Description of Work: They did a great job on the inside but still have lots of ants on the outside. I sent them an email stating that but never heard back.

Description of Work: He sprayed the inside and outside for all kinds of bugs. He also spread granules around the outside of the house. I had a problem with springtails bugs. The first spraying cut down on the number of bugs, but didn't get rid of all of them. When the company called to see how it worked and heard the springtails weren't completely gone, they sent the guy back out to spray again at no charge.

Description of Work: A very respectful gentleman, explain what they're service is designed to do after evaluation of your home for possible problem area's. Then he spent approximately 60-70 minutes applying differant chemicals for for each requirement, spray for certain insects and granules for the next. Very curtious and respectful of your pets and privacy. Have asked them to return in three months for a very reasonable price. No contract to sign, so if your ever dissatisfied, simply ask them not to return. For us, we plan to keep them coming back if this is what we're going to continue to receive. That's good service, at a fair price. Thank you.
