Description of Work: Terminix uses a liquid injected ground treatment that's guaranteed for approximately 10+ years. There is an annual service fee for their service. They look at the inside and outside of your home for possible termite infestation. I would strongly recommend their service because they are very watchful and on guard against these wood eating little bugs.

Description of Work: I had them do outside treatment. Then I had them come inside to get rid of spiders. That turned out really great.

Description of Work: They provide a maintenance service and do a very good job. They arrive at the scheduled time and always come back if needed.

Description of Work: We had to call them back because we saw no improvement. We still had spiders in every room. When the technician returned, he suggested we brought the spiders with us when we moved. We have never had this type of spider before moving to this house. After powdering the baseboards again, we have waited two more weeks. We have not found a single dead spider; they are all still alive and well until I smash them with a shoe. Today I saw three silverfish; I have NEVER had silverfish in my house. I am horrified. If they don't fix this immediately, they will refund my money so I can employ another company who can get the job done.

Description of Work: Needed verification of an infestation at a rent house I own. The Terminix rep was prompt, courteous, informative. He didn't try to up-sell or hard-sell either one. There was no charge for the esimate(s). Just what I was looking for. The problem belonged to the renter. I don't know if they used Terminix for the solution, but if I was going to contract for a resolution I would have done so with Terminix. Hope this helps.
