They are very professional and they are very courteous when they make the call. I would continue to use them in the future.

If I were not totally and completely happy with their services I would quit using them and I am a very demanding person. So I am quite satisfied with them. I am a hard headed old man. They do tree service but that is on an on-call basis. They are a very big company and they have at least a half a dozen lawns right in my immediate area so they must be competitively priced. It is all set up on a time oriented schedule so I don’t have to call them they automatically come.

They are prompt, courteous, and do a good job.

I would rate them as excellent, and that’s why I use them all the time. They are a very confident outfit, the price is fair, and the service is very good. They are very good at explaining what they are going to do, and they are very good at cleaning up afterwards. I have several of my friends that use their services, some like them really a lot for their lawn care, though I haven’t used them much for lawn care. I have them pretty much dealing with trees and shrubs.

I have used them often over a number of years. I pay around $500 a year. All the workers are extremely reliable. I have pets so they will call a day ahead to let me know that they are coming. They always leave an evaluation of what they found and what they did and any suggestions they might have. The guys that actually do the treatments have college degrees in horticulture so they know their stuff. They are really good guys. They are always polite and well dressed. They never look scruffy or anything. If I have a problem they will come back out and address it. The price is a little high but for the value it is good.

The job cost me about $75. They are dependable. They do show up. I am still watching if their work will do any difference. Then, I will decide if I want to continue with them.

They are good. They send the same technician out every time and he knows my system. I think it saves money in the long run as he's aware of my system. I trust them enough where I leave the garage door open for them if I cannot be home. They come out within a day or two of needing service. It is a large company and they are very well organized. The technician is always friendly.

I thought the quote was very reasonable. They were professional, honest and very knowledgeable. They really know trees. They offered good suggestions for a good replacement tree.

They just do great work, and they have a great attitude. They are that kind of company, that if they see that your lawn is looking bad or if they are seeing something, they actually write extended notes on how to take care of your lawn, and what exactly might be wrong with it, like fungus growing on it, and exactly how to treat it. I most definitely will be using this company again in the future.

They are really good! They are not cheapest but you get what you pay for!

I was not pleased with that, and we will not use them again. We used them a number of times over the years, but they used to be better than what they are now. They have different people that are responding to our needs, and they have gotten worse.

Tech was 15 minutes late but courteous upon arrival. No explanation for tardiness. Did not mention Angie's List. Repairs took about an hour and were well done. Did not suggest extras not needed. Estimate for additional work was way high, in my opinion.

Initially had to call twice before anyone was able to take my call. But after second phone call they had someone out a few days later. Showed up right on time and was very friendly. Technician was named Lupe. He explained the issues and what they would do. He provided an estimate before any work was done. During the shut off process for winter they checked all the heads and said they would need to be adjusted as well. Also replaced part of lateral line, spray head nozzle, and remote control valve diaphragm. Overall positive experience. Enrolled in their service contract agreement which provides 3 times per year maintenance.

I was a long-time Ryan client (seven years). For the first 5+ years, I was very satisfied with my service and I recommended them to all of my neighbors (who also switched to Ryan during that timeframe). However, somewhere along the way my route manage changed and I lost their personal service. During 2010 my lawn did not meet my expectations - to many weeds and other problems. For the 2011 season, I received their annual renewal notice (with the customary price increase). I called their office stating that my lawn was not living up to expectations, stating that the 2010 year was tough on my lawn. I requested a recommendation / estimate for some over-seeding and an irrigation system prior starting my lawn care program. Instead, I received a phone call prior to the next three recommended fertilizations asking if I wanted to apply the treatment ---- each time I stated that I first wanted an estimate on an irrigation system / over-seeding. After receiving two other estimates from different companies on an irrigation system, I thought I would give Ryan one more chance. I told them my story and re-iterated that I was a long-time client (hoping to get some discount on the irrigation system or over-seeding). Instead I received an estimate $1,200 higher than the other two - Ryan offered to split the difference. I told them no thanks. In summary, for the first 5+ years received excellent service. Past year-and-half was unacceptable.

The experience was good. The only thing I didn't like about them was that they charge a flat $50 per man and you have to pay whether you use them or not or do whatever they say.

The estimate they gave us was slightly higher than other companies but because we had worked with them in the past, we felt they would do a good job and they did. The took off the mulch and planted new seed. We then had to do our part by watering extensively to keep the grass alive. I asked them to come back and look at some patches that were not growing well and they came right away and re-seeded those areas. We have used them at other times for fertilizing and care of our trees. We have always been very pleased with this company.

They arrived a little early (7:40 am) for such loud work, but otherwise it was fine. They were cheaper than our previous lawn company. And we'd used Ryan Lawn and Tree before to remove a tree, so I knew they were conscientious. Plus, the bid for trimming our trees included a 20 percent discount if we waited until January -- something we were happy to do.

Prompt and professional. Have used them before and will continue to use them in the fuure. They delivered what they promised which was sprinkler heads capable of shooting the water far enough that the zones overlapped without leaving any dry places. The old heads left dry spots between the zones because they did not shoot the water far enough. This was an irrigation system installed by the previous owner of our home and it did not do a very good job.
