I've used them for 3 years and they work very well for us. They have picked up on infestations early. As such I've avoided problems with pests like termites. I would give them high marks.

They don't use chemicals that are harmful to my children or my pets. I will continue using them in the future as along as I keep getting the discount.

They are great. They are reliable. They are courteous in the sense they notifying when they are going. They are on top of things. You pay and you get taken care of. If I have any questions they will come out and there is no extra charge.

When they first came out they sprayed the inside and outside of my house. I was still having some problems in a couple of weeks so I called them and they came out again without charge. When they came back again in one month I was still having some problems so they sprayed the inside and outside again for just a phenomenal charge. They do a very good job. They were recommended to me to begin with. I called them, explained the problems that I was having and signed a contract with them. They came and sprayed initially and then they come every two months. They are due to come out end of this month. Their initial cost was $150 but they gave me a special and just charged me $75 for the initial visit also. That was a special at that time so I don't know if everybody would get that. Then it was $75 for a month and now I pay $75 every two months. I had called them once because we started getting ants again. They always come to the door and report to me anything that they might see. They ask me when they come to the door if I'm having any problems. Whenever they come out extra because I have a problem they do not charge me anything extra. I have a year contract with them and its ending somewhere in the first three months of the year but I'll probably renew that because we were having a horrible problem with ants. I never really had cockroaches but we started seeing a few. We had tried numerous times to get rid of the ants ourselves by spraying and everything but had not been successful. They had to come back a few times before we actually told we got rid of them but they did a good job. They check for wasp nests and knock them down. Any kind of pest you could possibly have they get rid of it for you. One time I was starting to see wasps but I couldn't find the nests but they came around and sprayed the house. I've got a shed at the back and they sprayed each of the shed places where they might see even though they couldn't see any when they went ahead and sprayed. They've just been very good about any question or problem I've had. I think their price is very good. They always keep up their appointments and they are always here when they tell me they are going to be. They come to the door and let me know they are here. They check again if there are any problems before they could even start spraying. I'm just really impressed with them.

They do an awesome job. They were here a month ago. They come out once every couple of months. They are local business versus corporate business. They stand behind their work. If there is any problem or anything in between their regular visits, they come out for free and spray again. I have to actually call them today to come out and spray the inside because I haven't had the inside sprayed for a few months. They do a good job. They work within their schedules.

My experience with A+ has been excellent. The biggest thing that has impressed me is their customer service. They always call to tell when they will be there (although I'm usual not home when they come) and they are extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain and inform. Another thing that is impressed me is that they ALWAYS ensure that our gates our closed when they finish; that probably isn't a big deal to most but I've lost dogs before due to a service company's negligence so as a dog lover, that is important to me. Recently, they came a month early for my quarterly service. To be honest, I did not notice they were a month early, but they called and let me know about the mix up and are coming out at the scheduled time to perform the service again to "make it right". They are professional, respectful and honest and I HIGHLY recommend this company!

My overall experience with A+ Pest Control Company has been good. My only concern is that they never call before they show up. They are really good at what they do. They are timely with the service but they just don’t call. That becomes an inconvenience because I’m not always available. Other than that everything about them is good. Their technicians who come out for the service seem to be knowledgeable. I think that one will ultimately get the service that one pays them for however; I don’t think that one can build a relationship with them. I’m happy with them. I would continue to use them in the future.

They were nothing that stood out; they just performed the service. It was a positive experience.

I had been with A PLUS for about two years and I've never had a problem with them. There would be times that they would have to come out to respray, but they were always nice about it and quick. Well, this summer we have had a problem with centipedes and we had called them for a third time to come out and spray for the centipedes. They came out and sprayed and everything was alright... until I went to pay the bill. Under Appointment History I read the following: Invoice #: 123295 "Note: tt (talked to) mrs. spray outside really really really well...upset they still have centipedes coming in..we've sprayed inside twice in sept and then again now for the outside...i'm tired of talking to this lady...spray really well for these freakin centipedes-sydney" Wow, Sydney is tired of a paying customer calling about an insect problem??? Isn't that what she is there for? Would you like centipedes in your house??? After seeing this, my wife called and asked to speak to the office manager, turns out it was Sydney. My wife asked to speak to another manager and was given another manager (didn't catch the name). This manager wanted to know how we came across the notes and said that it wasn't personal. "I'm tired of talking to this lady" seems pretty personal to me! He offered a free month of service, but we refused and asked to cancel our account. Even if this note should not have made it to our account, it still shows the true feelings of the office manager of A Plus Pest Control. I'm sorry I had to find this out.

We still have a problem with wasps, as they have not got rid of them yet. Other than the wasps, they do a very good job and we never see any other bugs anywhere. Overall, we are pleased with their service.

I think A+ Pest Control does a good job. I have not seen any bugs around since they have been spraying. I might shop around and try to find a cheaper company. Once my contract is done I will search for a new company.

We have been using A+ Pest Control for 2 or 3 years. They always make time for my needs. They make a stronger and longer lasting formula for their bug spray.

I am very pleased with A+ Pest Control. They stand by their word and like I mentioned if there any bugs between applications they will come out and do a free application.
