In my experience, Chet at A-Pro is both professional and trustworthy. He'll give honest answers to your questions and is pleasant to deal with. On a recent occasion I called because I thought my pool pump had broken; he came out that day, had it working within 5 minutes, and didn't charge me a thing! (It wasn't really broken, but he wouldn't even take a payment for his time and effort.) The pool liner replacement project went exactly as he said it would, and he made it a stress-free process. I recommend him without hesitation.

Last night I discovered that my pool pump was not working. Since my pool service owner is hospitalized, I feared that I would be left on my own for days, if not weeks. After grabbing the Yellow Pages, I decided to check out this company's web site and liking what I saw(including Angie's List) I emailed the owner. Chet and I talked early this morning and he assured me that he would do a service call today. He arrived earlier than I expected and after a through evaluation, determined that the problem was in my circuit board. I'm up and running right now with a stop-gap measure. The service call price was excellent, and I am very satisfied. I confidently and wholeheartedly recommend A Pro Services. Maybe today is my lucky day because in mid Juiy and in the middle of a heat wave, my pool is operational again. Thanks Chet!

I first found A-Pro via Google and then found out they were had a favorable BBB rating. I sent the company an email on a Saturday evening, thinking I'd hear something the next business day, which would've been Monday. Instead, I got a call THAT night (around 9pm) and we talked for about 10-15 minutes. Chet gave me some pointers and was upfront with me that they were really swamped and that it could be 7-10 days before they could come out. He suggested I try a few things to help my extremely green pool and said he would contact me. Chet also responded to my email and gave me further tips. We traded emails throughout the weekend. They were finally able to come within the 7-10 days as suggested and they spent 48 hours "babysitting" our pool and within a few hours of starting the pool was already starting to clear up. The job they did was AMAZING. Our pool was so dark green that it was nearly black. They had it CLEAR in 48 hours. We were swimming that weekend. I highly recommend their service and strongly suggest calling and emailing them.

When our hot tub motor quit, we found A-Pro on Angie's list. They received good reviews so we decided to ask them to replace the motor. We left at least four messages over a period of more than a week, No one has ever returned any of our calls. We found someone else and again have use of the hottub..

Excellent experience. They were helpful in answering all of our questions. The pipe that they repaired had been repaired by another company before but it kept leaking. A-Pro fixed it in a way that it never was a problem again. A-Pro is the best.

Excellent. Chet dealt with suppliers and a spa manufacturer who wasn't particularly friendly or helpful in order to get the parts we needed, he found replacement motor/heater at a lower cost than from the manufacturer. The cost of the repair was almost all parts that, again, went bad largely due to age, exposure to elements, a leaky heater coil, and several moves. Chet was EXCELLENT with communication. Phone calls were returned, he showed up when he said he would, and while we were in limbo waiting for parts he called to keep us updated and to assure us we weren't being ignored or forgotten. Those qualities alone were greatly appreciated. I am completely satisfied. He fixed the problems, kept the costs to a minimum for us, made a great effort when dealing with suppliers and manufacturer, and he communicated well. I wish all service people and contractors were like that. Oh, and he even got back out of his truck to say goodbye to our dog and give him a pat on the head! :)
