Terminix - Broken Arrow

They were on the spot, quick, professional, and efficient. The service guy who came out was very nice. When the guy finished, I am assuming the supervisors stopped by and asked us if we were satisfied and we said we were. In fact we signed up for a yearly contract. We actually had two other companies come by and give us a bid and everybody was pretty much in the same boat. Terminex was a little bit cheaper as far as the yearly renewal.

I have been satisfied with their service. They are very thorough. They call ahead of time. They communicate to let you know what's happening. If there are any issues, they give you a nice report on what they found or didn't find.

We have used them since 2007. The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality of work were excellent.

Since I have started using Terminix I have not seen any spiders, so whatever they are doing really works. I highly recommend them.

Their price is a little high, but at the time I needed their service, I thought I had termites, but I did not. I pay for what I get. Their quality of work is good. I would continue to use them in the future.

Everything is going well. Their service is effective, reliable, and reasonably priced.

I really like my service guy, Joe, and they have been doing it for about 20 years and I like them. I will use them again in the future.

I didn’t like their price. They took care of the pests. I had no complications. I would recommend them to others. I would use them in the future.

They are punctual, very professional, they do what they say they would do and I don't have a problem with them.

Since the wasp problem is still in progress, I can't give a final report but they did come back out very quickly to re-treat at no cost to me and they say they will continue to do it until all of the wasps in my eves are all dead.

Showed up as scheduled, give me options vice presenting only the most expensive service, did the job on time. Have not had a problem since.

The treatment cost me about $1000. I had a fine experience with them. I had no issues with them. They were professional and did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

Terminix has become "too big for its britches". The automatic computer generated calls are out of time and after decisions have already been made; customer service is 'achieved' once Terminix has literally ran around my house, flashed a flashlight inside the crawl space and 'called it good'. I will not renew my contract. It appears Terminix does not hire enough people to do the job and the employees who are working there are VERY covered up and do not have enough time to perform satisfactorily.

Both inspectors and control specialists were punctual, polite and professional in their respective areas.

It goes very well. They're always very courteous and respectful; I don't worry about them being in my home. If I ever have problems between visits they'll come out, but that's only happened once. They do a good job and keep things under control.

They are always here when they say they are going to be. They do a good job for us because we don't have any termite problems. We have two dogs and they always remember bring them some treats and I think that is very nice of them. They just do what they are supposed to do and they are gone. We are happy with them.

I had issues with the customer service end from the beginning. The salesman seemed concerned with only making his bottom line bigger. He wouldn't call me at the times I asked. He tried to have my wife coordinate the whole thing when we both requested he deal with me primarily. The inspection was scheduled on a Saturday morning because of my work schedule. Multiple calls were made by the inspector to try to reschedule for it to be convenient for him. He tried to place the miscommunication problems all on my wife by having her have me return his calls. I even tried to have the corporate offices give me more information on the program that I purchased and they didn't do that or return my calls requesting this.

THEY PUT BAIT TRAPS AROUND OUR HOME AND CAME OUT ONCE A MONTH THE FIRST YEAR. THEN AFTER THAT THEY STARTED COMING EVERY 3 MONTHS. I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD COME MORE OFTEN PARTICULARLY IN THE SPRING. I WILL SAY WE DON'T HAVE ANY TERMITES.

WE STILL HAD PROBLEMS AFTER A MONTH OF SERVICE. THEY STAYED AT MY HOME FOR ABOUT AN HOUR WHEN THEY CAME AND DID NOT STOP MY ANT PROBLEM. I DID NOT LIKE USING THIS COMPANY SO I STOPPED USING THEM.

THEY ARE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY SPRAY THE INSIDE OF MY HOME, THE YARD, AND THE GARAGE. THEY ALWAYS FINISH IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND I HAVEN'T EVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY PESTS SINCE I HAVE ACQUIRED THERE SERVICES. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVE. THEY REALLY AREA COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THERE WORD.

THEY REPLIED QUICKLY TO OUR PHONE CALL. THEY DO COME ON A REGULAR BASIS AND EVERY TIME THEY COME, THEY ARE ATTENTIVE AND CONVERSANT. THEY DON'T TAKE LONG TO GET THE JOB DONE AND THAT IS ADMIRABLE.

THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB FOR US EVERY TIME THEY COME OVER. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY BUG OR TERMITE PROBLEMS SINCE GOING WITH THEM. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING.

WE SEE NO DIFFERENCE WHEN THEY SPRAY. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WE TOLD THEM THAT THEIR SPRAY WAS NOT WORKING. THEY TRIED THE SPRAY AGAIN AND THERE WAS STILL NO CHANGE.

THEY'VE DONE A GREAT JOB ON OUR PEST CONTROL, SINCE HIRING THEM WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH TERMITES OR BUGS. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARDWORKING AS WELL.
