Description of Work: The contractor repaired a leak in my refrigerator. He fixed it once, but it began leaking again. He came out again and determined that the valve he unstuck stuck again, and needed replacement. He replaced it and didn't charge for the second call, just for the parts. Very nice guy, very professional - I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Description of Work: Replaced ice maker. He did an outstanding job, he had the ice maker on his truck and did not have to order it. He came the same day and time he said he would, I have use him another time to work on a washing machine and he also had the part on the truck. Very reliable and honest. I highly recommend them.

These guys are very clean, professional and super nice. They even returned same day after going to get the parts needed without making me wait another day.

+ -1 moreExcellent service provider. I contacted them in the morning and they scheduled me for an appointment between 4 and 5. The techs arrived around 4:30 and went straight to work. They located the problem and repaired it all within 30 minutes. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. They even went the extra step of trying to fix a knob that was loose. I would definitely recommend this company.

+ -1 moreIt went well. They showed up on time, troubleshooted the problem, got the right part and fixed in with a reasonable charge.
Description of Work: My refrigerator cooling fan made noise, so I called Arrow Appliance Repair. they came at the time they said they would. They knew that GE Refrigerator fans go bad due to either a bad fan motor or the computer control board but you can't tell which is bad unless you d a "trial and error" approach. So, they replaced the computer board to see if that fixed the problem. It didn't. Then, one of the service technician went back to the shop for the right motor. They put the old board back in and replaced the fan motor and that fixed the problem. They said they didn't charge for a service call if a repair is done and they said they charged me only for the part. I'm very satisfied with their service. I would certainly call them again.

+ -1 moreMy refrigerator would not get cold. Two gentlemen arrived a little late but knew just what to do and quickly fixed the ailing machine. They missed the scheduled time of arrival but did call to let me know that they would be late. The job was not cheap but was quite reasonable in my estimation. They even gave me a senior discount of 10%.
Description of Work: The overload relay in my refrigerator failed and was replaced.

Unfourtunatly for me they do not work on Samsung appliances, but they gladly gave me the name and contact info of a company in my area that specializes in Samsung/LG etc. I called that company and they also were very friendly, professional, and helpful & yes they do indeed work on Samsung. Thank you Arrow for saving me the time from having to call every one in town to find out the FEW people who will work on a Samsung appliance!
