It was as simple and painless I could have hoped.

Shane arrived on time and was gone within 20 minutes. He was VERY professional and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend Arrow to our friends and will call them again whenever we need appliance repairs. It was great having the Angie's List coupon, too. Overall, this was the best repair experience I have ever had.

Shane rapidly located the problem. He communicated his findings in a clear and concise manner. The repairs were successfully completed. He left us with some insights on what we can do to prevent a repeat failure.I'm an engineer and I was favorably impressed.

Zach came with the correct element and had the job completed in about 15 minutes. He arrived at the appointed time and cleaned up after he finished. I wish all repairmen were as good and reliable as Zach.ooooooooo I really appreciated the $15 discount for being an Angie's List subscriber.

It was very good service, I felt it was reasonable and they went out of their way to take care of me. I know they were reasonably priced because I had talked to a couple of others. They were local, more convenient and timely. They followed up and followed through with what needed to be done.

I called Arrow about 6 p.m. on a Thursday, and the repairman was here at 10 a.m. Friday. He went to work and was able to reproduce the loud sound that I had been hearing when the agitator was in motion. He thought the machine wasn't level, causing the inner parts to rub against the outer case or frame. He leveled the machine and was done in 15 minutes. Total charge: $10. I am so grateful for the integrity of this company. The repairman could have gotten in there, replaced belts or something, charged me $150, and I wouldn't have known any better.

This was the second time I have used Arrow, I will call them again. They did a great job both times. The first time was my washing machine and second time was the refrigerator. They came when they said they would and fix it with no problems. I will use them again and have referred them to several people. The cost was very reasonable.

After seeing Arrow recommended by other Angie's List members, I called them about a clothes dryer that wasn't heating. It's only a $10 service call and even that is applied to the bill if you have them do the service after they give you an estimate. They set up an appointment that same day, showed up on time and Shane, the technician, was very professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a heating element gone bad. He had one on the truck and got everything taken care of in less than an hour. I used an Angie's List coupon for a $15 discount. So it was quick, easy and reasonably priced. You can't ask for any better service than that. I will use them again without hesitation.

I called arrow after our washing machine began making a loud noise during rinse and spin cycle. Spoke with them on the phone and explained the problem and that this is a 10 yr plus washing machine. I did not want to invest a great deal of money in an older machine and he advised that they could come check it out for $10 and we could make a decision before I incurred any additional cost. It turned out to be the water pump and they fixed it about 30 minutes. They did a great job, were honest, and I love the $10 service call charge. It really helps you feel comfortable when calling about service when you are not sure if you should repair or replace something!

They were really good. They came, did their work, and then left. The washer and dryer are still working. They gave me a window of time in which to expect them. The window was long, but they did show up, and get the work done. They were nice.

We have been through 4 other appliance repair companies and each time we ended up with sub-par service. We went on Angie's List and found Arrow Appliances. They came right over, on the WEEKEND, assessed the problem with our dryer and ordered replacement parts that needed to be shipped from out of town. You'd expect that out of every appliance repair company, right? Well, it was a relief to us that a company actually lived up to it word. But that's not the best part. When the parts arrived, they came over and installed them and cleaned our dryer outflow vent. And while this was happening, it just so happened that our upstairs water heater sprung a leak and flooded our downstairs master bedroom. It was like a scene right out of a movie. Well, wouldn't you know it, even though it wasn't their job, the repairman rushed upstairs, stopped our leak and recommended a good plumber. Then he went back and finished the job on the dryer. That was beyond impressive! Arrow Appliances has a customer for life! If you aren't using Arrow, you're not using the best.

I was very satisfied and would recommend then and use again

Both appliances old 85/92 had no problems getting parts. Called at 8 AM and technicial was at the house by 11. Had to come back next day because new ice maker didn't work. Fixed problem next day at my leisure. Very satisfied with service. Will use them again. Just gave their number to a friend with appliance problems.

Explained the problem, door on ice maker did'nt close, Shane said a kit was available to repair the problem and that he had one with him. Was told that this was a common problem with this brand and the kit would solve it permanently. Service was more than prompt, we called early Saturday morning and he was here 3 hours later for the repair. I would highly recommend Arrow and will call them again if we need them.

My GE front loading high efficiency washer was malfunctioning, not draining or spin-drying clothes properly. Normally I would have called Sears repair service. They're expensive and can take a few days to get to you, but they're a known quantity for me. Instead I went to Angie's List. Arrow Appliance Repair was at the top of the list with high marks from users. I called them on a Sunday, left a message and heard back in less than 24 hours. From the time I talked to them they were at my house 6 hours later! The technician, Zach, was prompt, professional and knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. He also checked out my dryer to make sure the venting system was clean. The rate for the repair was very reasonable. I would definitely use Arrow again and would definitely refer a friend or family member to them.

Called at 12:30 p.m. on a Sunday with a broken refrigerator. They had us up and running by 2:30 p.m. Excellent service.

Contacted Arrow Appliance Repair based on favorable reviews on Angie's list. My call was promptly answered and the technicians arrived at the scheduled time. Needed repair was explained and price quoted. Work was performed efficiently and technicians were very polite and professional. Positive experience in all respects.

The repair went well as far as we know. There is some defect in the dryer. When the same problem happened within 90 days, I called Arrow back out. They repaired it again at no charge.

During the time they were in my home, they were nothing but professional, quiet, and right down to business. This was the first time I have used Appliance Repair. I chose the company based on the reviews here on Angie's List and the $15 coupon for services. I will definitely use this company again if I have any appliance repair needs.
