Description of Work: Pest Control. Completely unsatisfactory. If anything, they made the problem worse. They were not flexible to my schedule. Insisted everything be done at their convenience. Usually after hours. Had a young girl with him "in training".

We are disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with our services. Unfortunately, your pest issues (as expressed by Darren during your first service) were going to need monthly services for a little while to get under control. He is very good about informing people that this type of pest issue can appear to be worse before it gets better, due to the nature of the pest. Also, considering the type of business you have, it was recommended that services were performed after hours for the safety of your staff, clients and animals. We tried repetitively to contact you for scheduling, and were told that you were too busy to deal with this issue and would not return calls. The issue you were dealing with was going to need regular services to gain control. In regards to the young girl training, unlike many other companies in our area that train new technicians for anywhere from 2 days to two weeks before tossing them in a truck, we train for a minimum of three months (or more) with the owner to ensure they are ready for licensing and can maintain the quality service that we take pride in. It's unfortunate that you did not call us to express your concerns about the pest issues.

Representative was very punctual, called before coming to our home, described exactly what he would be completing and where, did his job and afterwards asked if we had any questions. At that time I requested that he return every 6 months to retreat our home on a regular basis as I was extremely impressed with his service! The Representative was very pleasant, and very professional completing his job. I highly recommend this Company if you need exterminating completed. I have been VERY happy with the extermination of the indoor spiders, as they have been a particular problem in my home. I have not seen a spider now for over a month since the house was treated! Terrific!

I chose this provider because of Angie's List reviews, having had a bad experience with another company. Darren was EXCELLENT. Went into all those dark nooks and crannies (attic, under the deck, under the house, basement) and found the mouse highways. The treatment worked within just a couple of days. No more night time skittering and squealing ~ or anxiety about sharp rodent teeth chewing through wires. On top of going the extra extra mile in finding out how these miserable little critters keep getting in the house, Darren was very friendly, kind, reassuring, and there was no sales pitch at the end. This was an all around A+ experience. I will definitely use Zoellner again. Thanks!!!

The experience was better than I could have anticipated. I have used other companies, and Darren knows how to give "added value" to his customers! He and I even talked about some people can't believe he gets such high reviews. Well, you can believe me when I share that I would not hesitate to use them again ... and am having them come on a regular schedule. I highly recommend Zoellner!
Description of Work: There was a thorough spraying inside and outside of the house as well as the garage and screened area. I was given a thorough overview of their services, what type of insects/spiders were present (fortunately, no infestation!), and what product they used to spray.

Scheduling with Zoellener couldn't have been easier. Living in a rural area, scheduling services can sometimes be tricky but not for Darren. They even sent a confirmation email the same day as well as an email reminder the day before. He arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional.
Description of Work: We had noticed quite a bit more spider activity recently and even the stray scorpion now and again. When we called, Darren was extremely polite and professional and was able to schedule the service at our convenience. Once he arrived, we talked about the issues we had been having and he explained what he was going to do and the measures he was going to take to protect our pets. He then set about servicing the inside of our home. The material he used had no noticeable odor and the additional traps were placed where they couldn't be accidentally molested. He then proceeded to treat the attic and the outside. Once done, we were so impressed we went ahead and scheduled the next treatment. I can't recommend Darren highly enough.

Description of Work: Darren came in and explained what he was going to do. He even brought my kids coloring pages to do while he was there. It was so sweet. He sprayed and dusted the attics. He asks a few questions about what kind of pest problem you are experiencing, arrives on time, is knowledgable about the problem and offers a variety of treatment options. He is not high pressure sales, and he (or his wife) gives a follow up call to make sure you are satisfied with their services. He actually came back to my house when the ants weren't completely gone and sprayed again at no charge. I did sign up for a monthly service for the summer & have not been disappointed! I no longer have ants and when he was out yesterday, he called me to let me know he noticed spiders and that he was going to take care of the problem! I highly recommend his services.

Arrived promptly and wasted no time getting started. He was very thorough and very courteous. I would definitely use Zoellner Exterminating again. Started at 9 AM and finished at 11:30 AM.
