I do use them and they are excellent. They do it year-round so it was like December. The service is about $570 per the whole year.

I wasn't told during the consult that it would be something like six weeks away from when the consult was done. It ended up being more like eight. That being said, they did a great job in a professional manner. It was greatly appreciated.

I thought we had the Emerald bore but that was negative. It was stress from the drought the year before. Love tjis provider honest snd responsive.

When here they realized one of our pine trees was diseased and after checking with us, they removed that as well. They did a fabulous job. Team of about 6 people, cleaned up everything and even mulched everything on sight. Amazingly professional and nice.

They repaired a leaking line and adjusted some sprinkler heads.

The estimate was done and we signed the contract for the work to be done in November or December. We stated that we wanted to ask some questions before they put in the landscape stations. We were out of town for a week. During that time they left a message at the house, they had my cellphone but didn't call it, to tell us they were stRting the project the next day. Two days later they did call my cellphone to talk about the project. I was very unhappy they had not talked with us before they started. I said if there is a problem with placement of system they will be responsible to move it at their cost. I received an email that day apologizing about the miscommunications but the damage had been done. The finished the lawn while we were gone but came back after we were home to discuss the landscape system. After worrking a day and a half they finished up what could be done for the weather. They will return this spring to test the system for coverage and make adjustments as needed. Since they are not completely finished we will pay only part of top what we owe and the rest when they come in the spring.

Ryan Lawn and Tree has been very easy to work with. They answer any and all of our questions in a timely manner. Our lawn looks great and we are satisfied with the service.

Product was applied and notice left on my door as to what was done and a call back number if I had any problems. They have always been very professional. I have used this company for approximately 2 years or more only for weed control and fertilizing of lawn.

Excellent job/results. They came back twice and made necessary adjustments...no hassle.

First off, we have used Ryan Lawn for nearly 15 years, both for our lawn, our trees, and perimeter spraying for insects. Would not use anyone else, as all of their people are trained and assigned to a house and stay with them, therefore being well acquainted with the lawn they are maintaining. We gave up watering last year, for various reasons, and the lawn just about completely died. I contacted Ryan earlier this year about a sprinkler system and lawn re-do, and they suggested it's best done this time of year, so we scheduled them. Because of this, they suggested that they also held off on the regular lawn applications except for weed killing, until the system was installed, and the new grass established. They showed up the same day the exterior painters arrived (a week early) and there was no problem with either of the crews. They worked around each other like a beautiful dance, put the system in and then came back today to verticut, seed, test the system, and show us how to operate it. (They held off at their suggestion so as not to ruin the painters wet paint.) It's an easy system to use, they ran us through the set up, and answered all our questions. Now to sit back and wait for the beautiful new lawn to appear. Have loved Ryan Lawn for years, but this really cemented our relationship. Great, knowledgeable people, whether it's trees, grass, or water needs. Love them!

Great job. they were polite, hard workers and knew what they had to do to complete the job. I highly recommend them and will use them again! I was back in the office at noon!

Ryan provides the city's best Arborists. (Ours stopped by three times during the visit, and single-handedly tackled the yellow jacket nest discovered in the dead Crab Apple with a chainsaw!) The expert Crew, ours headed by Spencer, listened and took the action needed to get the job done. Even in the blistering heat, the first-class crew of 6 men finished a major job within 2 Hours. And cleaned up thoroughly too, leaving our house and yard looking shiny and new. My only constructive criticism is about the scheduling procedure and communications. The lead time for jobs is eight to nine weeks out. Not a problem for us, but I had yet to hear from anyone a week before the nine-week window was approaching. After a few calls to Ryan, the kind woman answered and threw out the date, which thankfully, happened to work. I think it would behoove Ryan's customer service team to keep in closer contact through the waiting period, and put out a confirmation call a day or two before the job to verify they ARE indeed coming, and what work is slated to be done. A miniscule hiccup for the major (and excellent!) work completed. I will definitely use Ryan Lawn and Tree again - and you should too!

The results look excellent, and the folks doing the work (Sara, Paul, and Mike) were professional and efficient. The only glitch that occurred was that they hit a downspout pipe while edging, but they informed me of the issue up front and told me they'd try to get back that same day to fix the damage. They came back just a few hours later and quickly rectified the issue without any more challenges.

Three trips - 1st trip to do some work and get system operating, 2nd trip to fix a specific problem discovered during the 1st trip and a 3rd trip to toally replace the system in a flower bed.

That's right. These guys invested money to do what they do and they are knowledgeable. Don't pay some random trugreen guy that just sprays your yard. Ryan's customizes the applications for what your yard needs! Awesome ! Ohhh and they are OSU ALMUNI! GO POKES!

Ryan Lawn and Tree is fantastic. They have taken care of our yard for 8 years and without fail they provide excellent, friendly service. I highly recommend them for lawn care, fertilizing and maintenance.

For no apparent reason, a medium sized fully-leafed sycamore limb fell from my tree onto a neighbor's yard the afternoon of 8-6-2013. I searched Angie's List later that night and saw that Ryan Lawn & Tree was A-rated. I had seen their trucks in the neighborhood and found their address to be fairly nearby. I emailed the company very late that evening and asked them to reply. The next morning a very professional looking and acting representative came to my house! He looked at the project and quoted the minimum service call cost. I mentioned that the price was probably reasonable but a bit more than the project's worth. He found some overhanging limbs that could be included for the same cost, so I agreed on the spot. When I returned home after work that evening, the limb and all the branches it brought down with it were gone...so gone that not a single leaf was left on the neighbor's yard. Plus, the extra removal of the overhanging branches had been completed. I rate them A+

They were very professional. I could not believe how fast they were out and ready to make the bid. I mean, it was surprising! We were working into a schedule weeks out. So they were very responsive. The price seemed expensive for the tree choices that we had in terms of planting but other than that I think that it was fair otherwise.

The crew supervisor was very professional and easy to work with. She made certain that all debris was cleaned up from my yard and that the work was satisfactory before the crew left the job site.

They are very professional and great. They are always professionally dressed. They are very honest, they do not pressure you to purchase extra services. You get what you pay for. Their clean up is fantastic. When you call their office staff they are fantastic to let you know what is going on. They do not waste your time at all. When you leave a message, they call you back. They will come out that day if they can.

I was shocked at the cost-way more than expected. Did not know I had a leak. We had new landscaping put in & needed adjustment for some heads & additional ones. Bought the house 3 years ago & doubt anything had been done to the system since it was built 20 years ago. Even though the cost was high, the quality was great. All sprinkler heads were checked & heads replaced or adjusted as needed. Heads were moved to provide even coverage. The workers were friendly & knowledgeable & on time. They worked hard all day. They have a 1year guarantee & urged me to call if any problems at all. They came out promptly when I first called & had completed the work within a week. They charge about $55.00 just to come out to provide an estimate & made that charge clear on the front end. That charge did not apply to any work they did. Even though it was expensive, I believe I got a high quality job. If your system needs a complete overhaul, I would definitely recommend Reid. It might be a bit expensive just to replace a head or two.

They showed up on time and were done in about an hour with both trees. There was a small, but efficient 3 man crew that clambered an cut all over the trees. I was impressed with the skill and expertise demonstrated by the entire crew, but especially the team leader. It was a pleasure to see them in action. They were followed by a cleanup crew who dispatched the cut branches in the chipper in less than a half hour.

We absolutely love them. We are so happy with them we're going to use them in the future. We had a dead tree and another tree removed and they are coming back to grind the stumps.
