James Milner was very honest with us and checked all over to make sure we did not have them in the house. He also told us things we could do to help discourage them. We found only traces in my son's backpack and no where else. I appreciated the honesty because I was so panicked I would have easily paid for service I did not need. It has been over a month and not one bed bug. Also James did a regular treatment on the whole house and I really haven't seen any bugs and we did have small spiders before.

I paid the initial fee of $80 or so and got no response. I ended up calling the company and they weren't knowledgeable about the deal at all. The woman instead attempted to schedule a termite inspection(?!) I never got a call back when I asked for a manager. Angie's List never refunded the $80. I'm done with both.

Worked well - gave advice on wasps.

Very poor! After paying via Angie's list, they have billed me the already paid for services on two separate occasions. I have provided them copies of my payment receipt twice, but they continue to invoice me. Extremely poor business practices!

The girls were very nice, but the cleaning I got was what you would expect from a teenager trying to hurry up And get their chores done so they can go out for the evening. After they left I continued to notice things not dusted including the stairs. They dusted thru the spindles but did not even bother to go back and dust the rest of the wood behind the spindles. Watermarks on my microwave and oven. I spent the next week having to go back and re clean everything. Couldn't even tell the shower in the master had been cleaned. They did do a good job on cleaning the floors.

They did a great job when they arrived. Scheduling an appointment with them was not an easy process.

Two men from this company came as expected. However, they did not go up into the attic because the ladder was wombly. Mouse droppings fell down, and they said I definitely had mice in the attic. They wrote me an estimate of $14,000 to remove all the insulation from the attic, spray sanitize the attic, and replace the insulation with a product infused with a boric acid product. When I asked if this process would prevent mice from ever coming into the attic again, they said no. I said the cost equaled a small car price, and the tech said that their company would gladly set up a 3 year payment plan for me. I asked how long the process would take. He said, only one day. ONE DAY? The customer signs to pay for three years for something it takes the company one day to do, with no guarantee at all. This company seems to be in the loan business, with a side line in pest control.

The price is comparable to everybody else. When I call or ask questions they are responsive. The guys who come out here and have done the work I would give an A. I have had issues with scheduling before, but we finally rectified that. I would use them again.

They did quite a bit of cleaning over about 2 hours. I think I just expected more from a deep cleaning for the price. I expected the service to last longer and for more to be done.

The tech was very knowledgeable about the moth problem. He had great tips on how to keep them away. He was courteous and respectful.

The deal was to do a spraying, but they only treated what I told them, which was the ants. They treated what I told them, but still I think they should have done a complete pest control spray. They were fair on price. They had to schedule and reschedule again. I had to wait around on them.

Tyler A. was on time, extremely professional, and explained everything he was going to do in detail. He was thorough, took the time to listen to our concerns, and addressed every area. We would definitely hire A + again. Tyler was one of the friendliest, most professional people we've had the pleasure of working with.

Currently in my second year of countinued service so I highly recommend A plus pest control and home cleaning service.

It went very well, was nice to come home to a clean house. They also worked around my busy schedule, and cleaned places that hadn't been touched in years. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed a professional cleaning service.

Great, Mark was very thorough inside, sprayed the outside of the house really well. He was punctual, called to tell me he was running late on another job and it would be 15 minutes late. He showed up right when he said he would. Very pleased with the service, signed up for their work bi-monthly.

Very pleased. Read previous reviews, and happy to know Tyler whom previous customers had referred to in their reviews was my technician. A+ has service our house previously to include termite treatment. In this instance, the service professional, Tyler, was punctual, professional, and helpful.
