Description of Work: They fixed a copper water pipe that we had accidently driven a nail into. They did a good job but because it was a Saturday, they charged double time.(on rates already 25% more than my regular plumber) They fixed the pipe but left the sheetrock and the baseboards off. I still have to hire someone to come back and fix it. In fairness they told me it would be double time, but what choice do you have when water is running into your wall. My regular plumber would have charged me $120, but they were already booked and Mullen charged me almost $500.

Description of Work: Repaired broken water supply line from meter to house. Lots of digging required to access my line, which was buried very deep in my property. It was a bigger job than either I or Mullin expected, but they got the job done. That's the important thing.

Description of Work: I made an appointment to have the valve behind my refrigerator replaced (the ice maker box). When he arrived, I asked how long it would take and he said about 2 hours. He didn't have the part and had to go to two different locations and still settled on a part that wasn't an exact match--requiring him to cut a whole into my drywall. That is all fine. But the issue is that he from the time he arrived to the time he left when the job was completed was an hour and 15 min. He was pretty chatty and not in a hurry to get the job done. When he told me that he would charge me for 2 hours, I asked why as he was only 15 min in to the second hour (and he easily wasted 15 min talking). It took him about 15 min to replace the valve (if that!) but before he knew that he didn't have the part with him and before he knew that he had to go to two different stores to get the part he knew he was going to bill me for two hours. It felt like no matter how long it was going to take, I was going to be charged for two hours. Double what it should be. In addition, the $12 part that was used to fix the problem was charged $45 to me. So my impression with Mullin Plumbing is that they are willing to take advantage of someone. The company was referred to me by someone who has a lot of property and not only will I not use them again, neither will my friend. It's really a shame when you can't trust someone to do work for a fair price.

Description of Work: They were great. Much improvement over the last plumber we had!

Description of Work: They jetted out our lateral lines, pumped our tank and rebuilt collapsed boxes.

Description of Work: Sewer was backing up. They ran a hose under the house slab. No problems | |Found we had a collasp line. They camera the rest and jetted. Working great now.

Description of Work: Demo'd old lead drain system, replaced floor& tile. All first rate work.

Description of Work: Replaced a 3yr old hot water heater. Still think that the price was a little high, being that the tank was still under warranty. I do realize that it took some additional parts, but still more than one would think.

Description of Work: Disconnected a hose from my dishwasher for me that was leaking. Sealed off the connection to the garbage disposer.

Description of Work: Gas line extended to fireplace. Brandon was professional and did a very good job. He did leave for a part at approximately 10:15 a.m. and did not return until 12:15 p.m. (he said he had a hard time finding the right part, which sounds like a company issue to me), which I thought was a little long, but I was very satisfied with his work and would most defintely hire Mullin again.

Description of Work: Drain was clogged under the house and they kitchen sink would not drain.

Description of Work: We began with getting a drain opened. This was accomplished speedily by "Steven". I also asked Steven's advice about other plumbing issues we had been delaying and with the advice he gave we were able to get several very pressing problems solved by Mullin Plumbing.

Description of Work: I sent a message to Mullins on Sunday, didn't hear back so I called Monday around 11. The woman who answered the phone told me they were "too busy with Angie's List messages" to reply but that she'd have their estimate scheduler call me right back. That was 24 hours ago and I still haven't gotten a call. If they're too busy to even call back yo schedule an estimate I'm not really confident they'd do a great job communicating while they were doing work on my house.

Description of Work: Checked out hot water heater. Gave estimates for different possible solutions to the problem. They also gave me some advise on things I could do to possibly resove the problem myself and one of them worked. They were very honest and helpfull. I felt that they were trying to help me not just make a sale.

Description of Work: We used Mullin Plumbing. They replaced a water line on one of the toilets.

Description of Work: Had a leaky joint in the water supply. They replaced it and stopped the leak.

Description of Work: Plumbing remodel in 2 bathrooms. They were prompt, clean, knew what they were doing.

Description of Work: He arrived on time. Worked very hard in clearing my line of trees roots. Made several trips through the drain, all the way to the main connection to make sure that my problem was fixed.
