Went good. The employee did not make the first day he was suppose to come but called and made it the next day.

They could not come out for 2-3 weeks so I hired someone else

Still have ants, but a 2nd spray was done a few days ago. Keeping our fingers crossed.

The staff took time to explain to me on what he was doing and provided tips on future prevention.

After seeing termite swarms around window I called several termite companies to come out and provide estimates. Michael came out and inspected the area, measured the perimeter and provided verbal estimate followed up with written one within a few days. As Zoellner was slightly higher than others they just seemed more knowledgable. Scheduling was just about a week out once I decided to go with them. Darren came out and performed the application as discussed. Very happy with the services performed

Did the sprays quickly and explained everything.

Darren came out at the promised time & thoroughly went through the house, inside & outside. He explained exactly what he was looking for as proof of termite presence (including closeup photos) and how the termites get into a structure. I learned so much. My house is not infested at this point, so no treatment was recommended. But now I know what to watch for in the future. If I should see evidence of termites, or any other pests that need an invitation to leave, I will definitely call Zoellner's for service!

They did not offer the extent of service required.

We preferred another company, and that's why we switched. The reason we stopped using them was because they weren't good about scheduling in the future. So, if you called them up and said that you needed them, they could come to you pretty quickly. But if you said that you needed maintenance on a bimonthly basis, for some reason they had a difficult time of putting that into their computer. They couldn't send somebody to your house like every two months. Fr some reason they had a problem in their system about doing that, so we stopped using them. What they provided was fantastic. We didn't have a problem with their service. But every two months when we wanted them to come back, we would have to call them and say, "How come you haven't sent somebody at two months?" They were very good about responding to somebody's needs, but if you just needed a scheduled program, they weren't good about that. We stopped using them, and we went to another Angie's List company. It was a very reasonable cost. The quality of service was good. No question about the quality of service. It was the long term scheduling. I mean, customer service was good. So the only problem I had was scheduling long term. I tried to put in a schedule with them every other month. I tried to set up from February to October, every other month. And they had the hardest time keeping that in their system. I ended up going with somebody else because they couldn't keep that into their system like ever other month. Whoever worked the switchboard would have a pop-up that told them what time they were supposed to come out. They had a hard time sticking to long term schedules. But I had no problem with their quality of service as far as like their application was concerned. They were very responsive. Once you talked to them, they were very professional.

Very efficient and professional. The treatment was very complete and quick. They took great care to limit disturbing the flower beds and avoided cutting any cables or wires. They drilled holes every 12 inches in the concrete sidewalks and porches; most seem only to drill 24 inches apart which I understand could cause gaps in the barrier underground. All holes that we're drilled in concrete surfaces were re-filled with concrete rendering them nearly invisible. Much better than the rubber plugs typically used. Will use them again! Work is guaranteed which is a nice plus.

This year not only were the ants as bad as last year but they were even in the guest bathroom around the tub which had never happened previously. When I told the person who answers the phone about it, she said "well it is almost time for your next monthly spray and I will notate the file". The exterminator showed up and sprayed inside in the bathroom and outside. When I received my bill I was billed for an entire inside house spray of $30 in addition to the $55 outside spray. I was surprised since the bathroom was sprayed in connection with the outside ant issue. The person on the phone continued to say it was an inside spray and I advised that I had already sprayed myself before he showed up and the ants were gone but he wanted to spray again. For $30 I could have poured a gallon or more over the floor and baseboards. I was very disappointed in their lackadaisical attitude. I have cancelled my service contract with them and would not recommend their services.

The pests are gone. It took about 30 minutes for one person to complete the job. They left everything clean.

Great. I was very impressed with the initial call to Zoellner. The person who answered the phone was professional, knowledgeable & I felt like I had contacted the right place for service. I felt the same when the gentleman arrived to spray. Will definitely use this company again.

I am still using them. They have came out 3 times. To start it was $100, then it was $30 a month. I thought their price was fair. It was just the one guy that comes out, and he was here all 3 times. He is nice. He is well dressed and stuff, so he is nice. It takes about 10 minutes each time he comes out. He leaves the area clean when he is finished.

Excellent results. We even had a contractor who had to climb under the house to do work mention that it was the most bug-free crawl space they’d seen.

They did a nice job. They were friendly and competent. They said if there’s any other problem, give them a call back. Everything was good.

Only 1 bedroom seemed to be affected. They treated the room and put encasements on the mattress and box spring and traps on bed posts. They inspected other rooms and put traps on other bed posts, but they only found bugs in the one room. They said they would probably have to come back and re-treat or treat other bedrooms, but we never found any more bugs or evidence of bugs, so the one treatment did the job.

They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do. Two guys came out, so they service was completed very timely. Both of them were friendly and professional. They told me it was an extra charge to do my attic, so I paid, but I got a call from their office that it was included so they refunded me. Very nice to see an honest company! And I have seen a great reduction in ants and spiders. Very happy!

They were very nice people. They treated the house and ants came back within three weeks. They came out again and did it. They were back again so I tried another company. They did a very good job for the price. The ants keep coming back. They were polite and professional.

Darren is the Best when it comes to any pest problem. I believe they were the first to find out about Oak Leaf Mites and do an informed paper on it. Everyone said it was either jiggers or bed bugs. Darren kept saying it was from outside my house not inside my house. This was 2 years ago. He was right on the money. He has done many treatments in the past for our house and does an excellent job. Really top notch service.
