Description of Work: Shane attempted to repair the refrigerator but ultimately determined it was a system seal leak that could only be repaired by the manufacturer.

Description of Work: Refrigerator started making a noise on me so I called Arrow to come out and take a look to see if it would be more cost effective to fix it or go by a new one. Was honestly expecting the worst. Turned out to be a simple condenser fan that they had the parts for and could fix right then. Great same day service and fixed the job right the first time. This is the second time that I've used them for repairs and I won't use anyone else. Be sure to mention Angie's List for a discount!

Description of Work: They told me immediately what was wrong with my fridge and the cost approximate chipset for another provider to repair it (it as not a service they provided). I chose to not repair it.

Description of Work: The company responded to my call immediately and came out that same afternoon to determine the problem with my fridge. My 9 yr old refridgerator control board was no longer functioning correctly, so had to be replaced. Although I had to wait a week for the part, the technician tweeked things to enable me to keep my fridge cold until he could replace the board.

Description of Work: They said it was a pump issue. Took a call. Said they would come back and never did.

Description of Work: Called Arrow to look at washer that had a water leak. Appointment was easy to make. When serviceman arrived (on-time), he spent 5-10 minutes looking at washer to then tell me the bearings were bad and washer wasn't worth repair expense. He collected from me a $10 trip fee and left. Okay, it will need replaced. No problem I thought, I'll get shopping in the next week or two. Unfortunately, the next day when I went to wash clothes the washer was left inoperable by the repairman. Didn't work at all. Three calls were made to Arrow and messages left each time asking for a callback. No return calls were ever received. I can not recommend this service.

Description of Work: tHE TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND AFTER APPX 20 MINUTES HAD THE PROBLEM |DIAGNOSED AND HAD THE PART ON HIS TRUCK AND MY DRYER REPAIRED.

Description of Work: Called with what I thought would be a major problem with our freezer… The guy who answered actually explained that due to extremely cold weather freezers heat up a bit more than they should. Was super appreciative that he took the time to explain the issue on the phone rather than come out and charge me for service I probably didn't need. Will be sure to call these guys the next time I needs something!

Description of Work: What a pleasant experience! Shane returned my call on Memorial Day! We set up an appointment and he knew right away what the problem with my washing machine was, was in and out without a fuss. I also needed an estimate on my side by side ice maker and he told me what I needed and even where to order it. He did not need to install the ice container so he told me it would be cheaper to order on line than have him do it. He knew I got him thru Angie's List and gave me $10 without me having to print the coupon. He quoted a price over the phone and that's what he charged. I will definitely recommend him and use Arrow again.

Description of Work: Zach arrived promptly at 10AM this morning to look at my Whirlpool washing machine. The controls that indicate the KIND of wash one wants, were not working at all. He pulled out the washer, consulted with a colleague that also often repairs big washers, left to buy the necessary part, returned within the hour, installed the part, repaired the machine and returned it to it's place, next to the dryer. It was a BIG machine. But Zach is also a BIG man. He tested the machine to insure that it was running properly. I paid him, using, as well, my Arrow Appliance coupon for part of the payment, and he left a little before noon. Everything was tidy and as I write this report, I am drying my first load of laundry after a successful "wash" in my recently repaired front load Whirlpool Washing Machine. I am very impressed with the accuracy and speed of this repair. I called Arrow Appliance because, a year ago, Arrow repaired my side by side refrigerator freezer in a similarly speedy and complete way. The refrigerator/freezer has given me no trouble since that repair. My washing machine is working like new. Arrow's speedy, excellent work is not a fluke, but a way of life in this company. Arrow Appliance's work is reliable and fast...just what is needed by the consumer. The workers are clean and leave the place as they found it. I will continue to use them for my large appliance needs as I am a happy customer, now, for the second time. A Happy OKC Customer

Description of Work: Zak was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He had our oven repaired and back working the very next morning after we called in the evening. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: I called and emailed two times over the course of a 3-4 week period without any response. I would say this company does not need to be using Angie's List if they cant return emails or phone calls.

Description of Work: What a nice experience I had with Zach of Arrow Appliance! He called early to talk about my washer’s problems and diagnosed the problem on the phone! He was clean cut and mannerly and fixed the problem very quickly. I will tell my neighbors about Arrow Appliance and certainly keep their number handy if ever I should have another problem.

Description of Work: I scheduled the appointment based on Angie's list reviews. My washer was leaking water onto the floor.(not a huge amount) I made the phone call at 4:30 pm and Zach came the next morning (Sat.) right on time. He did a thorough check, pump, hose, etc. and determined that my washer was OK and no repairs were needed. I probably had too large a load and it spilled over. I think $10 for a service call is quite reasonable and now I have peace of mind to go ahead and continue using my washer.

Description of Work: They came on time and were able to show me how to turn on my icemaker (which had not been used in many years). They didn't even charge for the visit! I will definitely call them next time I need an appliance repair!

Description of Work: Our Dryer was making a horrible noise. They came and fixed it; same day I called. Very prompt and nice. I will use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Made an appointment withina week of request. Arrived promptly. Did a through job of the outside vent cleaning. Explained two problems; smaller outlet to outside, poor internal connection. Did clean dryer inside vents after being reminded that I wanted that cleaned also. Knew his stuff. Nice young man, he is continuing a business started by his father.
