I called Arrow Appliance Repair and told them the problem we were experiencing with our dish washer. I was given an approximate price over the phone and a time was set for the service. They came to the house that same day with the parts in hand to do the repair. The technician arrived when he said he would and completed the repair within 20 minutes. The cost was exactly the amount I had been quoted less my Angie's List Coupon discount. I would definitely use this company again.

Technician arrived on time knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. We were very satisfied with the work and conduct of the technician. Would have no hesitance to use them again and would recommend them to our friends. I grew up in an electric appliance family business and these guys are good.

Arrow Appliance was quick to respond to my call and repaired my appliance in a timely manner.

We bought a foreclosure, as-is house. The dishwasher was not filling with water. Arrow Appliance replaced the water inlet valve and copper line. They had to order the part and come back for installation, but they did not charge their diagnosis/service call fee for either day.. Jason also quoted me $3 to replace the copper connector to the water line but ended up changing out the entire line for a better version to prevent leaks. He held true to the three dollar quote despite providing a more expensive piece of equipment. However I do think there was a pretty big markup on the valve piece from their equipment supplier-- I found them online for about half the price. I was very pleased with Jason's courtesy and professionalism. When he called to say that he was on his way back after retrieving the water line, I asked him not to ring the doorbell because my daughter was napping. He obliged, and proceeded to talk in very quiet tones and take great efforts to work quietly so he didn't wake her up. That may not seem like a big deal, but it was to this mom! I would use Arrow Appliance Repair again, although I might procure the needed replacement parts myself instead of going through their supplier.

The job went very smoothly. Shane arrived promptly, confirmed the problem, replaced the part, and made sure the unit was working properly, all in less than an hour. The price was right, actually it was less than the value of the food that we would have lost due to spoilage if the unit went out totally.

It is such a relief to find a wonderful, competent, reasonably priced repair company. I highly recommend Arrow Appliance Repair!

Overall had a positive expereince. Tech arrived during the time window given during original telephone call. Did work promptly and professionally.Only complaint was that parts and labor were not broken down on invoice, so you could not assess whether or not you were paying a fair price. The part should have cost less than $40.00, which left $130.00 labor and trip charge for the 40 minutes that the tech was here. In Oklahoma thats a pretty pricey labor rate. But overall I was pleased with the workmanship.

It went very well. Shane brought the part with him and fixed it in no time. He was very polite and got to work right away. I got my oven back and that made me happy. I just wish I had thought to mention the $15.00 coupon for Angie's members.

Repair person arrived on time, Listened to what the problem was. Suggested replacing the igniteor as this is what usually goes out on gas stoves. Replaced the igniteor and tested the stove. All works fine now.

Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Explained in detail work that needed to be performed. Had parts on service truck. Left no mess after finishing job. An honest and fair price for work done. Wouldn't hesitate to use Arrow Appliance Repair again and would certainly recommend this company.

It was interesting. He could not fix what was wrong. It took an electrician. I printed off a little coupon that was available I think probably through Angie’s List. He said then there would not be any charge; I went ahead and gave him the $15 coupon and told him that he was not coming without getting anything. I would use him again in a second. He was great and certainly very honest.

My dryer was taking way too long to dry, so they checked it out and my vent in the roof was not connected. They also cleaned out the vents at the hookup. I was very pleased at their professionalism and punctuality. I would recommend them to anyone for their appliance repair needs.

Called Shane approximately 3:00 one afternoon and he made arrangements for one of his employees, Zack, who is also excellent help, to come the next day to check out the oven and order the proper part. Zack returned the very next day and replaced the heating element. He even wiped out my oven; what a guy! I love doing business with this company because of various reasons. Their professionalism, knowledge of needed repairs, honesty, and trustworthiness is grand. It is such a pleasure to be able to call on such a great team and business. I will use them for all my appliance repairs. Prices are very reasonable too! DKP

It was incredible service. He came out and found the problem, and found the job would be more than the machine was worth so he only charged me $10!

I don't remember his name, but he was very friendly. He also brought out a ladder and did something on the top of my house. My machine is working better than when I first got it. I bought it used I feel he went above and beyond.He also recommended a place where I could get parts for my washer. (Very helpful).

Shane arrived a few minutes early. He knew exactly what the problem was. He installed the heater, cleaned up what little mess he made (water on the floor) and was done very quickly. He explained what the problem was. He was very polite, knowledgible and helpful. My husband and I were very impressed and will absolutely recommend him to others as well as call him again for any other appliance repairs we might need.

My Refrigerator & Freezer stopped working on a Sunday afternoon and everything started to thaw/melt. After researching places online, I saw that this company offered service 7 days a week and their Sunday hours were listed as 7am-11pm. They also had a 100% A+ rating. I called and left a message at 4:10pm, 5:10pm, and 8:10pm. I decided to try once more at 8:45pm and a person answered, seemed to be aware that I had left messages, and said they could schedule me from 11am-12pm the next day. The technician arrived at 11:30am, and within 5 minutes, recognized that I had a compressor relay out. He grabbed the part out of his truck, installed it, and was out the door in about 17 minutes flat. It's refreshing to finally find a good, honest, no nonsense company that fixes the problem right the first time, and for a fair price. I have displayed your magnet on my refrigerator, and will definitely call in the future for any appliance repairs.

Called on Tuesday, requested an appointment Wednesday. The repairman, Zack, called at the arranged time to let me know he was on the way and was on time. He quickly assessed the problem, located the necessary part and installed it. Zack was professional and the job was reasonably priced. I would call them again and HIGHLY recommend them.

I called at about 8 a.m. Fridge was not cooling although the freezer was freezing. I left a message on Shane's phone, expecting to hear from him later in the day. He called back within about 15 minutes. I made an appointment with Shane for between 11 and 12 that same day and he actually arrived a little early. He went right to work, knew exactly what he was doing, and had it running and cooling within the hour. Charges for the two needed parts were reasonable. He also decided not to fix the outer guard for the defroster heater after he had tested it thoroughly for safety. This saved $60. He gave me my Angie's list discount without my asking. He was so quick and efficient, I couldn't believe it! Thanks Shane and thanks Angie's list for another great recommendation.

Looked on Angies list and found Arrow Appliance. Called and left a message to call back. Within less than 30 minutes Shane returned my call and scheduled a time the very next day. He replaced the water valve and voiced a concern that the ice maker was perhaps shaky at best and to call him if ice cubes were not being produced. A previous appliance repair man(not associated with angies list} had replaced the orginal ice maker with a substandard, not factory built one a year earlier and had charged me much more for that one and his labor. I did not want that particular gentleman to return to my house so I did not call him back to do any more repairs for me. The next day Shane returned to replace the ice maker with a factory built ice maker and we now have all the ice cubes one could ever want. I was so impressed with his very good, competent work, and professionalism. Have given his name to my friends because I was so elated with his work.
