It went very well without any problems. Despite the extra add on jobs we are happy with it. I definitely will use them again.

My appointment time was scheduled between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. My crew of 2 (Shawn Adam and Mario Richardson) arrived at 3:06 p.m. with their hoses in hand. They were very professional, Shawn being in charge, introduced himself and his helper. They asked what areas I wanted cleaned, protected and deoderized, where they could make an outside water connection. I showed them they areas and pointed out the "problem spots". Shawn said they would test them and treat them with the appropriate cleaner. At that point, he told me where they would start so I could go to another area - and from there, they took over. They began in the back bedroom and when they were through in their, I went in there and checked my e-bay items, serfed the net and basically forgot they were even there. I had no idea what time it was when they came into the room with their sponge on a stick (that really tickled me) and I teased them about it, but it helped absorb any excess water. They told me that as soon as they finshed their sponging in that room they would be done. I went out into the living room and was totally in awe. The carpet and sofa looked wonderful. I almost hugged them, but restrained myself even though I am old enought to be Shawn's grandmother. I actually giggled when I saw their signs stuck to all the non carpet floor surfaces warning of dangers of sliding when entering that area. I gave them a check and they went on their way. I spent the next couple of hours just looking at my clean carpet that actually look new.

I'm very satisfied with the end result.

This company called before they came out. They have different options to choose from and we didn't chose the one where they move the furniture. They cleaned around the furniture upstairs. We were happy with the results and they did a good job.

I called for an estimate and was pleased with the price. The appointment was set up for two days later and they gave me a time window (2:00-6:00pm). I got an automated call to confirm the day before they were scheduled to arrive. The day of the appointment they called when they were on their way (5:00pm). Two young men showed up and got to work, they were pleasant and courteous. We'd just purchased the house, and it was unfurnished so they didn't have to move anything. The previous owners had a dog and the carpet was stained and smelly. I was really surprised how clean they got the carpet. After they cleaned, they sprayed the carpet with a deodorizing spray and gave me a bottle of spot cleaner before they left.

This was an on line appointment, booked 2-1/2 weeks ahead of time, and reconfirmed two days prior to arrival. My appt. was "1st stop 8-9" (crew loads up at 7:30am, so I could expect an arrival of 8:00ish or so). At 9:10am, the crew still hadn't arrived. I called for a status check and was told "there's a problem with the truck, but they'll be on the way in another 20-30 minutes". The crew arrived at 9:40am (1-3/4 hrs. late) and told me they were dispatched to clean one house before mine (not a truck problem). The contractor did not honor my appointment for "1st Stop". If my appointment was scheduled for later in the day, I would understand the probability of getting bumped, but not on a "1st Stop" appointment.

I found this company on Angie's List. They have a great web site with all the information I needed. I saved 10% by scheduling online. The work was scheduled for the next day and i was able to select the time for them to come. The crew was prompt, well-groomed, indentified themselves, and were very courteous. They worked efficiently, but carefully. The price was right and they left everything clean and neat.

They did an excellent job. The two operators arrived on time, talked me through the job, reviewed optional services, then started to work. They were very thorough and didn't rush the job. They were careful with furniture and vent covers, and were pleasant to talk to. I booked the job on their website, got my pick of available appointments, and a 10% discount. I would highly recommend this company.

They arrived just when we wanted them, explained everything and did a fantastic job. I don't think I'll ever try to do this job myself again. Ask for "Tristan." He had a great sense of humor - called us in and said "I have some bad news." But he really wanted to show us the stains were all gone.

I scheduled my appointment and within 20 minutes two men arrived. I could tell by the beginning these men did not have any desire to be performing the service. My carpet is 2 years old. There were a few coffee stains along with general wear dirt scattered about. I was very disappointed by the lack of a thorough cleaning. At the end of the cleaning service, it basically showed no improvement. I questioned this but the men said to allow it to dry. Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner gives you a spot cleaner solution to use as necessary for the unexpected spills. I would definitely not recommend this company to others.

The crew was very professional and cleaned our carpets as well as our tile in our kitchen and breakfast nook. Everything is *exceptionally* clean now...like new!

The two gentlemen who came out were very thorough. They even got PAINT out of our carpet. Our carpets look fantastic!

MY CARPET IS OFF WHITE AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING IT. I LOVE THE SHAMPOO THAT THEY USED. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY, IN ABOUT FOUR HOURS.

NOTHING REALLY STOOD OUT ABOUT THIS COMPANY THAT I LIKED. I WAS ACTUALLY KIND OF DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME THAT THE STAINS WOULD FOR SURE COME OUT BUT THEY DIDN'T. I WAS NOT THE LEAST BIT IMPRESSED.

THEY DID A REALLY AMAZING JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPET. THEY PUT DOWN A SPECIAL PROTECTOR SOLUTION. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB AND THE CARPETS ALWAYS STAYS CLEAN. THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND HONEST ABOUT EVERYTHING. I HAVE COMPARED THEM TO OTHER COMPANIES AND I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES.

THEY DID A REALLY POOR JOB OF CLEANING MY CARPET. THE PRODUCT THAT THEY USED WASN'T STRONG ENOUGH FOR MY CARPET AND IT COST A LOT. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY WERE EASY TO FIND AND EASY TO GET HOLD OF. THEY ADVERTISE ALL THE TIME. THEY DID A NICE JOB FOR WHAT I PAID FOR. THEY HAVE CLEANED FOR US A COUPLE OF TIMES NOW. MY FAMILY LIKES THEM A LOT.

I REALLY FELT THEY WERE OPEN TO CHANGES THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN CARPET. THEY EVEN SUGGESTED THAT I USE A STAIN PROOF CARPET FOR THE HIGH TRAFFIC ENTRY-WAY. THAT WAS GREAT ADVICE THAT I'M GLAD I FOLLOWED. IT HAS HELPED A LOT.

THEY HAD A REASONABLE PRICE, OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T HAVE HIRED THEM. I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH HOW CONCERNED THEY WERE WITH THE TROUBLE AREAS AND HOW THEY MADE SURE TO GET ALL OF THE STAINS OUT.

I LIKE THE SHAMPOO THAT THIS COMPANY USED WHEN I HAD THEM CLEAN MY CARPET. IT ONLY TOOK THEM FOUR HOURS TO COMPLETE THIS GREAT JOB. THEY MOVED ALL OF THE FURNITURE BEFORE THEY CLEANED AND REPLACED IT WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AT GETTING THINGS OUT OF MY CARPETS, THAT I THOUGHT WOULD NOT COME. THEY ALSO HAD AN OUTSTANDING CREW THAT TOOK THERE TIME WITH ALL OF THE HOUSE.

THEY WERE VERY FAST AND FRIENDLY. I APPRECIATED THAT THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. MY CARPETS LOOKED WONDERFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FAMILY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN MYSELF.

OUR CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW. THEY GOT HERE RIGHT ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT, AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. NEXT TIME WE NEED OUR CARPET CLEANED I WILL CALL THEM BACK.

STANLEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY REMOVED ALL THE STAINS FROM THE CARPET AND DID SO IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEIR SERVICE STAFF WAS ALSO FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.
