The Zoellner people are professionals. Their telephone receptionist is friendly and helpful. They arrive on time, complete the work, and explain to you every step of the way what they're doing. The appointment was made on a Tuesday and they did the work that Thursday. When we then decided to also have them do a terminte inspection, they were bacak the next week and had the job completed in a day.

Many wasps had been in attic space - making it dangerous for future electrical work to be done. Darrin took care of that and also treated inside and outside for pests. Very nice man - had come highly recommended.

Darren, one of the company's owners, came over himself to perform the extermination. He was incredibly friendly and explained why various types of insects are present. The service itself didn't take very long, and he seemed to be thorough. I definitely noticed a decrease in insect activity. After the service (for the next few days), I did find some water roaches in the same places I had found them before (only a few). However, I found a space under our cabinets that I didn't realize was there. After spraying underneath the cabinets myself, I haven't noticed any more activity (I'm sure he would have come back and sprayed himself, but I didn't think it necessary). Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

Great! We had seen scorpions and WAY to many bugs in the house for my liking and it dramatically dropped our bug population. He also put out glue traps, away from where dogs and babies could get to them, and would be back out to check them.

We recently moved into a new house and wanted to have some preventative pest control services, since we found just a few spiders. Darrin was very friendly and professional. He was late, but I was totally okay with this, because he called me well in advance to let me know. He answered any questions I had and even gave me some pointers! I highly recommend him to others! The exterminator examined the house, garage, and surrounding areas outside. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He was prompt, professional, and pleasant. I will hire this company again whenever I need this type of service. I was very pleased.

I called several companies to compare prices, and the Zoellner contact was extremely friendly and open to the fact that I was doing comparison shopping at the time. Their price for the service was pretty much the same as some others who also had very high ratings on the list, but they offered a Senior Discount, which made a difference! Because of the time frame necessary for the appraisal, she offered the info that it could be done rather late on the following Monday, if that was acceptable--otherwise it would be about a week to fit into the schedule. He arrived well within the time frame that was set, and the inspection was done thoroughly and in a timely manner.

They contacted me almost right away and scheduled in good time. Very professional and great communication. They weren't pushy about taking service plan. I appreciated their service and would use them again any time.

Just bought a house and wanted to have some type of pest control sprayed before we moved in. Took advantage of the $128 special for Interior and Exterior treatment. Darren came and knocked it out for us. Darren had done the Interior( No furniture in the house yet), the Exterior, and powder dusted the attic. Darren did point out a few things to me, and was quick to answer any question that I had. Will I be using or suggesting Zoellner Exterminating? Yes!

My husband and I had just come back from a weeks long vacation, it was late and our house was full of daddy longlegs. They were coming out of the wood work. It was so bad my husband had them crawling on him in the middle of the night. AHHHH!!! We called Darren the very next morning and he got right on our situation. He was able to work us in that same day which was incredible. We difinently selpt better that night knowing that Darren had cured us of our daddy longleg infestation.Thank you Zoellner Exterminating. From the first call about service it was great! The woman who took the call was super, her follow up was exactly as promised and service was done in just a few days. I later found out she was Darren's wife...what a gem! He arrived right on time, was great with our dogs and us too! He put down little sticky pads in out of the way places and told us where they were so our dogs would not come upon them, so we can see if we are still getting any spiders and if so what kind. He took the time to explain about certain types of spiders and what to expect and was right on! All the material and spray was dog safe. He offered various added treatments should we wish to have added treatments but did not push anything! Carefully explained the pros and cons and differences in preferences and prices which I appreciated. We will be calling them again and would not hesitate to refer others to them. They even remembered a senior discount without my having to prompt them when the bill was put together.

The were very good. The guy that came to the house was very experienced and he educated us on exactly what we needed. It was a very good learning curve for us. It was very nice to have him, he spent as much time as needed to let us know what is going on. He walked us around the house and showed us everything. Then he went to work and he was very efficient. We saw the results right away, we have a lot of dead bugs around the house. I thought the price was really reasonable. I can evaluate after a few months before entering into a contract with him. I liked having the flexibility. I did appreciate the fact that he called before he was coming out. My daughter was here and he was great with my daughter. He worked around her nap schedule which is fantastic. I was worried about being in the house, we just moved in so there is clutter everywhere, and he worked around all of it so he was very unobtrusive in terms of the service that he provided.

We have been using Zoellner Exterminating for approximately one year. Prior to initiating their service my wife had been bitten twice by spiders in her sleep and we had been seeing tarantulas in the garage. We found quite a number of dead insects after the initial treatment, but have had no challenges since. We plan to continue to use Zoellner's quarterly follow-ups, which are quite reasonable in cost. They have always kept their scheduled appointments in a timely manner.

A very good move on our part. Darren came the day after I called, and showed up exactly on time. He took the time to chat with us, and even made friends with our pets.We will definitely use them on a regular basis, and are glad that we were able to find them through Angie's List. We will recommend to our friends.

It's been 30 days since I had my house treated and I've not seen one bug since! Darren was excellent in all areas of service; from being punctual in his arrival, to being thorough in his treatment, to having such a friendly disposition, to his professionalism.
