Email photos to bugz@zoellnerexterminating.com. ***Please note that clients in Stroud, Cushing, Cleveland, Ochelata, Barnsdall, Bartlesville, Grand Lake areas may be subject to limited service dates available. Our techs service these areas monthly, and there are times we are able to work in a new client in those areas between scheduled days.*** Warranty offered on full structure termite treatments.

Description of Work: The gentleman called ahead and was running early which worked great for me. He described what he would be doing, and discussed any concerns I had about my pets before he began spraying. then he went about his business inside and out. After he was done, he told me about a regular maintenance service they offer, but didn't pressure me, just let me know it was available if I wanted to call the office and get on a regular insect maintenance plan.He was very courteous, and professional.

Description of Work: Did a very thorough job for a whole house termite treatment (termidor). We had gotten two other quotes, but he was the only one that actually went into the crawlspace to treat, along with drilling around the house foundation. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: This was a second visit after the initial one in November. Love that there are no contracts but has a deal if used each month. Darrin was VERY thorough. They were called out initially to spray for roaches. I was extremely pleased with the first spraying. He went over every square inch, every nook and cranny though out the kitchen and bathroom. He sprayed throughout the house and outside.

Terrific
Description of Work: I have a rental property that I am getting ready for sale. The workmen told me I have a cockroach problem. UGH! I called exterminators as soon as I heard that on Monday morning and, while some were available as oon as Tuesday, they wanted me to sign a 1 year contract or they wouldn't come out. They were also higher than Zoellner. Darren came out that same day and was so responsive. He explained what my problem was, how best to take care of it and I ended up spending less than they originally quoted. That is service! He was very professional. I would definitely recommend Zoellner to anyone and will be using them for other properties in the future.
