Mike Fournier and his team provided the estimates quickly to replace the 2 to 3 foot high, 140+ foot long, retaining wall that is on two sides of my house. They provided samples of the stone for me to look at, and scheduled a date. His team arrived the day we planned, and rapidly completed the project over a few days. They removed the old wood ties, prepared the area for the stones, and built the wall. I am very, very pleased. They were a bit more expensive than the other bids, but their professionalism and quality was well-worth it as I didn't have to fret that something would be left undone.

10Sonrise came out. Removed decking. Repaired drainage. Re-asymbled deck good as new. Job was several months after warranty period of 1 year. Sonrise honored the warranty and put several hundred possibly thousand + dollars into repair. No charge to me as former customer.

Sonrise did an excellent job on my yard. They went out of their way to make sure everything was correct. Even when I asked them to come back out, they didn't hesitate to show up and look at and then fix what I had questioned. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Sonrise needing an estimate on a sprinkler system repair very quickly in order to close on our new home. Despite their full schedule, they sent someone for an estimate the same day. The person who came for the estimate was prompt and courteous. My communications with the owner of Sonrise were answered immediately and thoroughly. I was impressed with every aspect of the service I received. The only service performed to date is the estimate, but I will be scheduling Sonrise to complete the work as soon as I own the home. I would not hesitate to call them again for any other type service that I need and which they can provide.

The experience was largely positive. He, by in large, did what he promised. He delivered the end product. It was a reasonably good value for the dollar. He delivered it reasonably well on time. I am waiting on the company to come and do some warranty repairs.

They did a good job. I thought that their price was a little high. I contacted them and the owner called me back. The people who did the work were good.

Sonrise is easy to contact and prompt to respond. The work was done well. I am very satisfied with their work.

I called to schedule an appt to fix and prepare my sprinkler system for the winter on a Saturday morning. I received a call back Monday afternoon. Thank goodness I didn't have an emergency.

They returned my initial call within the promised time frame and showed up right on time for the appointment. Very courteous, professional and listened to what I had to say. They made some suggestions to do things a bit differently than it was currently designed which resulted in much better coverage. They did not however try to talk me into something I felt I did not need. They did not leave the ground where they dug up heads all messed up. The sod was replaced neatly and no dirt or sod was left laying on the yard (this has happened to me before with other service providers). They got right to work, did not waste any time and were finished in a reasonable amount of time for the work that needed to be done.

Every project went as planned and estimates were always as projected. Great Service before and after projects.

With all the wet weather, it was approximately 2 weeks before we could schedule and took approximately 2 weeks to complete. The work was divided into 3-4 stages and once they got started--WOW! I could not believe the amount of work completed each day. The project included repairing a large retaining wall, unstopping existing and putting in some new french drains, correcting existing sprinkling system, adding a soaker system to my rose garden, two areas of rock scape, walkway lighting, adding loads of top soil and sod and leveling most of my yard that had been desecrated by the city several times ( I have a corner lot). Each day, they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and friendly. Mike, the contractor, was very gracious and generous with his time and checked frequently on the progress. After the installation was complete, I had some questions and concerns and e-mailed Mike. We set up a meeting for a final walk through and all my concerns were discussed, evaluated and than completed to my satisfaction. As a woman, this type of "manly" duties is not something I look forward to doing, but Mike made me feel respected and at ease. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and I'm delighted with the results. I also received an after call, to remind me to water the sod. I believe Sonrise Landscaping truly cares about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. They're definitely one of the "good guys".

I contacted them because of the reputation I had heard about. They were prompt, courteous on the phone. Fixed the broken pipe, put all the dirt etc in the right places.

My experience with them went great. They were prompt, did a good job and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Their pricing was reasonable and everything worked out as expected.

The service was great - quick, painless and on-budget. Mike was very knowledgeable about a number of potential projects that we discussed. He offered a number of alternatives to meet my needs and gave great advice to ensure the results were what I wanted. I plan to use this company in the future.

When I first attempted to get in touch with them it took 3 times to finally reach them to get an appointment. If you call to make an appointment they will tell you to go to their website and fill out a request and they will send you an appt time. I did this 2 times without hearing from them. So on the 3rd try I did receive an email from them they asked me to o back to their website to tell them what I needed done and to authorize which category of amount of money I would spend. Once I did this thy sent me an appointment time. I did not like this way of scheduling. It is very impersonal and took too much time. I would rather talk to a real person to schedule my appointments and if there are questions they can be asked and answered at that time instead of going back and forth via email. I don't always have access to my emails at hand and this process could take a day or two which wastes time. Once I got my appointment the service was ok. The service person that came out was knowledgable and very nice but didn't have the products with him to make the repairs at that time. The appointment was made for repairs so I feel he should have been prepared. The work was done properly and am satisfied with what was done. If they changed the scheduling process I probably use them again just because the person that came out to my house was so nice.

Excellent. Sprinkler system installed on time and per budget.

It was a big project and so there were pluses and minuses. They were multiple crews and some crews worked better than the others did. The people that did the retaining wall did an excellent job. They really worked hard and fast. The crew that did the deck ran into bad weather so the project got slowed down a lot, which was not entirely their fault. However, it kind of felt like they were lost and there was lack of motivation because before it was spring time, they had a lot of other projects they had to get to. So it started real strong but it didn’t finish real strong. They were responsive to any concerns or questions. I would use them again but with reservations.

Job went smoothly despite hitting the old sceptic tank i laying out the lines. That did involve a few extra short trenches, but was definitely the only to handle the problem. They were very patient with our many questions and did their best to install exactly what we asked for, despite it requiring some innovative solutions and designs. The entire installation took 3 days and was done with as little disruption as possible.

Every contact with Mike and all Sonrise workers has been a pleasant experience. I had gotten several estimates but chose Sonrise for their professionalism, good pricing, excellent references, and great communication. The work was begun EARLIER than promised which was a nice surprise. The workers are happy guys who work hard and obviously enjoy working for Sonrise. Everything about the job was quality. I have also had excellent follow-up communication and I'm extremely pleased with the system and service I have received. I highly recommend them!

The project went well. The irrigation sub-contractor, showed up in the morning of the day the work was scheduled for (Friday) and looked over what was to be done. After we worked together in figuring out a plan, he left to work on another short job and get the supplies needed for my project. Later in the afternoon, he returned and started working on the project until fairly late that evening. He came back the following Monday in the afternoon and pretty much completed the work except for one part that he didn't carry on the truck. The next day, he completed the project and returned the following day to test the system and adjust the sprinkler heads. All-in-all, this was an 8-hour project scattered over 4 days. Fortunately, I was already scheduled to be off work several of those days because he kept running into issues that required me to make decisions. He did a good job explaining things to where I could understand them. He was friendly, worked hard, and performed the work to my expectations. I will most likely use Sonrise again for my sprinkler system work. I already have another landscaping project scheduled with them in the near future and will write up another report at that time.

It took four days total. The visits were very good.

An estimate was provided quickly upon initial contact. I called their office with questions about the estimate and the manager was friendly and very helpful. Two weeks later the Rainbird system was finished and ready for use. They even made an appointment with me to come to my house and demonstrate how to use the timer system. Installation included free first year winterization of the system. I would definitely recommend Sonrise for irrigaton installation.

The job went very well. I would use them again.

I was very satisfied with their work. However, I wish I would have been more specific about where I wanted certain components (valves, sprinkler heads, etc.). Additionally, I wish I was more specific about the types of sprinkler heads I that were installed. For instance, for small yards it might make sense to more small sprinkler heads and versus just a handful of heads that shot a large distance. Also, I if you have parts of your house that are constructed of word (decks, window sills, etc) I would clearly specify that you don?t want the sprinklers watering those items. I was able to adjust accordingly but sine I was not experienced with the settings of the individual heads it took some time. It would have been nice if the experts had left the system set up NOT to water wood!

Great, but I didn't use their services.
