I first ran into Darren as a Realtor atttending my client's termite inspections. What he had to say about termites impressed me and made sense. So when it came time to take care of a termite problem on one of my own properties, I knew who to call. Darren prides himself as a professional in every aspect of his business, and it shows. I needed to know that my problem would be solved NOW and not in a hit or miss fashion. I did monitor the treatment, and was very impressed by the proceedure and application as well as neatness of the work - in my estimation a real value at the price quoted which was the price paid. Top notch, hardworking company to do business with and if you want a real education in termites - talk to Darren.

It went great. The technician stated up front that it would be difficult to get rid of all the ants. He provided tips for things I could do to help control them. However, about a week after he sprayed outside, I saw no more ants!!! I was amazed and very pleased! I also had more spiders than usual this summer and saw no evidence of any after he sprayed. Very happy with the service and would use them again.

Zoellnor came out last fall to spray for spiders. They were very responsive and worked with me to have the exterior sprayed and set up to do the interior a little later since I couldn't coordinate a schedule with them. It took a few times, including this spring and summer to get the spiders under control, but when they finally sprayed up under my eaves, the problem is getting better and we have made much better progress. I rarely see spiders now. However Zoellnor suggested a monthly schedule for outside until I know that I have the problem under control. They also sprayed my retaining wall. I like the fact that I do not have to sign a contract. This is a small company and provide personal service. They will work with you on your specific problem, and are flexible with scheduling. They really try to accomodate.

Darren, the owner, began my pest control last fall when I had a exterior spider infestation. He has been treating it quarterly since. Recently, I have had another outbreak of spiders on the exterior of my home. Darren came out on a Saturday morning and sprayed from his truck this last time. He came Saturday because I was concerned about the problem. Very dependable and they get to know you. A contract is not required and you truly get personal service. I would recommend to anyone.

We had visible termite damage to an interior wall. We called Zoellner and another company to assess the situation and give us an estimate. We hired Zoellner Exterminating because they create a barrier on the outside of the house and use Termidor, which from what I have read is the gold standard for termite control. The other company said they would treat the interior wall where the termites were, come back as needed for further termite damage and used a chemical I had never heard of. So there are different treatments out there. But the Zoellner method made sense to me and was reasonably priced. Darren and Eric were here on time to do the treatment. Darren showed me the unopened bottle of Termidor that he was using. He answered all my questions. They treated the interior wall where the termites were seen. They used a rod and trench system for the dirt areas and drilled the slab areas around the exterior of the house. They applied the Termidor and have a gauge on the hose so they know exactly how much is dispersed in each area. They swept up the concrete dust and filled the drilled holes. Everything seemed very professional. They respected my property by being as careful as possible regarding the plants around my house. They have a 1 year warranty which is renewable. They both were very polite and friendly. I would use them again for any pest control I might need in the future.

Our inspector showed us the signs to look for should there ever be a problem. We were so impressed with Zoellner that they will be our first call should we ever need to call an exterminating company again. From the initial phone call to the inspection they were professional and friendly.

It was great. The technician was very friendly. We didn't see any more ants or spiders for the rest of the year.

I bought a Big Deal for this service and it turned out perfect. It was very good. The price of the Big Deal was for interior and exterior pest control, so they did the work for a cheaper price than the Big Deal since they did the exterior only. Their call-back pricing was discounted and they did a really good job as far as knocking down the spiders. They were here for one visit. I am going to have them come back this spring. I feel like they are an extremely reputable company.

Great. Very informative. Our older home makes it pretty much impossible to keep rodents out altogether. Darren G**** found ideal places to put bait where our toddlers could not reach. And that bait location has worked for several years. If we see any evidence of rodent life (i.e. droppings), we replenish our bait and the problem goes away.

They were professional and prompt but the bugs did not go away completely and came back pretty strong quickly. I feel like it should have lasted 6 weeks at least and within a month I needed to respread. Probably won't use again

He addressed all of our issues - even an aphid infestation on our pyracanthas and some scary-large spiders near the back porch. We'll definitely be using Zoellners for any future pest issues. The technician arrived on time and went right to work. He sprayed all areas of the inside of the house, the garage and the exterior of the house. I am very pleased with the results.

Darren and his staff are always great. They show genuine concern over their clients issues. I called them to take care of Bat Bugs that were in my attic and they seemed as concernced as I was about the problem. Daren even called an endomologist at OSU to consult on the best way to resolve the issue. Since he has been there, I haven't seen a single one in my house and I know if I have future issues, they will be quick to help me resolve it. I have them treat my exterior for black widows and they have arrived every month like clockwork and are very thourough in their treaments.
