It was a good experience. They were fine. I wasn't actually here when they came out, my wife did that but I know the mice are gone. She certainly didn't say anything about any issues or anything like that. She said he came in, she doesn't even know where he put all the traps and the mice are gone so I'm happy. I would call them again.

Specific concern was spiders coming in the house and fear of Brown Recluse in the attic. I various sizes n the glue traps right after the house was sprayed, but none since! Very professional service

Had been dealing with mice for a couple of weeks. Our first time in our house in 10 years we've had mice! We thought there would just be one maybe two mice but come to find out mice travel in packs so an exterminator as soon as you see mice ... is the better solution. This company has a winter deal -111.00 $ for Angie list members normally it runs I think 188.00$. Anyways Darren the owner of the company came out &is nice,punctual, knowledgeable,kind patient and pleasant to have in your home ...felt very comfortable... It sometimes can be a little awkward when someone comes in your home and is looking in every crevice and crack and looking in your dirtiest places in home! Darren was very businesslike and would refer him to anyone I know!

Sprayed for roaches. Darren knows his roaches. He did a great job. No pressure to sign a 'spray contract' like most exterminating companies. If I need more help with bugs, I'll be calling Darren at Zoellner Exterminating.

I was impressed with the level of kindness and professionalism. My wife had our first kid a few weeks before the treatment and being a paranoid dad (actually just paranoid person) I got online after the treatment and researched pesticides and newborns. Needless to say I freaked and ended up calling the gentleman who sprayed my house and kept him on the phone for at least 30 minutes while he reassured me all precautions were taken and that my baby would be fine. Well, I went a step further and sought medical advice. Long story short, I put this company through h*** making sure my baby was safe and ended up discovering that everything was done exactly as it should be and I was just overreacting. The amazing thing is that through this entire ordeal not once did I get the impression that my best interest weren't in mind. If I didn't burn any bridges I will only do business with this company moving forward! You can't put a value on the level of service I received, and I don't plan on trying...it would wipe my savings out!!!

Darren is about the best there is when it comes to knowing what your house needs. Ours was a ton of spiders over the years.
After taking the special it has been spider free for a few weeks now. He did the outside and the inside very professionally.
I am using Zoellner now for all pest problems. They answer your calls and you don't wait. Dee is very in charge of what is going
on all the time.

The Zoellner people are professionals. Their telephone receptionist is friendly and helpful. They arrive on time, complete the work, and explain to you every step of the way what they're doing. The appointment was made on a Tuesday and they did the work that Thursday. When we then decided to also have them do a terminte inspection, they were bacak the next week and had the job completed in a day.

Many wasps had been in attic space - making it dangerous for future electrical work to be done. Darrin took care of that and also treated inside and outside for pests. Very nice man - had come highly recommended.

Darren, one of the company's owners, came over himself to perform the extermination. He was incredibly friendly and explained why various types of insects are present. The service itself didn't take very long, and he seemed to be thorough. I definitely noticed a decrease in insect activity. After the service (for the next few days), I did find some water roaches in the same places I had found them before (only a few). However, I found a space under our cabinets that I didn't realize was there. After spraying underneath the cabinets myself, I haven't noticed any more activity (I'm sure he would have come back and sprayed himself, but I didn't think it necessary). Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

Great! We had seen scorpions and WAY to many bugs in the house for my liking and it dramatically dropped our bug population. He also put out glue traps, away from where dogs and babies could get to them, and would be back out to check them.

We recently moved into a new house and wanted to have some preventative pest control services, since we found just a few spiders. Darrin was very friendly and professional. He was late, but I was totally okay with this, because he called me well in advance to let me know. He answered any questions I had and even gave me some pointers! I highly recommend him to others! I called several companies to compare prices, and the Zoellner contact was extremely friendly and open to the fact that I was doing comparison shopping at the time. Their price for the service was pretty much the same as some others who also had very high ratings on the list, but they offered a Senior Discount, which made a difference! Because of the time frame necessary for the appraisal, she offered the info that it could be done rather late on the following Monday, if that was acceptable--otherwise it would be about a week to fit into the schedule. He arrived well within the time frame that was set, and the inspection was done thoroughly and in a timely manner.
