I was quite pleased. They came within 10 days of their estimated installation date, which given Oklahoma weather, was right on time. They did the work quickly and well. Pleasant and professional. No problems. I've continued to use them for winterizing the system and getting it going again in the spring. One surprise was that they want payment within 10 days of billing or they charge a hefty service fee. With mail delivery, weekends, and my occasional travel schedule - and my routine of collecting bills to pay once a month -- this was a surprise I could have done without. The company could do more to make this clear up front. But as I said, I'm happily continuing to use them.

They did fairly well installing the french drain except for cutting through my neighbors sprinkler system. Which they did repair. The laying of the flagstone was not at all what I had wanted and when I called them back to redo it I had a difficult time communicating with the laborers to make them understand what I wanted. The english speaking manager never came back to see what his laborers did or discuss it with me.

Sonrise Landscaping was very professional and they gave us a good quote. We will consider using them in the future.

They did well. They came out and did exactly what they said they would do. Price wise, they were a touch high.

I had standing water in my backyard that began to seep into my foundation and ultimately the floor vents. I could hear the waves lap at the floor vents when the house A/C was turned on. As much as I enjoyed the sound, it was horrible for the foundation and a disastrous potential for mold growth. I contacted Sonrise to see what they could do about the collecting water in my backyard. They recommended a "tight-line" vs a traditional french drain. A true french drain would have cost a bit more, I believe. Sonrise was very professional throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. They even answered some questions I had in general about another project I had planned. I highly recommend this company and am grateful to have found them through their website alone and without the aid of Angie's List. The other reviews of this company confirm my experience.

It worked great! Anytime it would rain I would have standing water in my backyard. They came out and surveyed. I thought I would need something more expensive, and they told me what they had would work. I trusted them. They were real friendly. They were real easy to work with and were straight-forward about when they were going to get there and things. I liked working with them. They arrived early in the morning and went after it, finishing after dark. They finished the job in one day. Their prices were in line with other companies I had spoken with.

I liked everything about them. They were prompt and responsive. They did great work. They also did work on my sprinkler system. I had contacted a lot of other companies and they weren t accommodating or didn t show up when they should. They were a class act.

I STRONGLY recommend this company Sonrise, Inc. They arrived when they said they would, promptly at the scheduled time, did exactly what they said they would do in the specified time (1 day)! They were courteous, hard working men who won us over by being everything you would hope--skilled, competent and in at budget. I think the price was fair, though I am no expert. It was worth it to me, particularly due to my previous experiences of the year 2007. I doubt anyone is thrilled to pay for a drain, I cannot imagine what a bog our back yard would have been particularly after the ice melt. They were here in September, and we think we were really lucky on many, many levels. We moved to this house 2 years ago. It has been a nightmare of false promises and money wasted by hiring incompetents and liars. What a great change!
