It went okay. I still had some pests around here after they left. They sent one tech. I thought the deal was initially for spiders & ants. However, after they sprayed, we've found 6 scorpions - half alive and half dead. They sprayed the exterior, and I thought they'd put down granules 8 ft out but they didn't. I also mentioned silverfish in the attic but he didn't tackle that right now.

It went fantastic as usual.. Always a pleasure to visit during his service.

The technician was punctual, professional and friendly. He provided a little education on what type of bugs we were seeing in or new home and answered all my questions about pest prevention. I was very pleased with the service.

The service went fine. They did a good job as far as I can tell. They did exactly what the deal stated. We were trying to get rid of spiders and other insects. One technician came out. I was not home while they did the service. My wife primarily dealt with the technician. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

It went well. I was having them treat for spiders and ants. He was at the home for 30-40 mins.

It went real well. The young technician was very polite and explained in detail about spiders and especially brown recluse spiders, which I had a problem with. I did call them back, because I saw another spider in my granddaughters bed and my son seemed to think I had termites. Turns out I didn't, just flying ants.

It was very good and any bugs I find are dead. I was happy with them. The technician was easy to get along with and explained what he was going to do and took care of everything.

The service was so good that we now use Zoellner Exterminating for our quarterly pest control service. They are affordable and totally effective. We were using Terminix before. We are so much happier with Zoellner! They do a fantastic job.

The seviice tech arrived promptly and was very polite. We had more bugs show up later and they came back promptly to treat. I would use them again.

Darren showed up on time, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he showed, he was very professional, and checked out my concern, as well as looked around the perimeter of the house. I was impressed with how thorough he was, and the evaluation was very straight forward. He thought that what we witnessed was not termites, and recommended that we not take any further action at the time. I believe that a lot of competitors would have taken the opportunity to push for a product sale, but Darren simply asked that we call him back if we saw anything that looked suspicious, and showed me some signs to look for. i will definitely call him in the future.

I have a rental property and the tenants told me that they were seeing termites around one of the windows. I immediately got on Angie's List and reviewed pest control companies. Based on Zoellener's great reviews I called them and made an appointment. The woman who took my call was extremely helpful and very nice. She was able to schedule me for a Saturday appointment even though they had a booth at the home and garden show that very same day and Darren (the termite whiz) was working it. Darren called on his way to the house and he was right on time, down to the minute. Upon arrival he had many questions to ask about the insects that were invading the window. He was able to conclude from the information from the tenants that it was most likely not termites based on the description and behavior of the insects. He then proceeded to pull up photos of what he suspected the insects actually were and the comparison to what a termite looked like. I learned a lot about the difference between a termite and flying ants in that 10 minutes. He was extremely informative and I now know that in the future I should save a sample or at least take a photo of the pest. Even though it was pre-determined that it was most likely not termites he proceeded to do a full inspection. Taking a close look at all the nooks and crevices of the house. He even went under the crawl space to double check everything. I felt like he was extremely thorough and made helpful suggestions for future pest control concerns. He also seemed extremely honest about not selling services that didn't need to be provided. I really appreciated that and I will definitely be recommending Zoellener to anyone that has a pest issue.

The office ladies were extremely patient & helpful. They scheduled a next-day treatment by Alan. I received a confirmation email immediately. Alan was running behind, but he called when he was on his way & still arrived within the scheduled time. He even took a little extra treatment time to ensure proper coverage. Being pregnant & home alone while my husband is working can cause some anxiety about opening my door to a stranger. Alan's knowledge, professionalism, respect for me & my home, & friendly, comfortable nature really put me at ease to have him in my home. He also took the time to listen to my concerns & answered in a respectful manner, not patronizing in any way. I have only seen one insect since the treatment, & it had already died in the night. Zoellner honored the Angie's list special running at the time. We are extremely pleased with our overall experience & would recommend Zoellner to anyone. So glad we chose them instead of the larger, nationwide competitor!

Honest! After a thorough examination of house and grounds, determined there was no need for service. Explained with great knowledge. Will definitely use him for any future pest control issues!

A+ professionalism. They sent me an email confirmation of the appointment, came on time, was courteous, and eliminated my problem. I will definately use them again in the future with any pest problems that might arise.

The service went well. I added an upgrade to the preventative pest control for fleas for an additional fee. I thought the fee was reasonable. The technician was happy to explain everything and was very efficient. I had no issues with scheduling.

Darren was very professional and personalable. Treated my yard, house and shop for pests. My greatest concern was scorpions. Treated interior, exterior and attic of house. Even went beyond to kill out a large nest of wasp that had formed in the well house cover. I was very impressed with his knowledge of pest and snake control treatments. Punctual, even called to let me know he was on his way. Spent an hour treating the house and shop. He was not a pushy salesman signing me up for a treatment plan. Great experience!

They treated inside and out by both spraying and granules outside. The service was fine but I questioned the effect of the chemicals because I have seen ants outside since the treatment. We had to pay extra for the side of the house which they were upfront about.

They were prompt, courteous, and spent well over an hour treating our new home! I LOVED our service rep. We will absolutely use them for all services moving forward.

It's obvious to me that Zoellner values their reputation with the clients. They did a wonderful job and explained everything they were doing and using. We had no issues with smell or residue. Great company. They will be the first call next time we have an issue.

Allen arrived as scheduled, and had called to let us know he as on his way. He was very thorough, polite, and professional. He answered every question we had. He did not try to pressure us into signing a contract of any kind. If we need to, we will definitely call him again.
