They are a good company. Everyone that I have met through them has been very polite and friendly. I am just very comfortable to have them coming to our home.

I was contacted within a day from purchasing the Angie's List deal and an appointment was set up for the next week. Zoellner had excellent communication with reminder emails prior to the date of service. The technician arrived on time as scheduled and did a nice job of treating the house and exterior.

It went great! The exterminator was extremely detailed on what he did. Very professional and curtious. He took time to explain what and why he was using certain things. He stayed longer than expected because he wanted to make sure he got everything. If there were any improvements I could suggest I don't know what they would be... since I thought this company was about as perfect as you can get. He informed me I would see some ants a few days after...which I did... but he interacted as to the process. It was l like clockwork. Haven't seen an ant or bug since.

We have been using this company, Dee and Darren for a year now. They are so friendly, provide good information, give a senior discount, are willing to listen to any specific concerns I have so that they can make sure the spraying is done in added areas. Pet friendly and send email notices of upcoming appts, call prior to arriving. Professional and would and have recommended them to others. Without looking it up not sure on the $ amount I put above. It varies depending on how often you have them come out.

He was on time and called me to let me know he was on his way; he was friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question; he performed his work quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely use them again.

Dee was able to schedule us an appointment very quickly and Alan the technician arrived on time and was overly helpful by explaining the procedure. It's without saying... Zoellner goes the extra mile!

It went really well! When I called to set up the appointment, the office manager, Dee, gave me a narrow window and an exact estimate. A few days later, Darren called ahead and arrived only about 10 minutes into the 1-hr appt window (in other words he was exactly on time). He asked about what pests I'd seen, gave me some information regarding my situation, and then sprayed in and around my house. He made me aware of a couple of "potential problem areas" relating to an outside fence and compost pile and gave me specific instructions on how I can easily fix them before they become infested. He gave me a quote for future ongoing service and left within an hour of his arrival. Both Dee and especially Darren were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended!

Great! The provider was on time, friendly, and reviewed all the information with me. I even had them come back alter in the summer to do a when a tree got overrun by a blue beetle.

We purchased one of the Angie's Deals for pest control and Zoellner was extremely responsive, not only just to set up the appointment, but also in their communication leading up to the scheduled date. They are highly knowledgable about what they do and they did thorough job, including going down into our basement and putting down an additional powder to kill the camel crickets that had posted up shop. Since Zoellner has been out, we haven't seen a bug once, which has been a huge relief since I was seeing one to two camel crickets at least once a day. If you've never seen these things, they are like horrible cricket spiders that jump AT you, not away. Zoellner did such a great job, that we signed up for regular service treatments. We used to use another company, but I feel much better with Zoellner.

Darren was punctual as usual and after discussing what we needed, he proceeded to treat the inside of our home. Once done, we scheduled his next visit and made arrangements for him to treat our yard as well. We are quarterly customers and have been for several years. Darren is polite, professional and most of all incredibly knowledgeable about his business. Dee, who is responsible for scheduling is the absolute best to work with and will do everything humanly possible to make sure their customers are given top shelf service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It was a good experience. They were fine. I wasn't actually here when they came out, my wife did that but I know the mice are gone. She certainly didn't say anything about any issues or anything like that. She said he came in, she doesn't even know where he put all the traps and the mice are gone so I'm happy. I would call them again.

Specific concern was spiders coming in the house and fear of Brown Recluse in the attic. I various sizes n the glue traps right after the house was sprayed, but none since! Very professional service

It was wonderful. We’re gonna be using them regularly. He was just very thorough and very willing to answer questions that I have while he was here and helped me have a better understanding.

It went very good! I’ve had no issues since they did the work. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

When I called to schedule the service well after the expiration date, which was my fault as I never noticed the expiration date when I initially purchased, it was clearly listed on the receipt, Zoellner receptionist said the offer had expired, but the amount I had paid could be credited towards the full price of the service. I felt the expiration date was arbitrary and since they had the use of my money for many months, they should honor the deal. So I declined to move forward. I fully acknowledge missing the expiration was my fault, but also feel like I was willing to accomodate any slow period in their schedule so that I could still get some value out of what I did pay. Zoellner was absolutely correct in their handling, as I purchased a time sensitive special offer and did not excercise the use of the services as stated on the offer, and my comments in no way reflect the quality of their work, as they have not provided any products or services on my behalf.

Had been dealing with mice for a couple of weeks. Our first time in our house in 10 years we've had mice! We thought there would just be one maybe two mice but come to find out mice travel in packs so an exterminator as soon as you see mice ... is the better solution. This company has a winter deal -111.00 $ for Angie list members normally it runs I think 188.00$. Anyways Darren the owner of the company came out &is nice,punctual, knowledgeable,kind patient and pleasant to have in your home ...felt very comfortable... It sometimes can be a little awkward when someone comes in your home and is looking in every crevice and crack and looking in your dirtiest places in home! Darren was very businesslike and would refer him to anyone I know!

Sprayed for roaches. Darren knows his roaches. He did a great job. No pressure to sign a 'spray contract' like most exterminating companies. If I need more help with bugs, I'll be calling Darren at Zoellner Exterminating.

Was seeing spiders in house. So we had the whole house treated. Darin was great.

I was impressed with the level of kindness and professionalism. My wife had our first kid a few weeks before the treatment and being a paranoid dad (actually just paranoid person) I got online after the treatment and researched pesticides and newborns. Needless to say I freaked and ended up calling the gentleman who sprayed my house and kept him on the phone for at least 30 minutes while he reassured me all precautions were taken and that my baby would be fine. Well, I went a step further and sought medical advice. Long story short, I put this company through h*** making sure my baby was safe and ended up discovering that everything was done exactly as it should be and I was just overreacting. The amazing thing is that through this entire ordeal not once did I get the impression that my best interest weren't in mind. If I didn't burn any bridges I will only do business with this company moving forward! You can't put a value on the level of service I received, and I don't plan on trying...it would wipe my savings out!!!

Darren is about the best there is when it comes to knowing what your house needs. Ours was a ton of spiders over the years. After taking the special it has been spider free for a few weeks now. He did the outside and the inside very professionally. I am using Zoellner now for all pest problems. They answer your calls and you don't wait.
