The fan on my refrigerator had been bent due to my cleaning the underneath side of the fridge...I called Arrow Appliance and Shane came out and fixed the problem....he was fast and efficient. Also, ensured that our ice maker was functioning properly as, we have not used it for quite some time due to water leaking...he made sure it worked and discovered that the problem was with the installation of the water filter. Liked the fact that he was clean cut and professional in his appearance as well. His time and efficiency at trouble-shooting was much appreciated and he charge a fair price, too!

Great! They give a one hour time window where they will be at your house, and most places give a multiple hour time window that you have to be available. They have given me advice on what I can easily fix myself verses when to call them for repairs. They are very professional and give warranties for repairs.

I called at 8:30 a.m. and was told that there would be a technician at my house between 1 and 2 that same day. Jarred showed up slightly before 1 - very prompt! He said the problem was more than likely a draining problem which was causing it not to spin correctly. He pulled the drain and found a poker chip in my drain (thank you, Band Camp!) which obviously was causing it not to drain properly. I asked him to just check things out while he was in there. He pulled the pump off, which was the original pump from 13 years ago when I purchased the machine new. He said it's working right now, but showed me where it was loose and explained how it could cause problems later. No pressure at all from him to replace it, but I did have him do it since he was there and it was obviously going to be an issue at some point. I figured it was better to do it and take care of it rather than wait and have it go out and have a load of wet clothes! He was very professional and didn't waste time at all. He was in and out in 35 mins. First load of clothes I did after he left were spun very well - just like the machine was brand new. I'm super happy!

I've used Arrow in the past and was very happy (see review), so I didn't hesitate to call them again. Placed a call and someone was out either later that day or early the next. When Jason came out he was thorough in determining the cause of my problem - main computer board malfunctioning and not sending information to the drain and soap dispenser. Jason said the repair was about $250 and he could get the part that day or the next. As he was finishing up, he noticed the reflection of moisture underneath the dishwasher. Jason removed the bottom and there was a significant puddle of water. Jason feared it was the rings in the bottom of the washer, which could be another approx. $250. Jason and I removed the dishwasher from the cabinet (not an easy task as a remodeler had put down tile in front of the dishwasher and almost kept it from coming out. Jason immediately spotted the problem - a hose clamp had failed. Jason told me the parts house would only sell him a $50 'kit' to fix the problem. Jason said he was happy to do that, but if I wanted to save some money I just needed to go buy a clamp at Ace Hardware for about $1 and I could fix it myself. I chose to fix it myself and save the money. Jason even offered to come back out if I had any problems and he's help or even help me get the dishwasher back in the cabinet. Jason also kindly pointed out an issue with the hose coming from our disposal and how it's position would most likely cause backflow into the dishwasher. Jason told me how I could easily fix the issue. In the end I received some really great service, free advice and some DIY cost saving suggestions. The fix required two trips and Jason didn't even ask for the $20 service charge upfront (which would have been applied to the total anyway). Really like dealing with this company.

I called Arrow and the owner asked a few questions, and told me exactly what the problem was (it was not a clogged drain) and how to fix it myself. He could have easily made a service call and charged me for the same work. This is amazing! As a woman, I often feel taken advantage of by workers so this was a breath of fresh air. THANK YOU!! He is now my appliance repairman for life!

We had a leak someplace in our refrigerator. The serviceman showed up when scheduled. To complete the repair a part was needed so we got an estimate and an appt for the next day to finish the job. The serviceman again showed up when scheduled and was complete within 10 minutes and the cost was as estimated.

The first time they came out our heating element was replaced. They tested, said it worked and went on their way. I tested that night and it seemed to work but I didn't watch it thoroughly. We paid $219 to Arrow Appliance Edmond LLC for that transaction. My wife noticed that the dishwasher was still not heating correctly after a few washes. I called back and rescheduled. Someone called to confirm our appointment and talked me into believing that the dishwasher did actually work and that it just might not get as hot now as it did before. His convincing conversation went on so long that he was talking in circles and was getting tired of listening to it, I cancelled the new appointment. I believed him not knowing that my wife had done additional testing. So I had to call back and make another appointment where I was told that the part would be no more than $85 and that labor would be comped since the issue was not originally taken care of ( I did not relay this information to my wife ). My wife made out a personal to Jason Pomeroy for $147.32. So not only did we over pay by at least $62.32 but we also inadvertently made some under the table deal which seems like fraud. So all in all, we paid $366.32 to have our 2-3 year old Whirlpool dishwasher repaired. We could have nearly bought a new dishwasher for that price.

I'm one of those people that cringes at the thought of calling a repairman (appliance, plumber, electrician, etc.). I just assume I'll either be overcharged, they won't know what they are doing or I'll pay a fortune for something I could have fixed for a fraction of the cost myself. The other day the ice maker on our 3 year old Maytag/Whirlpool french door refrigerator with bottom freezer went out (remember when those things would last decades!??!) - not any longer. We actually bought a model with the ice maker not in the door, thinking that would be less to go wrong - we were mistaken. I decided to call someone to fix it. I saw Arrow's $19 price to take a look and figured that would be worth it and gave them a call. Someone came out the next day - in a well maintained commercial van and wearing a clean uniform - and told me there was nothing to replace on this style ice maker and I'd need to buy a new one. He went to the local supplier and came back with a matching unit - but the water intake was aligned slightly differently. So, he said he'd order one from Dallas and be back the next day (Friday). I got a call Friday afternoon and was told the part was in and he could come right away. He showed up and quickly changed out the ice maker with a new one. He also answered my questions regarding those overly expensive water filters they put in these refrigerators these days (said I could put an inexpensive pass-thru in and avoid the cost of new filters!). Everything works great now and I think the price was very fair. Will definitely call again.

Our dishwasher leaked water that ruined our kitchen floor. We called Arrow Appliance Repair because of great service in the past. They were prompt in arriving at the appointed time. Jason quickly assessed the leak on our 2011 Kenmore Elite dishwasher. He showed me exactly what was causing it and described in detail his experience with this particular model of dishwasher. The Kenmore Elite model 665.1393 has a known history of leaking for the same reason as ours. Jason said they could fix the very small and inexpensive o-ring that was causing the leak but the design of this dishwasher requires the entire bottom unit of the machine to be removed in order to get to it. He said the expense of all that would be $365. That's about half the price, or more, of a new dishwasher. Unfortunately (and probably predictably) our extended warranty with Sears was for only three years. It made no sense to us to pay for this much service required on a clearly defective machine that might do the same thing in another four years. Jason agreed with us and gave us valuable advice on possible replacement dishwashers. We appreciated his honestly and valuable insight. We thought it was well worth the price of a service call even though he didn't actually work on our dishwasher. When we began to write the check to Arrow, Jason said there would be no charge. We tried to insist but he said what we had already come to know - that Arrow is interested in being in business for the long haul and the right reasons. They want to do right by their loyal customers. We can vouch first hand for that. I could not recommend a company more highly than Arrow Appliance Repair.

The job went extremely well. I think I have answered this question in the above box.
Description of Work: A Tide Pen had rolled into the lent trap after I removed it to clean. We took the back off hoping we could get it out - no such luck. We called another repair shop a few days ago and he didn't keep his promise of coming and then didn't return any calls that we made. I looked up on Angies List and found Arrow. Called them and he said he could come today between 2-3PM. He ended up coming much earlier due to him already being in the same area. Took him about 30 min to get it out, cut the extra tubing for the vent, hooked everything up, put it back in place and made sure it worked correctly. He charged $48, but with the $10 discount coupon, it was only $38. Couldn't have asked for a better company/person to come.

My 15 year old washing machine has been leaking a small amount of water (enough to mop up with a paper towel.) The repairman looked it over and diagnosed that it's probably leaking a little when it's in the spin cycle, due to the aging of the springs on the tub.. There was no part or repair to be made. I give this company high marks because they didn't charge me or make up something to charge for. I appreciate this much honesty! (And I probably need to shop for a new washing machine.) I've called on Arrow Appliance repair for several different types of appliances and I've always been more than satisfied with the quality of their work, punctuality and professionalism. I plan to call on them in the future.

My 6 year old Kitchenaid side by side was making an odd noise, the fan was going on and off on a consistent basis. I knew something was wrong though my refrigerator was working just fine. So I did some research on Angie's List and decided on Arrow Appliances. My wife called on a Friday and he said he could come out first thing Saturday. I was concerned that he would charge "weekend rates", and I didn't want that as this did not seem to be an emergency. Anyway, we already scheduled the appointment. Shane, the owner of the company arrived right on time. He's a clean cut, polite young man. Drove up in a neat red van! He opened the refrigerator, heard the noise, and immediately knew exactly what the problem was. Said he knew a guy who might be able to repair the board today, but if he could not repair it, the part would have to be sent off and we would be without a fridge for about 3 week! Ugh! He told us exactly what the cost would be before we made the decision to go forward. Well, the friend was available so Shane took it to be fixed and came back about 2 hours later. It worked!!! We were very impressed by Shane. He exemplifies the word "SERVICE". I would recommend Arrow Appliance without reservation.
