often the vent needs to be cleaned (every one to two years), and we have set this up on our calendar. Super service, both visits.

Arrow was busy and available to schedule a service call within 48 hours. The two technicians that arrived were on time and very professional. While the issue with our refrigerator was not reasonably serviceable, and the technicians did not perform any work beyond diagnosis, I was very impressed by the integrity of the company whereby the technicians indicated that I would make a wiser choice to invest my money in a new refrigerator rather than have an expensive service that would likely be more than half the cost of a new refrigerator. Arrow did not make any money by providing services for me today, but the next time I need appliance repair, I will be going straight to Arrow Appliance Repair.

The techs were prompt and polite. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with the machine, but that isn't where my complaint lies. They tried to sell us a part that they thought would fix the problem, but they weren't sure. We declined that because they said the part would be $80 and the labor would be almost $100. After they left we discovered they further broke the machine by being lazy and irresponsible. They didn't properly disconnect a hose and they bent it out of shape and now it is leaking. Beyond that when we googled the part they tried to sell us we discovered they were marking it up an obscene amount. We purchased the part for $25 and they were trying to say it was $80 at cost for them. I understand they are in a business and marking up merchandise is part of the game, but marking it up this dramatically is not the best way to do business. So they left after a $10 with a machine that is more broken than we started with. I am calling them today hopeful that they will come and fix the house for no cost.

Once Shane received my request for service, he was very prompt and repaired the dryer in about 20 minutes. He knew what was wrong and repaired it quickly. I made my original request via the coupon link on Angie's List website. He did not receive that. I sent him a second email via his website and he responded the next morning. He also honored the coupon that was posted on Angie's List, even though technically I contacted him directly and not through Angie's List. Not sure why the link on Angie's list didn't work but I'm glad I contacted Shane directly.

Zack from Arrow Appliance Repair come out and fixed our washing machine. He was courtesy and prompt. We will call Arrow Appliance again if we have any appliance issues.

Did troubleshooting and replaced the pump on the washer. With the replacement part they quickly noticed the seal was not great so they obtained and installed another. They also shared with us the possible cause of the failure so we could be on the lookout/have awareness (bobby pins burned up motor). Very professional.

He replaced the condenser fan because the walls of the refrigerator were very hot, and also a valve because where the water dispenses from the door was leaking. He said he thought the lack of the fan working is probably what damaged the valve. He was very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. We will call them again.

My wife called and made an appointment for 12pm. Zach the service tech showed at 11:45am. Fixed the dryer door within 10 minutes. Very polite and professional. Would definitely call them for future appliance repairs.

Jason arrived exactly on schedule and immediately was able to diagnose what was wrong with my dryer. He was able to fix it right away and gave me several pointers on how to make sure the same thing didn't happen.

I'm sorry I cannot remember his name, shame on me. I emailed via Angie's late on Friday, not expecting to hear from him till Monday. He emailed me back Saturday! We set up time for him to come out Monday. He was prompt and professional. My dryer is 10 years old so I was worried I needed a new one, but it was just the element. He had one on his truck and fixed it quickly. I remembered my very old Maytag washer was squeaking and sometimes didn't spin out well so I mentioned that to him on the fly and he looked at it and replaced the belts, didn't complain or roll his eyes or anything at having work added on just as he was leaving! Really nice guy!!
