Description of Work: Repaired a leak in the bathroom under the house. Great experience. Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I was having a gas stove put in, and I needed a plumber to turn the valve so that the hose could be connected to the stove. The plumber came out, turned the valve, and then waited for some time so that he could check for any leaks. He tested the valve with me watching and neither of us saw a leak. The next morning I smelled gas in the kitchen. I called the plumber, and he showed up immediately to shut the gas off. He took the valve off and inspected it finding it was faulty. He replaced the valve with a better quality valve. After he tested it we have had no further problems. I was very pleased with the service provided, professionalism, and response of Mullins Plumbing.

Description of Work: The tech was very pleasant, found the problem in a reasonable amount of time and fixed it. He called to confirm his arrival time so I didn't have to wait around all day for his to come. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We hired Mullin to locate our septic tanks, diig out/install an access, and pump the tank. Aside from being late starting the first day, Mullin did a great job. We bid 4 companies. Mullin kept to the contract and charges the amount quotes. The employees were diligent and capable.

Description of Work: Laid floor in dining room. Was told we would receive a 5% discount. When time came for discount, we were told that it applied to labor only, $1100.00. We bought flooring ourselves, so the only material used was adhesive for 10' X 12" room. That left $707.00 for adhesive. When we asked about it, we were given run-around. Absurd. They asked what could be done to rectify our dissatisfaction. Stupid question!! Lesson learned. |By the way, when we were offered 5% discount nothing was said about it being on labor only.

Description of Work: Firstly contacting them is a problem. The secretary seems to have a distaste for returning phone calls, at all. We needed a septic system put in. The guys were super nice, however the project STILL has not passed state standards- 5 months later were are still getting visits and phone calls from DEQ and in the months that immediately followed the job, from Mullins as well, fixing this or that. They quoted us for a week long job, which is what we paid for; only using about 2-2.5 days, which is nice since they have had to come back and re do things and work several more days, we were not charged. No one told us that this particular system had to be plugged in and turned on (or that Mullen does not do either) so this caused quite the back up and mess in our yard- washing away all the dirt around the system and nearly injuring a child (who was playing outside and did not know he yard had turned to goo for many, many yards surrounding the system) as we assumed it was functional when they left. They were the cheapest bid for the job, although we had to wait weeks for them to come out to the site due to previous job running over time and as of today we are still dealing with DEQ. I don't know if that's because DEQ doesn't like what they did or that DEQ just doesn't like anyone.

Description of Work: Re-do kitchen plumbing: add shut-off valves, relocate/connect dishwater lines, install new garbage disposal, install new faucet, reconnect outside waterline from kitchen sink plumbing, connect new waterline to refrigerator, and check waterline to clothes washer.
