Mullin Plumbing's initial meeting response was prompt. Their follow up quote was also prompt and competitive. However, we decided not to go ahead with the project so we did not use any contractor. We were very satisfied with Mullin Plumbing's responsiveness. They were here promptly, very professional, and we received a precise estimate. Caution: When contacting companies regarding utility meters be sure to verify the quote includes the service of filling in the whole and to re sod. It’s not usually apart of the initial bid.

I looked out my window and saw that they were digging up my yard. I asked them why they were digging in this part of the yard because they already had the septic tank dug up in another part of my yard. I think they might have hit my gas line because I have a gas leak now. They did not tell me and covered it back up. I also called them back to have them come back and fix my lawn. They also damaged my driveway. I feel that the price was very expensive.

Rich from Mullin Plumbing Showed up within an hour an half of calling on a Saturday morning. Wore boot protectors to not track dirt inside house. Identified problem and began working immediately to clean out plugged up sink drain. Didn't make any messes and thoroughly cleaned up water in work area. While working on the drain our hot water tank blew out and water began running all over garage due to a plugged up drain. Rich immediately got his equipment back out and cleared the drain before water ran inside the house and all over the garage. We have several boxes from moving that have not been unpacked that would have been damaged without immediate action being taken. Divine Providence truly put a good man in the right place at the right time. Additionally, i was not charged for the overtime which could have substantially added to the bill. Because of this, i will always call this company first, even if it costs more, to take care of my plumbing issues. My only regret is that i didn't use them sooner.

I have used them many times. It was a good experience. They have a lot of trucks and there is always one available. They would be there eventually even if you have to wait for a while and they would fix it. The prices are generally below competition. They have a lot of trucks and a lot of people working for them.

Please see complete description as presented above. Update: This is close to FRAUD. I called Mulling Plumbing, 118 S. Elm Place, Broken Arrow. The invoice presented to me said: Mullin PUMPING, Inc. 118 S. Elm Place, Broken Arrow. In response to my report/complaint to Angie's List - Mullin Plumbing said: We have no record of providing service to you." Mullin Plumbing went on to say: "We have many companies at this address" {!!!} How convenient! We can then deny we ever did business with you! That is outright FRAUD - Angie's List should keep this information about Mullin Plumbing/Pumping/ and whatever in its records and duly report it.

With the knowledge that we were going to need to use timers and the water would be "on" all the time we were gone, I would have expected them to tell us that the valves they normally use couldn't be used that way and offer an alternative or refuse the job. They did neither.

They were awesome. My overall experience with them was excellent. They were very professional and did a great job. I would use them for all my plumbing needs.

I couldn't find the leak in the house causing water to get into the house. He identified the drain blockage of the a/c condenser and cleaned it. He also noticed the drain angle was not allowing for material to clear most likely causing the plug and he repaired that as well.

The plumber arrived on time, brought the necessary tools and supplies for the job, and finished within a reasonable amount of time (approximately 1.5 hours). He was thorough, attempted to duplicate the problem several times once the repair had been completed. The man was courteous and knew what he was doing.

They are very good. They gave us a good bid. We have spent a lot with them this year. We have used them a number of times. I think their prices are comparable with what you find.

Never received a written estimate. Verbal estimate was ridiculous. Called several times for a detailed estimate and all requestes were ignored.

They came on time and were very professional. The drain works perfectly. The cost seemed a bit pricey, but we did not compare around very much, so it may have been comparable to others. Our only complaint is that the yard got beat up a good bit by their backhoe, which they used to fill in the trench, but that probably would have been the case with any service. Again, the drain works great, and the grass recovered. We have used Mullin for years for our plumbing services and have always been happy with them. This was a big job that could have been done badly, resulting in a lot of hassles. But instead it was done correctly, and our backyard now drains great. It is really nice not to have to worry about water problems when we have a flooding rain. If we had to have work like this done again, we would hire Mullin again.

IT WENT PERFECT, WITHIN COST AND TIME

I called the company at 11:16am. Company responded that a plumber could be out today between 1pm and 5pm. They also said they would call back when the plumber was in route to my house. Company called me at 2:46 to let me know the plumber was on his way over. Plumber arrived at 3pm. Plumber inspected the leak and fixed the problem in under an hour. Cost included a minimum 1hr after hours rate of $160/hr + $7 in parts.

We've been using them for 3 years and hired them quite a few times. They usually send out the same guy and he's always prompt, polite and it's a pleasant experience. Nothing out of the ordinary.

The 2 men that came out were slab leak specialists, and that is all they do. They had the equipment and knowledge to locate the leak, and were able to repair it without a whole lot of damage to the floor, as the leak was in the slab in a closet next to the master bath.

All work completed in one day.Very professional attitude. Explained options, pricing, and quality.

Went extremely well. Always a pleasure doing business with Mullin. This is the second time I have had to use their service and again it was a good experience. Hopefully wont have to use their services again any time soon but if need be they are the ones I will be calling.

Came out on a Sunday evening, very professional. No charges because paid for by Home Warrany policy.

We have used them on several occasions for plumbing issues that we have had. It seems to be a good company from the experience we have had with them. They are responsive. They have always got the job done for us. I will definitely use them again in the future.

On Saturday January 15, 2011, a neighbor out walking knocked on the door of our home (built in 2004) and said we had a leak. Water was bubbling up through the yard and pouring into the street. We had to call the police who contacted a water department employee to come turn off the water. We filled both bathtubs and numerous containers with water before he arrived. We were able to turn the water back on briefly and did so on Sunday. We refilled the tubs for flushing toilets. By then the water was brown, muddy, and filled with sediment. On Monday Jan. 17th we called Mullin plumbing. They scheduled someone to come out the next morning. They arrived about 9:30 a.m. The first man didn't have the tools to do the work and he called another who arrived quickly. The second man charged $240/hour (digging was involved) and didn't want to charge us while he waited around for the water to start bubbling up again. He didn't have a couple of devices that would have eliminated that. He called a third man, who arrived about 1:15 pm. He located the leak, dug a sizable hole by hand, and had the repairs done by 3:15 pm. The total cost wasn't anywhere near what we were expecting (over $1000.) Seems the builder improperly joined plastic piping from the house to copper piping coming into the house and it broke open. We were very pleased with how courteous and kind the workers all were. The first two didn't charge us anything. The last worker explained in detail what had happened, showed and explained to my husband his repairs, instructed my husband on how to get the water back on and helped him find the main water valve turn off in the house which the builder had buried behind the dry wall where it couldn't even be seen. We've used Mullin before and they have always been excellent in work and fair in pricing.

Came late, drove on hot asphalt driveway and damaged it. Said I would not have to pay for the service call until after they fixed the driveway. Had to come back several days later to add chloride and their tech took pictures of the damage that they did to the driveway. The owner (Ray Trimble) said he was shocked by the cost from the estimates he got. He said that he was willing to give me free service in return for my paying to fix the damage. Voiding the invoice for the service call and giving me two free years of preventative maintainence on my aerobic septic system was worth $1,600 he said, and this would cover my cost to repair the driveway. I just found out today, August 27, 2010, that it's going to cost me over $5,000 to fix my driveway. I did not find out the true cost of repairing my driveway until after I filed a claim under my homeowner's insurance.

I had a leak under kitchen sink and it looked to be related to sprayer. I acquired new sprayer hose and upon attempting to replace existing hose it became apparent that I could spend just as much on speciality tools to replace the leaking component as I would if I acquired a new faucet and had a plumber install it. I acquired a replacement faucet and called Mullin Plumbing and they were able to send someone out that very day to install it. Took about 2hrs.

They were great. They were efficient, they did what they said they would do and the work cost exactly what they said it would. I would recommend them.

They said it would be $1400 because it would take them all day to do the work as much re-working of the gas and water lines had to be re-routed. They said nothing was up to code even though it passed a home inspection just a couple of years ago. Since this house not near where I work and the tennant needed hot water, obviously, I reluctantly agreed thinking it was quite a job. My tenant was there and it only took them two hours to do the job.....not all day. I think they lied about the whole deal and I would never recommend them to anyone.
