A's all the way across. I generally by a deal with them for 4 times a year to come out. I've used them for a few years now.

No chemical odors and is truly allergy friendly. I would use them again.

The crew was on time and very efficient. There were 2 stains that they were unable to remove. Otherwise their work was OK.

Very dissatisfied with the results of steaming my tile. Not only was it not what I expected that there was actual dirt and grime in the corners under the cabinets which you would expect not to find after paying $250 to steam clean a room! But it looked like I had just basically mopped my floors there was nothing spectacular about what they had done. In the kitchen there was a mustard stain by one of the doorways that you could easily scratch away with your fingernail there were some paint drippings that could be easily scratched away with your fingernail they obviously didn't take any kind of brushes or tools to clean. There were also several areas that was stained in one of the downstairs bedrooms on the carpet as well as the downstairs hall your staff never asked me about these stains never made it temps to remove them. At the end of the service your employ took my credit card all the way out to the street and sat on the street corner doing something for a short time even seen him hitting on a machine when he returned he told me I needed to sign to get a receipt. The whole process seemed off from the way that they bartered the prices on the cleaning job from the very beginning to when your employees arrive. They advertise set amounts, but that is NEVER final price. Stain removal, stain protector, which they say the steam process washes out, so if you do not purchase replace application, then you leave yourself unprotected, which could void warranty with your carpet company. When you say no to part of the service then the employees there to clean your carpet start to barter the price. I just wanted my carpet and tile cleaned. Any viable stains addressed. If you use them and have problem, management is almost impossible to reach, they have to call you and it takes days.

Arrived within timescale given, introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do and how. Constantly keep me informed of how it was going and asked if I was pleased as each room was complete. I was given a demonstration of the tile and grout service, which I am considering having. Pleasant and chatty but not intrusive or pushy. Left carpet protections under furniture left in rooms ( 2 large tables). Kevin and Scott did a wonderful job

It was okay but it was kind of expensive. I went there because of its name. As far as I can tell, he did a good job.

They came and cleaned the tile and grout. They returned the next day and stained the grout. As far as the quality of their work, it was very good! The cost was way too high.

My wife called the online number and told him she had had the carpet cleaned by them two times before and the last time they did not do a good job and could they send the first one, as they did a better job. They assured her they would and later on someone showed up and cleaned the carpet very hurriedly as it was 110and deg; that day. They did not do a good job and when I called the local company the gentleman was very nice and professional and said he did not hear the first conversation about how my wife had bad service last time and wanted the first people to come back. He apologized and said he would send somebody else out to reclean the carpet at no charge. I told him I would have asked my wife as she was upset that the last two times was insufficient. She chose not to let him come back even though it would've been free as she said that would only have been a good cleaning 50% of the time.

They showed up on time and worked fast. I felt like they worked a little too fast maybe. None of the stains were given any extra attention and they were still there after the work was done. The workers were nice though.

I have had Stanley Steemer at my house on two occasions, both times I made the appointment over the internet and they were very prompt. The first time, about 6 months ago, we had them out primarily to clean a leather chair, which was badly stained, as well as carpet. I was unsure whether the chair would come clean and they did a swatch of the chair to see. Unfortunately it didn't accomplish what I wanted so they had no problem removing that from my order. They gave me the choice whether to do it and there was no charge. I had them clean the carpets and went ahead and added a couch and chair. I also purchased their welcome mat, which I LOVE! (bought two). After they left, our allergies kicked up for about a week. They also noticed my grout in the kitchen appeared dirty and they did a swatch (it was VERY dirty). They would have cleaned it right then, but I wanted to budget it for later. I made an appointment via internet again last week to have the grout cleaned, and possible stain. They showed me the colors available, and I did have the grout cleaned and stained and it looks beautiful. It took about 2 1/2 hours. They were very conscientious, right on time, and professional. I was lucky to get Elisha again the second time and he is great. While they were there, I had them clean a chair. Their district manager dropped by while they were working and he actually got down on his knees and helped too! That total bill was around $300.

This company was recommended to me from a friend so I decided to try them, I liked them so much I recommended them to my sister who now used them frequently. I called made an appt they called before they came and set up their machice with the outside faucet water source) then they put all my furniture on small blocks, cleaned the carpet and told me I could take the furniture off the blocks in 2 days when the carpet dries. It does take that long to dry and the carpet is damp. You have to go barefoot oe sock feet for awhile so the carpet will not absorb dirt from shoes. Overall it was a good experience and I would highly recommend this company, I will use them again, in 6 months I plan to call them regularly.

I usually make an appointment online. They are always on trime. They clean two bedrooms a hall and living room. They also spray a protectorant on the carpet aftte it has been cleaned.

The work was adequate. I'd recommend them to others.

They arrived on time. we went over what we had arranged to have done over the phone (which was not correct) and they immediately changed it to what we originally asked for. We also added the partial bedroom and the furniture. This was our decision not something they tried to talk us into. They only charged $1 for the partial bedroom because I had not moved the little things out of the room since it was last minute and they cleaned what they could around the furniture left in the room. They did all this in 90 minutes. We have used Stanley Steamer many times. We feel they are a little too high on pricing but upon shopping around they seem to be in the ballpark of everyone else. We also rented a rug doctor the last time we cleaned the carpet and furniture and actually thought it did a better job, but that requires us to use the very heavy machine that comes with it and we have to empty the water so frequently that it takes a much longer time to do the job.

The workers do really well. I have one of the three years deal for six months and I don't remember how much I paid for that. I think it was around $300. Every six months I can add things like if I want it deodorized and things like that. It was a program they had and I don't know if they still have it or not but I am still working on it. I would continue to use them in the future.

I called for an appt last week and they worked with my schedule perfectl. Because I did not have 3 rooms to clean they worked with me and did other services ( like gave me protective coating and cleaned upholstering) They were professional and explained what they were going to do, they moved furniture and cleaned carpet, put the furniture up on blocks and explained when I could remove blocking. When they cleaned carpet they put on protective coverings on their shoes so as not to track carpet up while it was we. I think steam cleaning is better than the dry chemical cleaning because the dry stuff gets stiff when it drys. This company is reputable and I recommended them to my sister who is having them out Monday. You can trust this company and when I need more carpet cleaning I will call them back.

I have used them several times. They are prompt and they are here when they say they going to be here. When they got here I showed them what needs to be done and they got to work, they did a good job and left. The carpets look fine. I have to call them soon. I had no problem with them. I have seen their trucks in my neighbor's driveway as well.

Their prices were reasonable. They did a really good job. I will call them again.

The job they did was pretty good, had a reasonable price, and the people were very friendly. The quality was good, they came when they were suppose to, and very professional.

I went with them because they were supposed to have a good reputation. They did the job in about twenty minutes. They left soaking carpets. I don't think my carpets looked that much better when they were done. They didn't take as much time as they needed to. The workers were really nice. They try to push your products when they're there, but they don't even make the carpets look that much better.

Went very well, only negative some areas took a couple of days to dry. The district manager was supposed to bring over some cleaner for us but that never happened

Had appointments available sooner than I was ready for them. Web site did not account for travel time so crew arrived later than quoted. Did a thorough and good job of cleaning.

The two person team from Stanley Steamer arrived at the scheduled time to clean our carpets and ceramic tile floors. We did significant work the night before to move as much of the small furniture and home decor items out of the way. They started by doing a complete walk-through of the home with me, so that we both agreed what remaining furniture they would move, and to see specific areas in the carpet with stains that needed to be removed. They moved most of the furniture with the exception of large/heavy items. Overall, the quality of the service was good. The carpets looked much better after they cleaned them. The only disappointment was that the areas with stains didn't look much better. They did look a little lighter, but I was hoping for better results. The carpet took about 12 hours to completely dry after they finished and it did leave a slightly unpleasant odor while it was drying. The ceremic tile looked significantly better after cleaning. I was quite surprised at how much of a difference it made to the tile. The only other annoying aspect is that they really try to push a lot of "extra" services on you once they arrive. They have quite a laundry list of additional treatments for the floors like stain protection, grout sealer, odor treatment, etc. They also try to sell additional services as they notice things in your home, such as upholstry / leather cleaning. We did purchase the stain protection and grout sealer. At the end of the day, the floors looked nice and the price seemed reasonable. The two people who performed the services at our house were prompt and courteous. It took them about 4 hours total from the time they first arrived to the time they left. I will definitely consider using Stanley Steamer again in the future.

Requested heavy wear areas to have extra spot cleaning and that adequate time be spent to suction out water. They pushed applying extra "carpet protection" which I stupidly agreed to. The carpet was wet when they left and when dried it was apparent they had not actually cleaned well in the areas requested for special attention. Putting protectant over the area that wasn't well cleaned wasn't worth a dime.

I was happy with the job overall. The $461.80 was for a special deal of 3 cleanings spread over a years time. They have performed two cleanings so far and I have been happy with both. The carpet smells so good when they are finished. I have noted that it tends to pick up dirt and show traffic patterns fairly soon after cleaning. It is a tan frieze. I understand that often happens after carpet is cleaned. They came out the next morning after I called them. I like it when they are able to do a cleaning right away.
