He sprayed around the entire house and also sprayed the tree limbs in my yard. He explained what he was going to do and was polite and professional.

Technician was very thorough which was refreshing compared to our recent experience with Terminix.

They did a real good job. I will probably use them again. I was very happy with their work. They have been out twice now. They took care of all of the bugs.

Made an appoint for drill and plug starting the 23 May 2013 for termite problems. They didn't show up and didn't call. I waited till 12 July because we had a lot of tornado damages and then came rain, lots of it. Attempted one more time to reach out to them and to find out why they left me hanging. I had to leave a message. Someone named Mark called me back at 5 PM same day to say he was returning all phone messages. He found that I had made the appointment on their calendar but couldn't find my paperwork to check for confirmation number, he promised "someone" would call me back by Monday Jul 15. I feel if this company is giving me such a run around before they actually start I DO NOT NEED THEM. I hired another company to do the job on the 18th Jul. How is this company able to keep the ratings they have when they have all the complaints that they have. My first experience with Angie"s List.

Fine. He only sprayed inside because I told him too. This is the second time they have been to my house to spray. The first time the guy was a TOTAL CREEPER!. Said so many things that were not necessary! Then I was told he was just filling in at my home and our normal guy was ....... Well it wasn't him that came this second time. This guy was not real friendly and when I asked him what my normal guy should be he said he doesn't usually come to this area! Hmmmmm!! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECCOMMEND THEM!!

The service tech arrived on time. Due to rain, the outside of the house was completed a couple of weeks later at the promised time. Also had a flea problem a couple of weeks after the interior was sprayed. After a call to the A+ service manager, a service tech arrived to retreat the interior, no charge. Awesome service and professionalism.

On June 1, 2013, the technician was about 30 minutes late and he was not here long. However, he assured me that he had sprayed outside good and had put out some granular spider products. For about 10 days I did not have any spiders in the house and then, I started having spiders (nickel to quarter size) in my kitchen, living room and bedroom. My Agreement with A+ Pest Control was that they would call me and come back in one month, which would have been today (07/01/2013). However, they did not call or come back, so I will have to call them tomorrow.

Our tech called ahead of time and let us know when he would arive and then showed up right on time. He sprayed inside the house for all bugs and spiders then outside and also cleaned up all the cobwebs, everytime they come out they do an excelent job. And we no longer have any bugs or spiders to speak of.

They were here all day and did a thorough job. They were professional and friendly. My only complaint is that they didn't put everything back in place and they didn't clean up any mess the work caused. However, over all I thought they did a great job and I would recommend them.

Overall, I have been extremely impressed. From the start, this company was the friendliest on the phone about answering questions on pantry moths... (Pantry moths are a nightmare if you have never experienced them!)...This company told me how they would treat it, what to look for, etc... before I even said I would go with them. Other companies were more interested in trying to 'get the sale' rather than try to be helpful. Once I set up the initial appointment with them, they did a spray inside and out as well as hunt for the moth nest. After a few weeks, I still noticed some so I called back. Golden (who is very helpful!) said she would have someone back out asap at no additional charge. The next visit they sprayed plus did a misting machine. (I think that's what it's called: however, it's super messy, so I wouldn't recommend unless it's a vacant unit)... They came out the second visit, and each time I noticed the pantry moths were less and less, but still around. They came out again in between appointments at no additional charge and spent more time hunting for the nest. After about 6 mo, we had all the moths dead! Hallelujah!! Thank you A+! This company is very professional and very pleasant each time. All the exterminators were great and friendly! Highly recommend!

They didn't do much. I think I could have went to Home Depot, bought the spray and done it myself much cheaper. I was pretty disappointed and thought it would be more thorough.

Quick response to my request for an estimate. Offered me a competitive price on termite treatment for my home. Completed the work in a quick and professional manner. Allowed me to set-up a 3-month payment plan on the cost of services rendered.

Don't get sold on what they say

They did very well. I very much liked their service. They were very professional and thorough. Their pricing was good. I've been using them for a while. I found them online but I did look to see what their ratings were on Angie's List. I agree with the ratings that they have had so far. I felt that their price was fair. Overall, they are a very good company. In terms of their price, I didn't do a whole lot of comparison.

We moved into a house that was infested with spiders and they came twice for the $75 fee. The first time they were here for 4 hours clearing webs, etc. Then came again to get any babies from the last round. Overall, great job for sure..

Technician arrived on time and explained process thoroughly.

They did a nice job. They were professional and they showed up when they said they would come. They called ahead of time. The price seemed reasonable though we didn’t shop around much.

We had tons of bees around front door in the mulch. Shane came out and they are all gone, additionally he treated the rest of the house as will. Right on time, friendly and though. Would recommend to anyone.

We were really happy with their service. They leaned up extra cobwebs and even sprayed in extra areas around the house. They really cut down the amount of insects we had, especially spiders.

I like their services. I just like the idea that they prescheduled. They let you know when you sign a contract and give you heads up, so you can adjust your schedule and you can put your dog in or if you have to do something. It is always pre-planned and I really like that. They also call to inform that they would be out next week and at that time you can ask for extra services as well. They are very customer focused.

They cleaned up and do a thorough work. They are pretty thorough and pretty knowledgeable. The price is pretty reasonable.
