I bought a Loop-Loc pool cover from Chet in Oct 2017 and had a great experience. His assessment and estimate were done with honesty and professionalism, and I was impressed that the custom cover arrived when he said it would and immediately installed. In addition, his willingness to provide free pool advice was unexpected and much appreciated. Will I call him again? Yes I will.

Read all the positive reviews about this company and gave them a call. Talked to Chet, the owner of the company and was quite impressed. He and his team came out to our house a few days later and we got specific information as to what is involved in replacing a liner. It was very obvious that they all knew what they were talking about so we decided right then and there to go with A-Pro Services. They ordered the liner we chose and shortly thereafter they called to set up an installation date that was convenient for us. It was pretty amazing how quickly and efficiently they installed the liner...from the time they arrived, pulled out the old liner and had the new one installed was about 4 hours! The new liner makes our pool look brand new and it was expertly measured and installed. I only wish we had contacted them earlier in the season so we'd have had more time to enjoy it! Sad that we're going to have to close the pool soon for winter. I give my very highest recommendation for A-Pro Services. If you need a new pool liner, look no further...you can't go wrong here.

I needed to get the liner replaced in my pool and who better then to contract the work out to then someone who specializes in liner replacements. I can't say enough good things about A-Pro Services... Chet never represented himself as anything other than a good friend with exceptional knowledge of his line of work. From our first meeting we got a really good feeling about Chet and him being a "real" person, not someone who was wanting to sell you something you didn't need or what would make him the most profit. We were a bit hesitant when Chet asked for 50% down - but totally understood they needed a commitment from us (explaining that he got stuck with the bill for a few liners after the customers ordered them & then backed out). Chet stated that he may not be he cheapest - but after meeting with him and looking at his website, we were convinced that this was the right man for the job. Throughout the entire process, A-Pro kept us in the loop... i.e. when our liner came in from the manufacturer, when he would start work, what we needed to do, etc. He was very responsive to our needs and schedule (we live in a high water table area and had to postpone installation for a week after a series of heavy rains) and once work began - it was completed the same day, with the water going back into our newly installed liner that afternoon! We are 110% satisfied with the job (the quality of product & installation was top notch) and would not hesitate to recommend A-Pro to anyone wanting a liner replacement for their pool.

He was very responsive and it his price was competitive. We chose him because he just deals with liners and seemed to know more about them than most other companies we talked to. He came to our many times through the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. I hope we don't need a new liner for a long time, but would easily use him again.

Chet was great! Initially called on a Wednesday, I believe, to have him come take a look and he was unable to get out that week. I followed up the next Tuesday at almost 5pm and he came over immediately to measure and provide an estimate. We agreed to move forward so I paid the 50% upfront payment and he ordered the liner. The liner came in on the following Monday and they were out installing it even in less than ideal conditions to be outside working. He came by for a final walk-through the next day. It was one week exactly from the point of measurement to final payment. I'm not sure that they are able to move that quickly all the time but I was very impressed with how quick they moved. The liner looks beautiful and I'm so happy with our decision to use A-PRO!

My spa pump went out. I called several times and left voice messages. Calls were not returned. A couple of years ago I had used this provider to fix spa with good results.

I contacted Jeremy and arranged to have my pool converted to salt. Needless to say, things did not go well - he took my payment in full and never finished the job. I contacted Chet after this happened and explained to him that Jeremy and Crystal Cay Pools were dishonest and unethical on how they didn't do the job I had paid for. Chet was very understanding of my situation and explained how his company would have handled the job. And he said that unless he heard back from me that Jeremy had come through and made things right with me, that his company -- A-Pro Services -- would not refer any more customers to him. Crystal Cay Pools has not replied to my calls or texts to complete the job so I will be taking them to court. Let me say this: I found Chet and A-Pro Services on Angie's List and I contacted him because of all of the superb reviews his company has gotten. He was very responsive to my situation and explained how things should have gone had their company taken on my job. Based on the incident that I had and how Chet responded to me showed me that his company is honest and forthright with the work that they do. If I am ever in need of their services, A-Pro will be the company I call to have work done.

Chet is the best! He has worked on our pool for several years now. He comes quickly when something breaks and always gets us back up and running quickly. When we purchased our house the pool was about 30 years old. We have replaced the liner, and A-Pro services did that work. We are very satisified with the liner and all repairs A-Pro has done. The most recent job was our yearly closing. Chet blows out our lines, and does an algecide treatment. I highly recommend A-Pro services for all your pool repair needs.

Recently moved to a home that has a hot tub so I called to get some idea of maintenance and care for my spa. The guy came out pointed to a few things and told me how to change the filter. Spent about 15 minutes, wasn't overly informative or helpful and left with 100.00. Hmm....

They came out on time for the estimate and were nice, professional, and answered all of my questions. Once we decided to go with them they came back out and did detailed measurement. The original estimate was high but by the time they ordered and applied a 10% Angie List discount it dropped down from $3,900 to under $3,500. Note: they don't know exact price until they submit detailed measurements to Loop Loc. They did great job on installation and we will use them again and highly recommend them!

I called to get an estimate for a pool repair. Although he doesn't perform the kind of repair I need, he was very helpful and provided names and numbers of two other companies that can possibly make the repairs. Thanks a bunch!

After reading reviews on other websites, we were nervous to find a reliable pool company to replace the liner in our in-ground pool. It is a unique shape and size and every bid we received was high and no one was thrilled with the challenge our pool seemed to represent. We found Chet at A-Pro and were immediately encouraged by his knowledge and confidence in being able to "get the job done." He helped with so many details including bringing samples to the house several times to allow us the opportunity to take our time in selecting the "perfect" choice for our pool. It was a 2-day install and they showed up exactly on schedule and worked efficiently and professionally even in the sweltering heat! The pool looks beautiful and friends have commented on how the pool looks "transformed." They cleaned up every little detail of their work and left the backyard "party ready." He checked back with us a few days later to make sure all was well and that we were happy with the work. He also installed a chlorinator that was the appropriate size for our 34,000 gallon pool and repaired our Polaris pump because it was leaking. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work A-Pro did for us and recommend him with no reservation!

I called A-Pro Services to help with leaks around the pump for my filter and also to replace an inline pool chlorinator. The chlorinator was 12 years old and had a small crack that could not be repaired. Chet was prompt in getting to me the next day after I called. August is the hottest month in Oklahoma and I am sure this was the busiest time of the swimming pool season. Chet was very knowledgeable and knew what he needed to do to solve my problems. He was friendly and personable but worked efficiently and did not waste time. A-Pro seemed to me to be a strange name for a business until I observed Chet while he worked. If you want a professional (A-Pro) to take care of your pool problems call Chet Lewis. I will definitely call Chet to take care of any future problems I have with my pool or my hot tub.

They installed a new liner in my inground pool, including new gaskets and faceplates for skimmers, returns and main drains. They work very quickly and was very neat. I would use them again!

A-Pro Services was an O.K quote. I wasn't real impressed with him. I just was a little worried about his knowledge. I just didn't get a good feeling about it. I didn't hear from him for a few days and then he showed up. He was in the area and had tried to get a hold of me. I was here when he got here. He unnerved me a little bit, because he went into my backyard. I looked in my backyard and there was a strange man standing there. It kind of unnerved me a little bit. Then I looked in my driveway and the truck said A-Pro van and I kinda figured out it was him.

Chet came out to give us an estimate on the day he promised. He was very professional and gave a bid that was 1100.00 less than Pleasant pools. Our pool is in-ground with a liner, the bottom slopes so he had to take very accurate measurments to have the liner fit right. After ordering the liner he kept us up to date on when it would arrive and when he would be available to install it. After he installed it he continually came back as it was filling up to make sure everything was working correctly, this included coming by at 12am because we had low water pressure so it took a couple days to fill up. He and his wife are great people, that do what they say they are. From the time we called to get the estimate to job completion took about one week.

Great. From start to finish to took less than 10 days.

I contacted A-Pro after performing many online searches and reviews of pool service companies. I spoke with Chet and scheduled an appointment to meet at my home in order to get an estimate. Everything went as scheduled and I placed my order with A-Pro based on an estimated 2 week install. Much to my surprise Chet returned the very next day to take many measurements to ensure a perfect fit. I was very impressed when I received a call only eight days later that my liner was ready and A-Pro wished to schedule my install immediately. I am completely satisfied with my new liner and the quality of work which was performed. Chet went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I will certainly use A-Pro again in the future.

I am in need of a new in-ground pool liner and sought the advice and reviews of Angie's List. I settled on this company as the best suited to meet my needs. I called on a Thursday and asked if they provided service in my city (Edmond), as it is approximately 50 miles from the business location. The woman asked what service I needed and was put in touch with Chet Lewis...the owner, I believe. He confirmed they would be very interested in servicing my pool. We talked for 20-30 minutes as I paced my pool area providing answers to his questions. He was very polite and helpful and encouraged me to visit his website, 'poollinersokc.com' to read about his company and the products they provide. He made suggestions to meet my requirements and provided excellent information (e.g. 20 vs 28 mil liners, manufacturers of liners, etc) to help in making a decision. He also informed me it would be a good idea if I was home to meet him to discuss any other needs as he made accurate measurements to ensure successful execution of the project. My pool is a Foxx 18 X 36 and Chet provided a rough order of magnitude of $3000-$3200 to replace the liner, gaskets, etc, In scheduling an appointment, he informed me the next Monday would be difficult, as it was his wife's birthday or anniversary (I don't recall). I said that was no problem and I could be back at my house, anytime, in 20 minutes. He informed me it would most likely be in the evening on Tuesday...Wednesday at the latest. I left him my cell and home number and said I was looking forward to hearing from him. They never called again. Having heard nothing, I called on Wednesday afternoon at 2:40pm. The woman told me he was busy and I gave my name and number again, and told her I was expecting to hear from him before now. She took my name and number and said he would call me. Today is Thursday, one week after my initial contact and 1-2 days after he said he would come. He has not made contact...only me. I called at 4:40pm and he answered the phone. After identifying myself, I informed him I no longer need his services as he chose to ignore me for a week when he promised otherwise. He apologized and said he "hurt his back and can hardly walk." I inquired (hypothetically) if the injury occured before or after my call the day prior because the woman diid not tell me of the injury. I also asked if they had a telephone (to call me with their scheduling problems). He could only say he was sorry. If he was the only employee, it would be excusable, if true. I am upset, as I did alot of research and really wanted this team to do my pool project. My wife and I spent alot of time on the websites he recommended, reviewing the process and selecting a new liner design. Back to square one. He really dropped the ball on this one.

I submitted the original report for Chet just over four years ago. When my wife and I returned from vacation recently, I noticed that we'd had a power outage that turned off our hot tub. I reset the GFCI plug, but no luck. I let it stay unplugged for several hours, hoping the electronics might reset, but to no avail. I ran every diagnostic I could by reading the owners manual, but I was out of answers and I called Chet. After nearly four years Chet immediately remembered us, how to spell my long last name, where we lived, the type of hot tub, and the service he performed in late 2007. In describing the problem, he suggested that if I felt handy enough, I could open up the control box and see if it had a fuse on it that may have blown. I have enough electronics and electrical knowledge that this was no problem. I removed the control box cover and saw a fuse. I removed it and as I started to close small set of instructions in a plastic bag and...a spare fuse. I put the fuse in and as I type the water is heating up. Chet could have kept this idea to himself and come out and charged me for the trip and a lot more for a small fuse. He gave me an idea that saved me some $$$. As always he was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that he gave me an option that saved me some money. He may not have made any money from me this time, but hopefully these good reviews will bring him far more.

I called and talked to Chett on Tuesday. He came out Wednesday as promised. Repaired my spa and has me back up and running within 24 hours of my initial call. I would highly recommend this company.

I found my Wholesale Hottubs purchased Superior Spa had tripped the GFCI breaker & it would not reset. Temps are cold so I was concerned about freezing. I called Wholesale Hottubs (the Tulsa store answered and offered to have a tech call me Monday). They referred me to the Edmond OK store where I had purchased, who offered to have their tech call in three weeks. They had assured service after sale. I searched Angieslist and found A-Pro after I called another Angieslist Spa repair company. The other company was highly rated, but the gentleman answering the phone indicated he constructed in ground pools and spas -- suggested I look elsewhere. I really don't like having to call an unknown repairman because of previous experiences. This time the call made another contact I will remember for SPA repair. I am quite pleased with his professionalism, sense of humor, fair prices and punctuality in resolving my problem.
