Description of Work: Sprayed a rental house for fleas. We had already set of 12 flea bombs and had another exterminator out two times to no avail. Zoellner sprayed once and the fleas were gone. Finally I could have the floors refinished, paint, and re-rent.

Description of Work: I had them come out to see about a red wasp situation. What I loved about them was that they were totally upfront and honest about how well their treatment would perform given the location of the wasp nest/s and offered suggestions for a much less expensive solution. So while they lost that sale, they have a life-long fan and customer because I know they will shoot straight with me and never sell me something I don't need.

Description of Work: Termite treatment and other insect treatment. No sign of termites 1-yr later. Sprayed both interior and exterior of home for other insects, namely ants and spiders--very thorough application but little-to-no perceivable difference in ant or spider population within and around home. No fault of person applying chemical, it seemed, but rather other factor(s).

Description of Work: All went well. ZOELLNER EXTERMINATING, INC. were prompt and totally professional. At first I was dismayed that there would be an extra charge of $15 to cover the crawlspace beneath the home, but then I found out the usual cost for this is $120, so I felt much better about the extra fee!

Description of Work: My house was overrun with ants. I called and a super professional guy came out and sprayed. I still saw ants for the next few weeks so he came back and sprayed again for no charge. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had them spray my house and a rental house for roaches and exterminate mice. At my house, he wandered around and squirted a liquid about every 10 feet. I didn't see how that was going to help much, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. I haven't seen any roaches at my house, but the renters say they have seen a number of them. He also put out some poison for the mice and I haven't seen any, so maybe he got them. I just expected a more thorough process.

Thank you for your review. I would like to explain to you that the type of roaches you were concerned about at your residence were American or Oriental cockroaches. Some people refer to them as 'waterbugs'. These are very easily controlled and many times one treatment will take care of the issue, as it seems to have done at your home. These are wood roaches that find their way inside and are usually just 'passing through'. It sounds as though, from your statement that we have resolved any pest issues at your home. Your rental was treated in December 2013 and unfortunately, the roaches there were a different kind all together. These are either German or Brown Banded roaches, the kind that 'move in' and infest the kitchen and living areas. These type of roach issues do not become extreme overnight and therefore cannot be resolved with one treatment. As per your invoice, it was suggested that the rental need a monthly treatment. We suggest this for all german or brown banded roach issues until you can go 30 days without seeing any roach activity, then we suggest treating one more time before stopping service. Per my notes, you received a call from our office a month after the initial treatment (as we call all new services to follow up) and you did not wish to continue with any regular services. These type of roach issues will only continue to get worse until regular treatments can resolve the problem. Feel free to call our office any time and we can explain these pest issues for you, and set up a treatment plan to help resolve the problem at your rent home. Dee Gooch Office Manager 918-856-5424
