A Plus Pest Control

The fleas were gone within a couple of days. We decided to get a bimonthly contract going with them so that we could have the yard sprayed and keep wasps and any other errant bugs at bay. The house has a crawl space which makes it easy for critters to hide. Occasional roaches show up in the house, but they are always toes up and dead, which I see as a good sign. We are due our second treatment soon, so maybe the occasional bugs will go away, too. I am happy with this company.

Excellent. Our tech's response was basically, "I don't really think it is as bad as you think." He didn't try to scare us or offer over-priced solutions that we didn't need. He gave us several reasonable cost options and we are considering them now.

Tyler is our technician and one of the main reasons we use A+. He's always thorough, polite, and professional. Definitely an asset to the organization. We've used other companies. They don't control pests to the degree A+ has. Very satisfied.

Have used the "big" pest companies in the past and have been generally dissatisfied with their service. A+ hears us and will do what it takes to get the job done correctly. Technician (Tyler Arney) was particularly helpful, responsive, and thorough. We are asking that he be our regular technician. A truly professional employee.

The technician, Theo Pratt, did an excellent job of spraying all the areas I had requested. He was very courteous and prompt at getting the job done!

Groff B came by and did a follow up, for free, for the issues we were having. Love this company but so far Groff is my favorite service man. He was very precise, kind, and efficient. He also talked me through some of the issues we were having.

I have a quarterly contract with A+ to spray the inside and outside of my home. I have been with this company goin on 6 years and have always been very happy with the service. My Tech Shane (Lawton Office) is great. He always makes sure to check if I am having any "new" bug problem around the house before spraying. Always has a smile and is very polite/professional when he is here. Thanks Shane for the great work!!!

Joseph Sharp did a great job. We have used A+ Pest Control for over a year and they do great work but Joseph was excellent.

Dominic Y. and tech assistant arrived a half hour before his scheduled dusting to see if they could finish the last appointment in the neighborhood. I was glad they came early. After looking over the two openings to the each of the attic areas, they got the dusting done in short order. Dominic even got permission from management to apply a NU move in card coupon towards the work.

Every technician is friendly and offer great service to meet customer satisfaction. Our most recent service call was done by Domenic who again went beyond what most companies offer by removing mud dauber nests and extra attention to red ant piles with a great attitude in the 95 degree July heat. This company stands behind there service with 100% customer satisfaction.

They failed to show the 1st day and finally rescheduled a week later. Techs showed up an hour early and sprayed what they could while they waited...ended up needing to be re-done because I didn't see an improvement. Now again, only 1 month after we are seeing tons of insects again. Just not as impressed especially for the price. They are willing to re-treat but we end up waiting a week and I have to go buy my own product to get us past the problem we have right now.

A+ Pest Control provided a satisfactory level of service. They were: - On time - Professional - Performed services as requested - Timely - Efficient I would use their services again.

I began my bi-monthly services with A+ today. Tyler Arney and Zac Orton called before hand and let me know they were on their way and within 10 minutes were at my door. I was impressed with their presentation and initial greeting. They introduced themselves and were professional with their explanation of services. They were very understanding when I asked if they'd hold off on the interior treatment until I finished the process of moving in. They were so accommodating and made my experience with A+ a very positive thing. Thanks so much!

Zac O. and Tyler A. arrived to perform their services and were very polite. They were both exceptionally professional, prompt and courteous. They carefully went through the house and around the house and applied their product. They were both very patient with any questions I had and were both very knowledgeable. Before leaving, they both wanted to make sure they had answered any questions and they also informed me of other services offered and explained them as well. I am very satisfied. Also, the young man (Thomas J.) that came by the house and introduced himself as being with A+ Pest control, explained that they were in the area and explained the services offered. All of the interactions I have had with A + Pest Control have been wonderful. Keep up the good work!

I have a bi-monthly contract with A+ to spray the outside of my house. Twice a year they spray the inside as well. I have a standing agreement with A+ (as I do with any contractor who works on my house) that no work is to be performed in my absence. This is primarily because one of the A+ technicians visited my house while I was gone and as far as I could tell only stayed long enough to write me a $99 invoice. Most recently, they were supposed to send someone to spray the inside of my house. I prepared the home to be sprayed, but the technician, who was supposed to be there in the morning, had not contacted me by 3:00 PM, at which point I had to leave. He finally arrived at about 3:30 PM, but no one was home, so he just left a note saying he'd been there. I rescheduled the visit for a few days later, but this time the technician failed to show up altogether. A week later, I came home from work to find a $99 invoice stuck to my door. I have no idea if my house had been sprayed or not, but judging by the number of bugs around the house, I'm leaning toward not.

Rick was my tech this time and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything and did a great job. Unfortunately they could not spray my large trees out in the back yard because of their height. They are extremely tall! But he did spray the ones he could for me. I recently changed from another company that was bought out by Terminx and I am so far very very pleased with A+.

They have done really good. I really haven't had any problems with them. Their price is a little high. I have a fish pond in the back that they know about and they haven't gotten any spray in it. They've been good with punctuality. They've been here early the last few times.
