+ -1 moreJarred diagnosed the issue and ordered the required part for the Frigidaire oven. Once he received the part came back to replace it about a week later. Great work performed and good service. I did have to call initially for the follow-up but since the part was delivered as schedule, they were waiting to reach out to me once received! Very professional and knows what to do! Will recommend and call back for any other issues! Thanks!

Said he needed to find part and would get back to us "shortly." Never heard from him again, forced to use other company.

Description of Work: Needed a part replaced on dishwasher. Jason came by and new what the issue was, but since we have a Bosch, he said he would have to order. He called back a couple hours later and could get part and come back next day. We weren’t sure, though, we wanted the repair after estimate, as it might be better to get another model. I offered to pay the service call fee, but he refused to charges us, because he said, “I didn’t even have to open my toolbox.”

+ -1 moreI had hand surgery the week before they came out. The wind caught my front door and twisted the frame. While they were there they were kind enough to remove 2 screws and replace them so the door would close. Bravo for their help!
Description of Work: Washer started leaking. Jason explain to me that the part might be $168. At that time I decided to get a new one. As I researched the new technology I realized that my old machine was the style I wanted. So they came out to diagnose the problem. They told me the basket was bad, it would tip and splash water out the back and needed replacement, for sure. They told me about a Roper machine, much like what I had. Service charge was $60. I said I got them off Angie's List so it dropped to $50. I advertised the machine on Craigslist and a man came out to buy it for parts. He was appliance repairman he looked at my machine and said all it needs a new spring on the basket. He put one on, I paid him $30 and it has not leaked since. I called to tell them about the spring fix and the did not return my call.

I explained the condition and situation of the appliance and that I preferred replace rather than repair the unit. In the past, other service providers have taken short cuts and insisted that I was "good to go," in order to turn a fast buck. The installation was fast and "painless" and I was satisfied with the charges. For those who wish to maintain a resource to repair small appliances, this provider is an excellent choice.

+ -1 moreI called on Thursday, Shane made the appointment for Friday morning, arrived 10 minutes early, fixed a problem with a part on the ice maker and a bent piece of metal (part of the drain) that a previous repairman had caused, and was done in about 20 minutes. Works great now, no leaking water. Shane was very knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and fast. I couldn't tell a repairman had been in the house. I HIGHLY recommend Arrow Appliance Repair!

+ -1 moreArrow's technician, Jason, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in minutes. Explained what needed to be done. He didn't have all the parts, so he went to check on availability. He called back in 30 minutes to set up a time for the next day. The next day he arrived on time, had all the parts he needed, and completed the job in about 15 minutes. In addition to the repair, they guarantee their work for 1 year, so in the unlikely event it happens again, they will come out and replace it for free. This is the second time I have used Arrow, and I will be sure to use them for all my appliance repairs in the future.
