The technician is routinely courteous, responsive, and proactive. We've lived in Oklahoma City for 35 years and have had experience with all of the major pest control companies. We will remain A+ customers.

It went very well. Quoted a price on the phone and didn't try to up-charge me. And did exactly what they said they would.

My tech Joey sold me the new mosquito treatment. When he showed up for the install he was very professional and knowledgeable about the new product he was about to place in my yard. So far I have completed 1 month of having the product and just got the 1st refill. I'm pretty happy with the outcome. It is a pleasure having a friendly smiling face like Joey's as my tech. Thank you Joey for the excellent service and answering all my stupid questions.

Christian was very professional and very courteous. He did a thorough inspection and treatment of my house, inside and outside. I highly recommend this company and its employees.

Chris was very professional, timely, very courteous, put booties on inside my house so he did not track in any dirt/soil. I have been with A plus for 16 years and absolutely love this company. We had been with A+ Pest Control for years. The service had gone down significantly and we cancelled. They sent out a technician after we cancelled who started work without coming to the door, and without our knowledge. Once he came to the door to have gate unlocked I told him we had cancelled. He told A+ Pest Control that I refused to sign paperwork which is a lie! I would have corrected any information on paperwork and signed, as I have done this with other companies. We received a bill and called and asked to speak to a manager. They agreed to remove the fees. We have an email dated 7/5/19 stating we have a $0. So we thought it was resolved and moved on. Late December 2019 we receive a collection notice from Okrin (who we have NEVER had!). Once they look further they say it is actually from A+ Pest Control and I will have to talk to them directly to resolve. I had not received any further bills or notices or anything! I call A+ Pest Control and the billing person had already left for the day (at 1pm) and would call me first thing in the morning. NOTHING... We call again first week of January. Response we got was "Well you owe for the work the Tech did." (First, we had already cancelled. Second, he did NOT do a complete treatment.) Send me a DETAILED billing of my account. We receive a Post-Dated Invoice. I know it was post-dated because I have an email after the date showing we have a $0 balance! How do I know they will not continue to keep creating invoices and charging me money or threatening to send me to collection?

Shelly Williams, our technician, is very professional and thorough. She is courteous, attentive to our concerns, and willing to answer our questions. We wish we had more like her. Definitely a reason to stay with A+.

Our son, and his new bride, hired A+ to treat the property they were renting - not long after the treatment, the heavy "hurricane-type" rain and wind came, flooding the property, forcing the property management company, to vacate the building, thus forcing our son and his bride, to find a new place to live - every other service or vendor, willingly let them out of whatever agreement they had, for the various services offered...EXCEPT A+! They refused to let them out of the year-long service, and are forcing them to pay for the entire year of bug treatments, even through they will NOT be treating the property! WAY TO LOSE ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WITH US, A+! BIG FAIL ON YOUR PART!!! I guess you gotta eat, though, huh! TERRIBLE!!!

William performed a very thorough application both inside and out. He was prompt, polite and very efficient getting the job done..

I had Terry Coursey as a Tech. I only ask for Terry as he is excellent. He listens, is very thorough. Takes his time to ensure it’s done correctly. I have never had to have them come back when Terry does it.

It went great! Terry did a great job and even gave us some sticky traps just in case!

They were prompt in returning a call, then scheduling appointments. The two techs that came, one for inside the home treatment (Christie) and one for treatment outside (Ragnar) answered any questions I had. I preferred treatments on the outside, but they explained why I need to treat inside at certain times of the year. In the first 30 days I can call for a no cost retreat if I'm not satisfied with the outcome.

So far so good. No new bugs spotted.

Terry Coursey once again provided courteous, thorough and professional service. He is always friendly as he treats the inside of the house. Outside and in the garage, he always clears all webs before spraying. Good visit as usual.

Terry Coursey did an exceptional job. He sprayed the inside and out side including the storm shelter with out my insistence. He was professional and I will for sure will continue to use A+ pest control.

This is my first time to ever write a review on Angie’s list. I want to commend Joey Henderson for his punctuality, professionalism, and thoroughness. He has been the technician who treats my house for about a year now. I had a horrible problem with fiddle back spiders and other insects. Since having him as my technician, this is the best my house has been in years. No more worrying about leaving my shoes on the floor and spiders getting inside them. With him as a technician for A+ Pest Control, I would recommend this company to anybody. Thanks Joey!
