Terminix - Broken Arrow

I pay 33 dollars a month. They bought off the company we'd been using. They are good.

They're great. There's a guy who calls, we leave the backyard gate unlocked, he comes in and does his job and he leaves.

They check my home every year and I have been with them since 2007. The service has been fine.

I use them kind of like insurance. They come in and look around. Those employees and supervisors who come out are nice. They let me know when they are going to come over from our appointment. Sometimes they do call to change the appointment, cancel the appointment or to let me know that they are running late. Sometimes they do not show up at all and that has been frustrating. 10% of the time they actually come with the regular scheduled time. When I call or fill out a form online to change the appointment, they end up missing the appointment about 75% of the time.

I have been using them for the past ten years. Their service has always been good. They are a good company to work with.

We have been using their service since the late 1980’s. They do a good job and we do not have any complaints.

I have been with them for several years. I have a contract with them which guarantees they will do any repairs if I have termite damage. I also have an agreement where they come out four times a year to spray both inside and out. They will come into between visits at no additional charge. They are a great company to work with and they have an excellent guarantee.

We have had Terminix for years. I like that they call the day before they are coming. When they get here they ring the doorbell to let me know they are here. They do the scheduled treatments and ask if I need anything else looked at.

We have had an annual contract with them for six years. We have been very satisfied with them and the technician Kevin who takes care of our account.

They do a great job. They are reliable and we have not had issues with termites since.

The serviceman who came out first found termites and ants.He talk to me for a long period of time regarding my problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with financing. He lined up the installer for the following day. He would install bait traps outside of my home and on the side without a yard would drill into the brick to inject solution in to the area where termites has been spotted. The installer arrived timely and worked efficently completing a professional job in good time. I was not bother by the installation at all. I signed the paperwork and he finished the job.

They were a little slow in getting back to us, but once we got them our everyone was really great and the service was very fast and the guarantee is very reassuring. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest but when dealing with termites I don't want to take chances.

If you need additional service, they come out with no charge. They are very good. They inform me when they are coming, and they are very courteous. They ask me if there is anything extra I need. They do not require for me to be here on their quarterly service because they just do the outside. They do the inside of my house once a year, but anytime you request it, they will do it. In the initial service, they do inside and out. But on the following service, they do only the outside because it is really where the pests are coming.

Went well. Have not seen a mouse since containers put out, nor any mouse friends!!

I called Terminix on Thursday. I reached a national call center and spoke with Quinette. She provided an overview of their services and quoted me several options. I agreed to purchase a one year pest protection plan. The cost was quoted at $147 for the first visit, and $92 every quarter thereafter. I was able to provide my American Express card number so that the charge for each visit will be charged directly to the card instead of having to write a check at each visit. I scheduled our first treatment for the following Monday morning. I was told that the technician would be at the house sometime between 8-noon. Quinette suggested that she have the technician call one hour before arriving. I provided her my wife's cell number since my wife would be the one at home for the appointment.Later on Thursday I received a call from a local supervisor confirming the Monday appointment. She offered to move the appointment to Saturday. I declined due to having other activities already planned for the day.On Monday morning I first received an automated telephone call reminding me that Terminix would be arriving at the house that morning for an appointment.A short time later the termite inspector called to state that he was on his way. Later that morning I received a phone call from a technician stating that he was going to be about 20 minutes late. He didn't arrive by 12:20. Instead, he didn't arrive until 1:15. Although he was late for the appointment he was professional and worked efficiently.The only aspects of the experience that have room for improvement are (1) they didn't seem to internally communicate well regarding which phone number to call about the appointment. They called me several times instead of dialing my wife's cell phone number as requested. (2) the second technician did not arrive within the 8-noon appointment, and he arrived later than he said he would. I appreciate that he at least called to say that he was running late.Overall, the whole experience was a positive one. The call center representative, the supervisor, the termite inspector, and the technician were all professional in their interactions with us.We recommended their service to a family member, which earned us a $60 credit toward our next quarterly service. There is no maximum number of referral credits that a customer can earn.

I received a call last week from our local Terminix office asking about renewing our contract. I thought that was odd since I had already received my renewal certificate that states it's good from 3/2012 to 3/2013. I was also told on the phone that since we have had service with them for so many years, we should have received a $50 off coupon, dropping our yearly price from $279 to $239. I had noticed that our monthy auto draft had not been paid for June and mentioned it to the person on the phone. He knew nothing about it. But he did ask how we wanted our monthly payment drafted, credit card or bank. I told him to leave the auto pay system that we have in place. And that by my calculations, our payment would drop from $23.25 to $19.08. The local guy then seemed confused and since he knew nothing about why our auto draft payment had not been paid, I thought I would call the main company number and speak to a representative. That's when I got Connie on the phone. She also did not know why our latest payment had not been drafted but with my permission would do that right away. Then I asked about the $50 off our yearly contract. Connie knew nothing about that and stated she couldn't do anything about it. That basically since I was on an automatic renewal and auto draft system, they could not offer me the $50 discount. She told me that I would have to call my local office and discuss it with them. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told no one was available to talk to me and that someone would call me back. I tried to verify Connie's name only to find she had hung up on me.I don't expect a call back based on my years of experience with Terminix. And I don't expect them to take care of their customer either. So my only recourse is to state my bad experience on Angie's List to warn others. I will also be terminating my contract and will use Angie's List to find a more reliable and customer friendly company.

They have good pricing. I will absolutely continue to use them. They are incredible.

I have been using them foe twenty something odd years. It is reasonable, good service and appears to be very effective. They do an annual inside and outside inspection. They routinely call and stop by for check ups one or two times a year. I will continue to use them.

I have had Terminix a long time and I am happy with the service I get. I will continue to use them in the future.

We've been really happy with them. They offer a fair price, and the service people they send out have been nice as well. We've been using them for at least two years.

Overall, I rate them highly. I am on a multiyear contract agreement with them.

They did a good job with handling the termites. There has been some subsequent evidence of termites and they are scheduled to come back out and handle it. I have no reason to discredit them in anyway.

I pay $80 3 times a year. They are always real good with my dogs. Most of the time I forget to bring them inside. They always move them away before they spray.

We have had a contract with them for years. Their service works for me. I will continue to use them in the future.

They spray the yard, the perimeter of the outside of the house and the inside of the house. I have been a customer for over a year and they have good service. I will continue to use Terminix.
