Great! WE are so happy! We have been trying to do our own fertilizing since we moved into this new home in the fall of 2011. We thought we'd give Ryan Lawn a try. Our guy is awesome! He came out again after our first application because I was concerned about weeds that were coming back. The yard looked so much better in just a couple of days!! We back up to a field full of weeds, and I don't see a single weed in our yard today.

I asked him on the phone if it was really a free estimate. He came out today and he was just really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Always shows up as scheduled. For the most part have been happy with Ryans for the past year of services. Most recently noticed that our back yard is looking worse than when we first started with Ryans. Gave them a call and our rep called back promptly to talk over our concerns. Still in the process of getting this addressed, but so far we're pleased.

The same guy shows up each time. If I have any problem, I call the technician that came and he will take care of the problem. They are excellent. I've never had a complaint. I've had an annual contract with them for 10 years.

They were great. They are very prompt, very good at what they do, and they analyze and fix stuff right on the spot. The price was fine.

They did great and I have recommended them to others. They were clean, efficient and came out with the right equipment. We have challenging trees and they had to pull out all of their ropes and pullies to put the guys up in the trees. They cleaned up completely afterwards; just like they had not even been here.

Jose called when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. He explained the system to us (we recently purchased the property) and told us in detail what he proposed to do and the cost. Two additional people came to assist him. He was friendly, professional , and knowledgeable. We will definitely have them back in the fall so shut down the system, and do another inspection in the spring.

We had service from a prior irrigation firm who was not able to solve the problem. After reading the reviews on Angie's List we contacted Reid. The day the technician came to work on the system it was raining. This did not stop him. He worked through the rain and never complained about the weather conditions. While the price was high, after reading the reviews we knew what to expect and frankly it is better to pay a little more and have a functioning system.

I had a ramp built for my wheelchair to get to the third level of our home. I had to have some sprinkler heads repositioned and new ones installed. The quality of their work was very good and they finished the job in a timely fashion. I will be using this company to maintain my sprinkler system from year to year. I do highly recommend these people!

I had a service agreement with Ryan to activate my sprinkler system for the season. Employee showed up on Saturday April 5th and activated system. I explained to employee that I had an area of my lawn where a sprinkler head was getting run over with people pulling in my driveway. I asked for his input. He provided me a solution and an estimate for the work. I inquired as to when he could do the work. He stated that he would turn the work order in and someone would contact me to schedule the work. A week later I had heard nothing. I called Ryan and spoke to a lady named Jean or Jeannie. She said that the employee should have scheduled the work himself and that she would make certain the employee Tim Jones called me before the end of the day. Never heard from him. I called again today April 17th to talk with a supervisor / manager so I could relay my experience with poor service. The lady answering the phone (Julie?) was bordering on the rude side. She said she would have the manager Mark call me. Never heard from the manager Mark but did have a voice mail from the employee Tim Jones wanting to schedule the work. I DO NOT THINK SO. Still waiting to hear from the manager who I was told would call me. Talk about a company who claims superior customer service - obviously their talk is cheap!

They came on time and did what they were asked to do. They were courteous and professional but their prices were high.

Great Service! Professional and Courteous. They are a little pricey, but in the end worth it.

The person who did the job was right on scheduled time, did all of the work as requested and was very polite. He changed out some of the sprinkler heads so they would water more efficiently. I think he did a great job

They are a well-known company around the area. They have two divisions in their company. One is for lawn irrigation and the other is for tree services. I have been using their services for about three years. I started using them after they were referred to me. They send out reminders by email and phone when your due service is coming up. That really helps me because I am very busy. They always show up and are very through when they do the work.

Very professional staff, Joey Roberts is the account manger for us,they return calls promptly and prices are competetive. They are superior in there trimming, maintainence with the bushes, and general lawn services and fertilization.

I got them from Angie's List. They were great. I chose them because the service guy lived just one neighborhood over and so I thought he would be real accessible and convenient to me. He was "A's" all the way around. Their price and services were pretty comparable. They were a little bit expensive, but then they gave me a discount for something else so then it ended up being almost exactly the same as the other company offered.

It went great. i will use them again. they worked for 4 hours to make sure everything was working correctly. they answered all my questions. great crew and great job

I've used them in the past. They do quality work and have always been prompt relating to the scheduled appointment. I will used them again.

Everything went well. I don't recall that many details from last spring/summer other than Ryan took good care of my lawn.
